I drilled a ground water well on a five acre parcel in Coarsegold during 1988. I recently had a water pump placed in the well (3 GPM) and the pump company sent my water sample to BSK Analytical Laboratories. When I received the report two weeks later my name was spelled incorrectly. I called “Elaine” and she was very helpful. Within 24 hours I received a revised report (15 + pages) with my name spelled correctly. Great customer service. “Elaine” was also very helpful in answering several technical questions related to the report.

The Worst laboratory to work with... Over priced with a ridicules Minimum Charge of $75. My lab test were about $20 to $35 they rounded up my invoice to $75.00... $50 to $40 extra just to meet this ridicules charge. For the minimum charge of $75 you would think that i get a quick turnaround... NOPE, it took almost 15 days to get my lab work back. They have a 10 day turnaround but i have yet to get it done in 10 days. Its time to move on the other Labs in Fresno. Also, the Staff is not pleasant at all to work with, especially Mamie who is just horrible and rude to the customer on the phone.... Cant Stand this place...
