DO NOT take your loved ones here. Wish I could do zero stars. Nurses are disrespectful and will neglect your people! Residents are waiting hours for basic necessities. Rating is 4.5 online but in person on a window it’s a 2.5. Terrible place. Place needs some serious evaluation. Shameful

Fantastic rehab center. The staff and management truly care and want to make a difference.

The staff were always very attentive and caring. The building was clean and well organized. The administrator and the managers are always quick to respond to and help resolve questions and concerns. My experience with valley Healthcare Center was really good.

My Nana (grandmother) was at Valley Health Care Center for 4months recovering from a heart attack. The nursing staff was simply amazing. They gave her the best care and did not rush her, the therapy departmentgave her the strength to return back to prior living independently. She enjoyed her stay and will highly recommend family members and friends.

As always, God knows what we need and always has His BEST waiting for us to receive 😇SO thankful for the EXCELLENT care my husband is receiving after being transferred from the VA Hospital for Physical Therapy. The Director, Therapists, all the staff are WONDERFUL & always happy, which makes for a very positive atmosphere.Their food makes me wish I could have a menu alsoThank You to everyone who has helped make our stay here a positive one & possible to return home soon!

Caring, compassionate nurses and CNAs. The nursing leaders are warm and caring. Administration is very responsive. Clean building. Overall, Ive been nothing but thrilled with my experience in visiting Valley/Orchard Post-Acute.

Director Charmain very unprofessional. Lied right to my face. Would not own her words. She was confused and had no information on our Nana. No contact numbers so by time she got to me she was very confused. In conversation she sarcastically said she was not dieing when I asked her to give her water because shes dieing. She died the next day.

My father has been admitted here and I have to say it is the best care I have seen so far. The staff is friendly and they seem to really care about their patients. They took my father in when no one else would. Impressed with the quality of care.

I can vouch for the type of people that are there so, during a time where I needed help and recovery they were people that I could depend on

My mother was admitted to this facility and we are very pleased of the services, staff was very helpful. My mother recovered in a month and was able to go home
