Extremely disappointed. It was impossible to reach them and calls were not returned. We have 4 no shows in one week that left our parents without care.

Do not use this transportation service for anyone you love! They will get your loved to their destination on time, but they will never get them back home. They will leave your elderly or disabled loved one stranded and not answer any phone calls. They should be sued for their mistreatment of the elderly and disabled.

These are the most compassionate, caring, and fair people you will every meet. They have transported my wife to and from Ccare in Fresno and to St. Agnes multiple times and have always been on time, patient, and charged us a VERY FAIR price. They treat my wife with kid gloves every time they transport her. They have gone way above and beyond and we will always appreciate what they have done for us. They will always be our first choice for medical transportation. Thank you Chris, Tish and Eddie!

LITERALLY WAITING OVER 2 HOURS TO BE PICKED UP FROM THE DR’S OFFICE...MY MOM IS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND IN PAIN TRYING TO BE A TROOPER!!! I’VE CALLED THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ANSWER!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SAD FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!!! IT WAS SO BAD MY MOM’S DOCTOR CAME OUT TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON!!!

I work in the industry of caring for residents and Auspice is our community’s go to when referring families and residents for transportation and hone care. All services are scheduled timely and done correctly with passion, there are a lot of business’ that offer the same services but the quality of Auspice cannot be best. Please consider Auspice if you are looking for service you will not be disappointed. They have been around a long time and know what they are doing.

This place is horrible. They never answer the door or phone during regular business hours. I have never met such rude staff in my life. I have seen a doll left at the receptionist desk while staff IS in the back refusing to work. When giving staff documents, make sure to get a signature indicating they received it and have them dates as well. Do this as a precautionary measure to prove they received it. Or else it will get lost and blamed on home health care staff. The health care staff is amazing, the clerical side of this agency should be fired. I would be humiliated and insulted if my staff represented my company the way they do. When bringing it to their attention documents have been lost in the past on their end, the healthcare worker associated with those documents was reprimanded. I repeat anyone who works on the administrative/clerical side of this agency should all be fired for their laziness and aggressive disposition. ANY AGENCY NOT OPERATING DURING THEIR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS SO CLERICAL STAFF CAN SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING IS A DISGRACE! I AM AMAZED OF THE ENTITLEMENT THAT EMPLOYEES THINK SO HIGHLY OF THEMSELVES THAT THEY CAN SIT AND DO NOTHING UNDISTURBED WHILE ON THE CLOCK! FURTHERMORE THEY BLAME HEALTH CARE STAFF FOR THEIR INABILITY AND INCOMPETENCE AND HEALTH CARE STAFF ACTUALLY WORK. I REITERATE THEY SHOULD BE FIRED. IM LOOKING INTO CALLING THE BBB AND OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES TO LOOK INTO THIS NONSENSE ITS OUT RIGHT ABUSE TO HAVE AN AGENCY ALLOW CLERICAL STAFF TREAT EMPLOYEES THE WAY THEY DO!

They are professional, on time, thoughtful, very caring and they do anything within their professional capacity to make you know that they truly value you as a person. They dont deserve this one star its to good for them my poor mother who is 70 years old an amputee on dialysis with multiple health issues was left for 3 hours waiting in her wheelchair for them to pick her up to return home that is elderly abuse they dont care about the elderly to them their just a dollar sign they didnt picked up any phone number that was listed the office was empty the driver kept saying Ill be there in an hour this is abuse no which way about it they wont hire a permanent secretary if something happens they wont cancel new pick ups to finish the ones that are waiting to go home all they want is the money people dont matter to them

Auspice was so great! I had to schedule a last minute transport and they made it happen! The staff is so sweet and accommodating. They give you all the information up front so there are no surprises. The drivers are great with people that they are transporting. They are lifesavers!!!

Office employees are never in the office. The door says closed from 12-1 however I’ve gone plenty of times before 12, around 11:20-11:40 am and nobody is there. Clear up until about 2:30pm nobody will be there or answer the phone. The staff lost my mothers check, who is an employee there and made HER pay the bank stop payment fee or else they wouldn’t give her a new check. She waited a month before getting that check. They do not train their employees. They come certified and trained already. If the owner tells you they have their own training facility - she’s lying. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT QUALIFIED OR PROERLY TRAINED OWNERSHIP!!! I’m surprised they’re still in business. They don’t even deserve one star.

I used the transport service to move my wife from s memory care facility in Sequim Washington to a unit in Fresno California, a thousand mile journey. The planning was a very stressful dealing over the phone with people you have never met, recommended by people you really dont know. Plans kept getting changed as we tried to figure out the best way to move her IE: Via Air, Train, Motorhome or Van. Once the means of transport was settled, things went fast and professional. Really got the feeling these people knew what they where doing. It all boiled down to trust. When the driver and crew arrived here in Sequim and came to introduce themselves all my fears disappeared. It was quite clear they where professional and knew what they where doing. The actual transport went without a hitch and my wife is now settling in to here new location. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone in need of it.

My mom is a cancer patient going through radiation treatments, unable to walk . Our family talked it over and decided to give the medical transportation a try . $80.00 round trip including $1.50 per mile . The pick up was on time . The driver asked how long would it take I told him about 1hr . He said ok call the Office when your done . They all failed to tell us that the office is closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00 pm. We were done with my moms appointment at 12:54pm I called and their answering machine said that they were on lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00 pm . I called at 1:02pm and every other minute afterward no answer was hung up on twice . By this time it was it was 1:20pm my poor mother was very tired and wanted to go home and lay down . It was cold and raining. I called again and left a message for them to call back for a pick up , no one called . My fiancé called himself he left a message no response back . My brother called I told him what had happened and was very upset and I asked him to come. We had to carry my sick mother out of her wheelchair in the cold rain ,mind you she is unable to walk or move on her own. We were so upset . We got home after 2:00 pm still no call from the company . My fiancé called and the excuse they gave was they had to do payroll. So I guess their cash paying clients or any of their clients on this day 12/23/16 are not important than payroll. Its sad that a company can be so inconsiderate of sick people who just need a ride back home .Please think twice before using this Auspice Transportation service .

I just have the need to throw this out there....something that is very near and dear to my heart...Anyone who may be seeking out in-home care-giving services...please beware of a company called Auspice Home Care....all I can say is FRAUD! Everything that was promised to our family, by the OWNER...NEVER happened! I have never seen a business run in such an unprofessional manner.The people who are hired for this company get recruited right out of the classroom...often many that came into our home had only been enrolled in the school for two weeks, and were sent out as trained personnel...so far from the truth! my mother fell 8x at the hands of their trained caregivers! By the letter of the law, they were NOT even legally able to tend to my mother medically...the company is supposed to have either a doctor or RN with a current license to supervise and oversee direction of the employees...that IS NOT the case for Auspice. Each care giver that I personally came in contact with was asked if they had been directed or overseen by either a doctor or RN, and each replied no and that they never even saw a doctor or RN in the building...most all of them said they never even had any training from Auspice...which is NOT what we were told. We were told that they have their own training for all their employees and all caregivers are either CNAs or LVNs....definitely not what we experienced in our home! In the 90 days that they were in our home and probably 20+ different care givers, only two that I met were such. We did get luck the last three weeks before my mother passed away and actually got a CNA who was amazing with my mother, and for that I am and will forever be grateful! Thank you to our guardian angel!!!My sister and I basically trained the girls that came into the home, as to the medical needs for my mother. Such as, how to administer the medicines into her feeding tube, how to start her feedings in the tube on the feeding pump, to make sure that my mother was given a bath and basic hygiene was tended to and basically had to be there to make sure that things were tended to properly...and this was all happening while my dad paid nearly $7000 a month. It is terrible what happened in our home, and when we complained about issues, most went on a deaf ear.Please, please be very careful when looking for a company! I thought that we did our homework, but we obviously did not see the fraud coming until it started in the home. I cannot even say that we got what we paid for in the sense that what we paid about half as all the other companies charged...and for $7000...we didnt get trained help!So, please, please be careful who you let into the home, and ask to see credentials from all who claim to be licensed! Please, please be very careful when looking for a company! Do your homework... but DO NOT let AUSPICE HOME CARE into your home! Pass along to anyone you know looking for companionship or in-home caregivers! Thanks!
