Dr US Dhillon is the best, great bedside manner, great mentor, looks out for all the diagnosis the patient has not just the GI things. Great experience for my own colonoscopy and as a family physician, I trained under Dr Dhillon and I am grateful for his care of me and for my patients.

This Doctor is very good and very nice. He has a lot of knowledge. Just ask him , he will explain everything to you.

They were an hour and a half late for the appointment and the receptionist was pretty rude. The Dr. and medical staff were great though.

The whole staff was very kind and helpful ! Dr Win was excellent, walks you through every step, so I knew exactly what to expect.

This office is money hungry and very dishonest. We tried reasoning with the office manager and she hung up on me, extremely unprofessional. About a month ago we called the office because my husband had an abscess, the person that answered the phone said, we can get you in in 30 minutes come on down and we will see you for this.So we arrive, pay our $55.00 copay and then he waits to see the Dr. Winn. Dr. Winn is told why we are there, he walks into the exam room states that he doesnt treat this and instructs him to go to the emergency room. He didnt have my husband disrobe and So we left. My husband was never examined and the doctor didnt spend more than 30 seconds with us. Then a few weeks later we get a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars for that appointment. They are threatening to put us into collections because our deductible was not met. I explained that we were mistakenly told to come into the office for something Dr Winn doesnt do and the manager scoffed at me and said that we had to pay the bill then hung up on me. I do not recommend this doctors office, they use bait and switch techniques to try and make thousands of dollars performing a dangerous and unneeded colonoscopy for their profit, it is just sad. Not a honest doctor or business. Stay away!

Dr. Dhillon is really great and takes the time to explain everything and make sure you understand whats going on. The receptionist(s) however, lack a sense of customer service when answering calls. At one point I was transferred to someone else, and they were very pleasant and cordial. But the tone of the person who answers the call initially is very off-putting.

Rude office staff

Dr Win not only saved my life, he has taken the place of my former doctor, Paul Hanchett. I felt comfortable with Dr Hanchett for many years. I think I am being left in good hands. Thanks Dr Win for caring about seniors.

Grandma was a patient until we couldnt tolerate the inconsideration the staffing expressed. We had an appt on a Monday at noon, they called Friday before trying to reschedule after having made this appt over a month in advance. I help my grandparents with all their appts, so its hard to coordinate our three schedules. When I make an appt I need it to be honored. We waited an hour and a half for the doctor to arrive. I had to work at 3, we couldnt wait much longer so we left. A couple of months prior to this she had an endoscopy scheduled at 10am, they didnt take her back until 1pm. Shes paralyzed on her right hand side and doesnt tolerate sitting up in her wheelchair for very long. They warn us in advance to block off a window of 3hrs, but this whole ordeal took over 5hrs! Dr Dhillon is a smart guy, but his staff is rude and dont know what theyre doing when scheduling appts.

Dr.Dhilon did my colonoscopy and My upper Endoscopy he has always been nice and pleasant. Explains everything to me.

I was satisfied with his service.
