Be prepared for this Dr. to review your chart to decide if he wants to accept you. Waited 3 months for appointment only to receive a voicemail the morning of informing that the appointment was cancelled due to condition and medications prescribed and treated by a specialist. Up side, the staff was friendly in delivering the news that the Dr. stated I was not a “good fit” for his practice.

Dr. Issa is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and most importantly he is thorough in his exam and care. I am a family nurse practitioner and I choose go to him because I know he does a great job and he genuinely cares about his patients. He thinks outside the box and is able to detect problems before they get worse. He orders appropriate labs and prescribes the right medicines and encourages a healthy lifestyle. He does an all around excellent job. I have recommended him to my whole family and several friends who all now go to him and are happy with his care. The office staff and his medical assistant are also very good. Very short wait times and great communication with the front desk and making appointments. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Issa as your primary care physician for you and your family.

Dr. Issa has been my Dr. for about 16 years and he is excellent. The office is efficient and I never have to wait. He is very thorough, listens to my concerns and always concludes our visit with a recap or review of our next steps. I know he cares about me as a patient and is truly happy when he sees improvements in my health. I recommend him highly.

Dr.Issa is a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough and I love that about him. I have had doctors in the past that would prescribe medication for every little concern I had. With Dr.Issa we always find the cause of the problem, even if it takes seeing two different specialists in the same field (three opinions are always better than two). He reminds me of my kids pediatrician whose confidence and knowledge always put me at ease, just after the first few minutes of the visit. My kids, who are teenagers now, are Dr.Issas patients too. My husband, who at first did not have patience for how thorough Dr.Issa was, is very happy now, because his treatments take care of the issues, where he does not need to keep coming back for the same problem.

Dr. Issa is really good. I have been with him for almost 20 years. You do need to do your homework and ask your questions. He will look into anything you ask. The people at the front desk have been rude in the past, but right now, Janet is excellent. Fifi (pronounced Fee Fee), is his assistance. She is excellent, the best assistance he has had. I told him to keep her as long as possible. The previous ones it seemed they were in a bad mood all the time. You told them good morning and they looked at you as if there was nothing good about it.

Dr. Issa has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. He is always on time and takes the necessary time with his patients so that you know he truly cares about your well being. Hes always right on with his diagnosis and will refer you to a specialist if needed.

I have been a patient with Dr. Issa for over 15 years. Although staffing changes, the customer service is constant. Dr. Issa works closely with you to identify the source of your ailment, not just put a bandaid on it. For years I had breathing issues, was always told it was allergies. Dr. Issa diagnose my asthma almost immediately.I recall a time that I was late for my appointment. I was given a choice to reschedule, or wait for a window of time. Yes, he takes his time seriously! I have grown to love this about him. If he says your appointment is at 10:15, you will be in a room and seen within minutes of that.My boss used to think I was nuts when Id tell him I was running to an appt during my lunch break, and Id be back in an hour. Now he is a patient of Dr. Issas too.

This doctors office is obviously in it for the money. Im a dialysis patient and they denied me because of my insurance. Pure greed.
