Today I called to schedule a video conference with my doctor. When the receptionist asked me what my appointment was for, I proceeded to tell her I would like to get a COVID-19 vaccine medical exemption for school. The receptionist proceeded to tell me how none of the doctors at this office would write a medical exemption letter for the COVID-19 vaccine and made it appear that all the doctors at this facility wanted their patients to get the vaccine. In a very rude and unprofessional manner The receptionist then says, “ why don’t you want it, are you just trying to opt out?” I had to explain myself to the receptionist as to why, I would need a medical exemption considering this office has written me a medical exemption for the flu shot to give to my employer not too long before. I was then told that she would message the doctor and get back to me. 4 hours later I was told by the receptionist that the doctor would not write me a medical exemption. I never was able to talk to my doctor about my concerns, and as to why I needed this letter. Although, this office has written a different medical exemption, I was not able to consult with my doctor about my medical concerns.How this receptionist talked to me today on the phone was extremely unprofessional and made me feel stupid for trying to make an appointment. I will be finding another doctor, who will actually consult with their patients about concerns instead of having a rude receptionist pass along the message.

This clinic has been a blessing. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Donaldson is a great doctor. She is a good listener, she is compassionate, and competent. I highly recommend her.

This office has caused me so much pain and headache, I would not recommend it to any person of color seeking treatment here. I was completely marginalized and was deliberately inconvenienced in every interaction with them during a really tough time in my life emotionally. I have wasted invaluable time, money, and positive energy advocating for myself in unwarranted situations. This whole office should be investigated. You can’t blame bad services and incompetence on COVID-19!!

Doctor Donaldson is great! She is very caring and kind. Ive been going to her for over 10 years. My husband and son see her as well. While Doctor Donaldson has not changed since the move to the office from Herndon Ave to Palm Ave the staff doesnt seem as professional as before. There are new faces and some I no longer see. There also seems to be a longer wait this office but overall Im happy with Doctor Donaldson.

Dr. Donaldson is the kindest physician I have ever been to, and trust me I’ve been to more than I can count. Her staff are sweet and very helpful: I would recommended Dr. Donaldson to anybody and everybody

Ive been going to Dr Donaldson for a year now. I feel like the older I get, the more that goes wrong with me. Although sometimes Ive struggled to make same day appointments with her because she gets booked far out, I go to urgent care and get taken care of. Through ugent care, I sometimes get to see her or other Drs. Regardless Im very happy with her professionalism and care.
