Waited 6 years for this surgery. Was referred by a friend to go here. I am so glad I did. Staff is so friendly and very attentive. Quick to reply to my questions via phone and email. Jessica coordinator is awesome. Dr Poulsen is so nice. I was scared at first but they alleviated any fear in me. Front receptionist super sweet and acknowledges everyone who comes in.Would recommend this office if ever considering Lasik eye surgery.

Wasted an hour at this office. I checked in with the only receptionist at the front desk and 45 minutes later I’m told I’m not checked in by the new receptionist that took the first receptionist’s place?? I’ve had corrective surgery here over 20 years ago, but office is not what it used to be. Some sort of shared office now, confusing if you’re not a regular. Front office doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing.

Jessica and Dr Poulsen are awesome. Overall a amazing experience, friendly environment, they make you feel very comfortable. Getting LASIK done is scary for a lot of people, including me. Jessica and Poulsen made me feel comfortable. Even after the procedure they treated me the same. They are not just nice to you so you can become a patient with them, they actually care about their patients. I recommended them to my sister and she also got her PRK done from them. We actually drove from Manteca to Fresno to get this done. I will refer others to them as well.Thank you!!

I have had two cataract surgerys, and another surgery to remove horrible floaters. Dr. Poulsen and Dr. Bertolucci have been FANTASTIC! the whole experience with In Sight Vision Center has been great! Great experience, only downside it having to wait way past appointment time. But after you are called-- Just Great!

Everyone is so nice down there. I personally really like Dr. Scott and his staff. My last visit, Melissa did some field tests. She was great, we laughed and she helped me to relax as I was a bit nervous. Great office!

Super busy. Doc rushed me in and out. Prescription is not accurate. Called to get help and waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told that my paper prescription had all the information if I wanted to have someone make my glasses.

I was called back around my appt time. The self check in kiosk was super easy and Dr. Scott listened and answered all of my questions related to my vision. I will definitely be back for my annual eye exams.

Everything went exactly as they explained and from the consultation to the actual surgery was just three weeks. The best part is I have 20/20 vision in both eyes when I was legally blind and helpless without my glasses and/or contacts. I had dry eyes for only two weeks after the surgery. Worth every penny.

The service was excellent, the workers were kind and efficient. There wasnt any long wait period with an appointment set. My opinion, as to my appointment at InSight Vision Center, was extremely positive. Everyone there was extremely courteous & I was able to get all my questions answered, in regards to my ongoing issues with my Vision Issues.

We see Dr Scott and hes amazing! My so was in young elementary school when he started complaining about not being able to see the board at school. I was very nervous because I didnt know where to take him as I myself didnt wear glasses at the time and neither did my other 2 kids. I found InSight Vision Center and made an appointment, fingers crossed it was a good place. And IT WAS!! Dr Scott was very good with him! And weve never looked back. My son is now a junior in high school and now, my husband and myself go to him as well for our eye exams. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Cant remember the gentlemens name who did the test exams, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I was aware of the changes in my vision. Quick in and out but do to COVID there was a wait to try on and purchase glasses. Due to the circumstances that was acceptable and appropriate as theyre taking the right precautions. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

The front office staff are very friendly and efficient. The staff greets you by name and answers any questions you may have about insurance coverage, appointments and doctors specialty. Dr. S and his assistant took time to explain procedures and any questions I had. I felt very comfortable and not rushed. Visit was fine, everyone was very friendly. Didnt feel like the doctor was super helpful in helping me find a more comfortable contact lens brand. Now Im playing phone tag with the contact lens desk trying to get my prescription written for my old brand. Would like an office that is easier to get a hold of real people to help.

Its always a great experience coming here. They are very thorough and work with you depending on your needs. Morning appointments are generally pretty fast, had an afternoon one today and it was busier than Im used to. Just plan accordingly!

I have seen this office for over 10 years. Some good visits some not so good because of maybe a rude person in the front. BUT that never stop the professionalism of the back office and kindness they always showed me. I had a really bad thing happen and they were so kind and caring they got me to the correct retina doctor who I love and they have taken such great care of me I recommend this office highly!!! They are truly a step above anyone else!

Ive worn glasses or contacts for over 15 years. Dr Paulson and his team gave me better than 20/20 vision with their lasik procedure. The technicians are very nice and friendly and professional. The doctor is very experienced and very professional. I’d recommend getting lasik here to anyone. Not one single negative. Price is reasonable as well.

The staff was friendly, but I would recommend you check with your insurance if they will cover the “contact lens fitting fee” otherwise you will be paying $85.00 for this. I was not aware of this until I had seen the doctor, and was being charged on my way out. For reference I have VSP choice. According to the young lady on the phone, this is a one time fee. Other than this, everything was good.

My eye doctor for over 8 years and they always give perfect service as well as professional exams. Great people! My doctor is Dr. Scott and he really wants the best for you and knows whats best for you as well as what your needs/wants are. Cant recommend enough! Glasses selections are great too!

The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain everything to my son. Before having my son do the eye exam they told him what he would feel, to let them know if he was uncomfortable, and always made sure he understood everything. My son was told he had a astigmatism. He asked what it was and the eye doctor took the time to explain it to him.

The staff is great and always attentive to my needs. The only negative thing I have to say is it took me a couple of months to get in to see Doctor Poulsen because I needed a specific day of the week. This is where you learn patience. I have been seeing Doctor Poulsen for years. To me its worth the wait.

October 2019/ I just had my annual vision screening with Dr. Eric Poulsen and was pleased to find out that my vision has not changed over the last year. Must be all those carrots that I am eating! I always enjoy my visit to his office because his staff is efficient, kind and friendly. And also, because Dr. Poulsen is a good man and an excellent ophthalmologist!.

Dr. Poulsen was amazing with my son and his eye injury. My son was taken to Valley Children after a baseball hit him in the eye. Dr. Poulsen did not hesitate to come in and check his eye in the middle of the night. His after care was amazing. His staff was all super friendly and helpful.

Amazing. I am only 1 day post-op from Lasik and I am at 20/20 and I was told it gets better. This by far is the most amazing thing you can ever do for your eyes, SERIOUSLY! For my vision care, I see Eric J Poulson, MD. This man makes you feel at ease with his manner of politeness and caring for you 100% of the time! His staff is also very caring and they treat their patients with the utmost respect and privacy. Dr. Poulson removed cateracts from both my left and right eyes, then followed up with laser surgery to give my vision the sharpness that I needed.

I wound up here after having a terrible experience with one of the other Herndon Avenue mega vision centers.I was assigned Dr. Polson. He was quasi friendly, thorough, professional and competent. The visits couldnt have been more different than night and day.He took care of me and didnt push surgery that the other office wanted to do. I couldnt be happier. I would with reservation, recommend Dr. Polson.

The entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Poulson is great, precise, and takes care of you as a patient. I had to go back for an enhancement to one eye, but the miracle of seeing without glasses far makes up for re-doing the process on one eye. Great staff, great experience.
