If not one of the best, it is the best dental experience Ive ever had! Im a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist but the dentist & dental assistant were super chill & funny that it made me experience as enjoyable as can be for having a root canal. The dentist would let me know what he would be doing & what I might feel before even doing it & right before said possible uncomfortable sensation (which i greatly appreciated) but lucky me - I didnt feel a thing!! Of course the noise is not ever pleasant but even the pressure wasnt really a bother nor did I feel any pain! Ah, glad its done but if I had to come back I wouldnt mind...but lets hope not :p

If you are in need of a root canal- look no further! Dr Tran is AMAZING! He made me feel at ease by walking me through the process as he moved through each step of the procedure. The procedure itself was painless, I actually can say I prefer his root canal over a cavity filling from my primary dentist! He also got me out pretty quick! I think from the moment he sat down to the moment I walked out was 35-40 minutes. I can’t give this office and Dr Tran enough stars. I’m so happy I was sent to them by my primary dentist. YouTube and dr google is far from the actual experience you will receive from this amazing office and staff!

Dr. Tran - what can I say? Well, I can say quite a bit about how he’s a superstar of dealing with people who fear dental work. He, along with his staff, must have taken special classes on how not to be jerks because they really are sincere and caring or at least fake it REALLY well! He talks you through before and during and after and tells you jokes along the way. The jokes are just corny enough to make you smile, but not laugh too hard to disrupt the procedure. That takes skill. Normally I take medication to calm my nerves when I visit the dentist and when I went for a root canal I was unable to do so, yet I was fine! - all due to Dr. Tran’s calm, cool, and collected demeanor. Dr. Tran is the man! It’s not a coincidence his last name rhymes with man. No regrets.

A bunch of thieves. Was referred out here for root canals and they don’t break down the cost for you, they said “they don’t do that”. My previous dentist did that, break down all the costs, what is being billed to insurance and what is coming out of pocket. I can’t believe I ended up wasting my money here. Maxed out my insurance. Don’t recommend, go somewhere else where people are HONEST AND TRANSPARENT.

Dr. Suanico was awesome and his assistant Kathy was super nice and made me very comfortable. I’ve been a dental assistant for 24 years and I was just super impressed with the front office, Dr. and back office. I loved how he explained everything he did step by step. Thank you all so much.

The staff there is always great!!! I got work done by Dr.Suanico he was very assuring and patient with me.I am not the easiest person to work on and I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work but he talked me through it and was really nice about it I just wish those Doctors were general dentists as well best experience with a dentist ever!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Example where patient comfort is not a priority:Maybe my experience was bad because I was the last patient for the day and they had a long day... who knows....I️ had to come back multiple times to do a retreat. I️ explained to Dr Tran I️ have low pain threshold to please ensure I️ have enough local anesthetic. The dental dam was not put on properly so I️ had to taste the bitter paste and antibiotics used the whole 2 hour duration. The local anesthetic started to ware off towards the end of the 2hr procedure as I️ started getting teary eyed due to the pain. Dr Tran kept deflecting stating it took too long due to the position of my tooth and small mouth. I️ called the office the next morning to request for medication to combat what seems to be an infection and tender, throbbing pain associated with root canal/retreat and I️ kept getting the run around stating “we’ll message the Doctor” but no response until I️ called back at the end of the day to find out that Dr Tran had gone home for the day.They have no “on call” number for after hoursI️ can understand now why some Patients have anxiety over dental procedures. Patients don’t have to suffer but some Doctors don’t have sympathy for the suffering patients who are in pain and discomfort. My copay and insurance pays them the same whether I️ receive good service or if I️ am tormented.Endodontic procedures don’t have to be horrible with Doctors who are skilled and provides good patient care.I️ have excellent insurance and I️ don’t mind paying more for quality service.

I had root canal surgery on my upper right tooth and Dr. Tran did a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. Dr. Tran is my number one choice should I require any future root canal procedures. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Tran was amazing! I have an extremely high dental anxiety and Dr. Tran made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend him for treatment.

Dr. Anthony Tran is amazing. I am terrified of needles and pain, however he did a root canal on me with just topical/local anesthesia and didnt feel a thing. The staff there is great. They were able to see me on the same day. I will recommend everyone I know to see him, too bad he is not a regular dentist to see every 6mos. He is Amazing!

My experience was so great. My primary dentist referred me here but three weeks out. I was in a lot of pain. Valley Endodontist called me out of the blue the next day and told me they could see me the following day. It was such a miracle. The staff was so great and the doctor was excellent. Couldnt be happier with my experience.

DDS. Dean Suanico did a great job on saving my molar, removing a crown, and Root Canal. The Dr was friendly, eased my anxieties and explained each step of the process in a way I could understand. I did not feel a thing!

I was fearful of having a root canal done, but Dr. Tran was great! He explained what was going to be done and ensured that I was comfortable. He and his staff were very caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran

Dr. Tran was calm, reassuring, gentle and made it clear I was in capable hands. He periodically updated me what he was doing during the procedure. When he was finished, he explained what was to be expected as far as pain and what to do to be proactive.

OMGosh.... I am 62 years old and have been through many dental procedures. I have to say, without a doubt, that this was the BEST experience I have had!! Dr. Tran and the staff Sandra, Rachel, Summer, and Brandon (??) worked as a supportive team. They were all so kind....and empathetic. I have sensory sensitivities and a dental phobia. There was soft music; a squishy tooth fidget to squeeze; funny jokes from Dr. Tran to distract and calm me; and reassuring words to comfort me. Dr. Tran is a gifted Endodonist indeed! I would highly recommend him!!😀👍

Referred to Valley Endodonics from Marketplace Smiles for a root canal. I was seen on an urgent basis and was accommodated as such. Nothing can reek havoc on someones life than a severe toothache! Best dental experience I have ever had! They got me in within a day. The staff and Dr. Harlan were fantastic!

Highly recommend, was terrified coming in for a root canal but the dentist reassured me its not bad. Very satisfied with staff and dentist who attended me.

Very polite an found the issue fast so no more pain!
