Our AC broke down today and I called 3-4 repair companies and all of them said that I would have to make an appointment and that there was a 5-6 days wait for the next available appointment. I received text message technician will be assigned date and time. And I approved. My water heater stopped producing hot water. It was urgent for us. So I was so exited to be able to receive service. However, the owner himself was a assigned technician. Awful lack of responsibility and liar. He was coming 4-5 pm. And did not come until 10pm! I had to call 3 times. He never called me back. He forgot! And he said because he and his clue had to water heater fired house to clean up. And while he was pushing me to buy $6800 ekectric tankless he started telling me different reason why he was so late and forgot, showing picture, he was late because he had to help over 70 years old woman who has nasal prong air tank to install electricity. He is a liar. And very unprofessional. When I called him at 9:30pm I heard little kids voice behind him at home sound, he tried mute. But I heard. He said he is on the way driving. Finally showed up after 10pm. He was just pushing to purchase $6800 tankless. And only 4 days later on Monday he can do. He did not try to drain anything. He just said just replace. He is a Home Depot contractor, he can install with $1200 install fee if i buy from Home Depot. But he says those are clap etc.. and he just left.I said honestly I don’t have budget $6800. I have two kids to send to school now. I prefer gas water heater. He said he has 10 kids! And he paid for his son’s medical collage and all kids fee. My concern is to repair or replace water tank. I did not use him and these 5 stars are fake. Used big family preppie to to put 5 stars? This was not 5 stars service! Awful. I worked all day and Dane back waited him, calked him 3 times. He never called that he will be late. Probably, I’m a woman who has accent. He couldn’t act professional ? Disrespect. I spend waste of time for him. We have to take shower with cold water. I found soon better result and better service through home warranty company. Never ever recommend this company and him. Awful. Already 11pm. I have to go to work tomorrow, kids have school. Such a disrespect. Bluffed his wealth for 10 kids. I called and I wanted to get appropriate service.if he was too busy, he should call he is going to be late or reschedule. But he just forgot and I had to wait until 10pm. And he didn’t do anything. Very disappointed.

Unclogged the drain for my HVAC. GREAT JOB

Called at 4 pm for a non-emergency slow drain and running toilet and they were at my house an hour later. Nice and polite, were able to quote standard prices for all work. They even gave me some tips on how to keep the kitchen drain clear. They have made my go to list, highly recommend.
