Very unprofessional and takes forever to get things done. Let me just ask?! Why are they not allowing me as a parent to request for my childs medical records? Im very upset and I will look into my rights. You will hear back from me! I am sure to make sure everyone that I know does NOT come there anymore. I was instructed to do what I had to do..it took them forever to get back to me that I have to call and check up on jt...then turn around and tell me I cant get my childs record. I was instructed to sign a release form. So unprofessional and waste of my time!

Most amazing doctor! Great area and great staff. Always welcoming and when my kids are sick they get them asap! Actually same day! Doctor is very knowledgeable and willing to do as much as she can to help every patient. She also is informative also we hardly ever wait to get into a room the longest 7minutes with schedule appt!

I dont know who would give this establishment 1 star. Id give more than 5 if I could. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Attia is a wonderful doctor and an amazing human being. I love her and she is so good to my child.

I love Dr. Attia and her whole staff!! She is the best pediatrician I have ever had for my children. She listens and makes sure my kiddos are comfortable with her and what shes about to do. She lets them touch her stethoscope and other Medical utensils. It really puts my kids at ease if they get to physically touch an item thats going to be used on them I think that is very thoughtful of her. Her whole staff including her knows my childrens names it almost makes it feel like were part of a family there. My oldest child has autism and she has been extremely helpful in getting her diagnosed this was 4 years ago but she helped me tremendously with the process I feel like anything that I think is wrong with my children she takes my advice because Im the parent and that really makes me feel good and listen to!!! I think she is fantastic!!

I love this pediatrician & staff. Im usually able to get my kids in quickly if its urgent, the office visits are usually quick as well, and I like that the Dr. Listens to my concerns and questions and is able to answer them. The only down side is that the waiting area is so incredibly small that it stresses me out when Im just bringing my kids in for a physical or shots and we have to wait in this small area next to really sick coughing or vomiting children. However, I still rate this office and staff with 5 stars. I would not want any other pediatrician for my children.

I took my daughter in for a sports physical and paid the fee. In turn I was given a piece of paper that I did not realize until my daughter handed it back to me saying that it was not the full form. I then took the form back to the office and was told that I would have to pay again to get the full form. Although the staff was nothing but friendly, the doctor is pure money hungry and lacks organization skills. How does a professional mess up a sports physical and then turn around and blame the patient. So unprofessional! The doctor would not even get on the phone with me. I do not recommend this place at all!

Nice and professional staff and Dr. Attia is caring and nurturing. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day (after we called.) Our appointment was scheduled for 9:45am, but we arrived at 9:15am. We were in our car heading back home after seeing the doctor at 9:33am. WINNING!!! ;)

Dr. Attia has always taken very good care of my kids. Always have been able to get fit in their tight schedule. Great staff and always quick :) thanks angels pediatrics for taking care of my 3 kids for the last 5 years!

Dr Attia has always been very helpful with any concern of ours. She responds quickly while on call after hours and us always very caring toward our children. This is the best care weve ever received for both of our children and will continue to come to this office during their entire childhood. Im very grateful to have found such an amazing doctor. I called to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT for my son.The receptionist right away without asking any further questions said The doctor is not accepting Medi-cal patientsFirst of all my family is not on medi-cal and I never mentioned any kind of insurance.She changed her tone and asked what insurance I had. I told her it was through my husbands JOB and she put me on hold to see if the doctor would see us?Bad vibe. Bad customer service. Bad bad bad. I hung up.I am glad I experienced that on the phone and not wasted my time visiting the office.You should mention on your WEBSITE that you dont accept MEDI-CAL or NEW PATIENTS AT ALL!!!!!so people dont waste time calling this office!!!!!

My 2 boys are seen at this office, Ive only ever had great experiences when scheduling, being seen or calling for Drs advice. the wait time is amazing, especially in an age where you can wait up to an hour to be seen. The care Dr. Attia provides is quality, I highly recommend this office.

The Dr. And staff are great! The wait times are not very long, and everyone is very friendly. Ive recommended this Office several times, and will continue to do so. Im glad I found Angels Pediatrics.

One of my friends came with me to my daughters Dr. appt & after seeing how frustrated I was she recommended Dr. Attia. Right off the bat I was impressed, they scheduled our appt quickly & the appt was going to be for all 3 kids at once. Our previous pediatrician didnt allow you to schedule your children together. Each child had to be scheduled on separate days. Extremely inconvenient!! Dr. Attia managed to do a physical on each one & she ordered labs, answered my questions & gave me the referral that I had been begging my previous Dr for. She did more for us in 1 visit then the previous Dr. had done in a year. I remember leaving her office in tears because I finally found my daughters a Dr that cared about her patients.

I love Dr Attia and all her staff staff. Very professional, caring, and wow Dr Attia is amazing.

Do not take ur kids to this dr, the staff is horrible very un organized, also they are not allowed to fax a document to my daughters school even though they are charging $10 to just give permission to the nurse to give my daughter her antibiotic, first off if they know the antiobiotic must be taken every 6 hours they should have asked me if I needed a permission slip when before I left the office.... horrible customer service do not take your kids here

The receptionists seem very unorganized. Everytime i am there there is always something wrong with my appoinment as far as the information they have, but my son has no problems at other facilities with his information. Every time I call to confirm my insurance everything is correct, but leave it to one of thier receptionists and nothing is handled. On top of that they never even look up to say hello or greet thier patients making it seem a little unwelcoming. Luckily I love this Dr. Becuase she is quick and thourough and always answers all my questions in a way that never leaves me wondering. If it were not for the Dr. I would have switched offices by now.
