Great experience! Everyone was friendly, patient, and efficient. I am just shy of 70 and have been in several type of offices. They got the paperwork done in a timely manner. They were patient with my hearing loss and made sure I understood. They were compassionate and caring and explained every step of the testing. I would highly recommend them. The best part is getting results the same day.

When I arrived at your front desk a young woman was staring at her computer screen leaning on her hand and clicking away. She did not acknowledge me. I stood there for quite a while before she looked up and then said she would be right with me. I still waited a bit before she handed me a paper to sign. The young woman who performed the mammogram was quick, efficient and polite. I very much appreciated her, but you need to work with the front desk woman about how to respond to an arriving patient. I know you are behind thanks to Covid but good manners help.

What a great place. It’s a little hidden (I don’t often have business there and it’s tucked in). The staff is friendly and professional. The wait time -what wait time? I arrived within five minutes of my appointment, I checked in-sat down read 1/2 a page on my phone and I got called to the back. I changed-read the second half of the page and I was called for the imaging. Wow -surprised and grateful and happy. Not at all like the competitors where you are asked to check in half an hour before the appointment and still have to wait both in the waiting room and when they call on you to the inner office. Please try them, you’ll be pleasantly surprised

Great experience. Fast, efficient, friendly. The young lady who took me back was especially helpful. I needed help getting a firm filled out for American Fidelity and she was right on it. An otherwise not great activity was made acceptable by the fine staff!

First-time patient. Walked in and room was full, but AMAZINGLY watched the room empty within five mins...Ive never seen anything like it!!The staff was pleasant, very efficient and professional...BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had within the medical field!!

Wait time was for over an hour for me. I came in 20 min early. Their lobby was full of people. Look like they oversheduled themselves. In this Covid times and with all the restrictions they want to enforce it didnt look like they were concerned about virus spread having so many people in such a small area. Was not happy about this. I arrived at WISH this morning at the time I was instructed to be there, 6:40am.The door was locked. No one one inside. I waited with two other patients for 15 minutes.Then someone unlocked the door without opening it and acknowledging the patients waiting. We went inside and I asked what time do you open? Reply, we start seeing people at 7:00am.I ask again, what time do you open? Reply, we are short handed. I asked again, what time do you open? Reply, When the first person gets here. What does being short handed have to do with being on time?So what time is someone supposed to be in the office? We make it a point to arrive on time to not put you behind and expect for you to be there, short handed or not. If no one is required to be there to open at 6:40am appointments should not be scheduled for that time.Never did we get an apology or any other gesture for keeping us waiting outside.I understand that there is a problem of being short handed, but you should make it clear to all employees to how important it is to be on time and courteous. The receptionist is the face of your office and acknowledging the inconvenience of others is of upmost importance.Whether we have another appointment or engagement, we have made an effort to be on time and so should you.Very disappointed in the first impression this morning.

I have been going to WISH for more than 15 years. (Cancer free 😁) I have always been welcomed by a professional efficient staff. Mammograms are taken by reassuring technicians. Always receive results in a couple of days. But the thing I love the most is that they still realize that their patients dignity is respected and they still use REAL CLOTH GOWNS. Even if you wear it just for a few minutes. Not the paper kind that are not one size fits all, stick to your body and are just plain disgusting. I do realize that it is an added expense and they could have discontinued it years ago But I truly appreciate it.Thank you 💕💕

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. When I had to have a biopsy, Dr Bonna Rogers called me personally to let me know things were fine. I will never go anywhere else.

The receptionist was VERY, VERY nice and great at her job. It was a pleasure to talk with her.The x-ray tech was very gentle and good at positioning me. She was also a pleasure to work with during the stressful situation.Overall, good job in choosing/educating your employees.

Usually very fast. Today I had a wait. I arrived the 20 minutes required prior to my appointment and checked in. But was not taken back until 29 minutes after my appointment time. I wasn’t finished getting ready when the technician called my name. Overall, all my interactions with people were fantastic. I was just surprised by the wait.

I have been going to WISH for over 10 years and today was one of the best visits I have had. It is never easy to get the breast fattened out but the gal was very friendly and concerned on how I was doing. She answered my questions and explained the process using the new machines. I was in and out in no time. I like not having to take my pants and shoes off.

I filled in my paperwork on my phone the day before my appointment (so easy!). I checked in and all I had to do was address my notification envelope. I was called to the back in less than 5 min. I didn’t have to even sit in the 2nd waiting room before my mammogram. I was out the door before my official appointment time . Everyone is kind and professional. Thank you WISH!

The staff is always professional and accommodating. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. There was a lady checking in in front of me, and she was extremely rude to the young lady that was helping her. The employee was calm and polite the entire time. That is a sign of a business where they are there to take care of their patients and not be confrontational. Thank you for a pleasant and professional visit.

First mammogram of my life and my tech Jill was great! She guided me through every step and made me very comfortable! She is very thorough and very sweet! Excellent job! The experience with my care was outstanding made me feel like having a mammogram isn’t so bad after all 😊

I recommend pre registering once I got checked in I waited 5 minutes and was called in! Start to finish was approximately 30 minutes. I will always come here for my yearly exam!

Although they were short-staffed and being hounded at the front desk by an hour inpatient and ride patient the staff remained professional, upbeat and friendly and some even stay past the end of their shift to help each other see patients. This is a really great office to visit.

I love this place for my monogram. They are fast and very considerate. Love the staff they are very friendly and respectful. I will keep coming here as long as my insurance lets me. I recommend this place highly.

I was really impressed how the receptionist diffused a situation that could have gotten ugly. She spoke clearly and professionally. The client walked in upset already, but thanks to the receptionist it was there , things did not get too bad.This second time that I was there 10/13/2021,it was a lot different. It was a different receptionist. She was very rude to some clients. Although the other employees were very nice.

The wait was way too long. No one gave anyone a heads up either. My appt was at 4:00 I was called back about 525. The technicians are great.

The front desk sign in was very slow. It was off to wait 20 min to check in. The appt took over an hr for 12 min of pictures. The women taking the pictures was kind with good explanations. The staff was kind but lacked a sense of urgency.

It was good, but the wait was a little long. I know things happen and sometimes you have to go with the flow. All the receptionist were very helpful and kind. My technician that did my mamo was very thorough and kind.

The building is hard to locate and it was confusingly hard to park. The receptionist was barely friendly, but the wait time was good and the Tech, Edith, was delightful and gave a full description of the procedure and what she was doing. Overall, it was an okay experience but I have had better experiences at other local Imaging Centers.

This facility is very busy but they do a great job getting everyone one in and out as fast as possible. A machine went down while I was there so they were behind about an hour, the staff was very concerned and kept giving up- dates. This was my first time getting a mammogram and the technician was very informative and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

There are few things more disgusting than the lack of professionalism, competence, integrity, ethics, and common decency in those who either do not answer the phone or put you through endless rings or phone menus or bounce you around until you land somewhere where the perpetually broken phone system simply hangs up.Common sense says that people call to reach someone. After waiting forever outside we had to reschedule.

I have been going to WISH Fresno Breast Center for years! Very organized, very pleasant, hardly ever have to wait more than 10 minutes, in and out always in 30 minutes! Staff is super friendly and very helpful. I always get my results within a week. Highly recommend for all women.

Recently, I made several visits here for a mammogram, a return mammogram, and for a biopsy. Dr. Mark Alson was my radiologist who performed my biopsy. He was both patient and compassionate when answering my questions and in putting my mind at ease. He was generous with his time and his knowledge, which meant so much to me. My nurses Lucy Mendoza and Audra Freeman were angels. They were both so caring and skilled in all that they did from keeping me comfortable, distracting me by talking to me and keeping my thoughts happy as well as in their fine skills at assisting Dr. Mark Alson. I want to share with other women that the procedure was nowhere near as painful as my thoughts imagined it to be. The following day, I was blessed to have Dr. Mark Alson call me to tell me the good news that my results came back benign! Praise God for answered prayers and for sending me here! Ladies, please take care of yourselves and schedule your mammograms here if you are due for one. Early detection is vital for survival! UponDr. Mark Alsons advice, I have already scheduled my follow up mammogram at WISH. I am so thankful for all that they are and all that they do!

I have always had a good experience at WISH. They have always been quick and efficient in their scheduling. However, lately that is no longer the case. When I was their today the line to check in wrapped all around the waiting room. I waited about 15 minutes standing in line just to check in. I was there at 8:30 am so I know they were absolutely way overbooked. It was a ridiculous wait all the way around. Please stop over booking patients. It really does make it a lousy experience for your patients.

As soon as I opened the door 🚪 I felt welcomed. The staff that I interacted with were very sweet and warm. This was my very first visit and I will definitely will be looking forward to coming again next year. God bless everyone of you!

Staff was friendly but I DID NOT appreciate Carol, the radiologist that took my mammogram images WITHOUT WEARING GLOVES. Very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable. Not looking forward to my 2nd appointment tomorrow for my diagnostic mammogram..hopefully a different radiologist will be taking these images. If not, I will be requesting someone else!Update: Patricia performed my diagnostic mammogram today & she was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! Very kind, informative & professional!

This office is exceptionally perfect; the staff and radiologists are very professional and respectful and accurate in their practice of medicine plus efficient in getting things done quickly for the patient.That is why I had to give it a 5 starts.I would recommend or encourage for the front check in patient staff member to be more attentive and friendly not so much hide behind desk when speaking to patient as check in process begins. I was not sure if she was unhappy or happy- just an FYI.There is a barrier between staff and patient on check in reception desk therefore more smiles and eye to eye contact will be nice from her!Other than that, you must choose WISH Breast Center. Thank You to All of you at WISH for a comforting experience!

I love going to WISH. Everyone is friendly & efficient. I would have given 5 stars except for the wait time today. They usually call me in right away, but not today. They wanted me to arrive 20 minutes early eventhough I completed the paperwork online. I was called in 30 minutes after my appointment time. That means my wait time in the reception area was 50 minutes. After I was taken to the back, it was like clockwork. Done & out in about 10 minutes. I would still recommend WISH. This was unusual compared to my previous experience there.

Everyone who works here seems to be effortlessly bilingual (English/Spanish) and that is impressive! The technicians who actually administer the mammograms are thorough, thoughtful, efficient, effective and respectful. I give 3 stars because the receptionist seems to be the exceptionist to the rule. This woman greets you with a tone and an attitude that makes you wish you had stayed home. I found her to be rude, abrupt, impatient, and as cold as ice. Thats sad, because shes the first person you deal with when you walk through the door and she gives out a bad impression of the place.But not to worry! If you can get past her prickly persona, everyone else you deal with is great!

My visit was a good experience and I didnt have to wait very long but I do wish I could call you guys when I left cuz I lost my key and I kept getting sent to the mailbox to leave a message and it said press 0 to talk to an operator and every time I press 0 it would send me back to the mailbox until it finally hung up on me. I drove back and found my key in the parking lot thank goodness. I was driving with the chip only but I found my key.

This place was amazing. I had so much anxiety with my situation. I had a ultrasound done through my regular provider and was told I had a mass in my armpit lymph node. Then after months of neglect I went back to Doc for another ultrasound... only told the radiologist was WORRIED. I made the mistake of Googleling the possibilities and by the time I made it to W.I.S.H. I thought I had cancer for sure. But the Doctor there immediately let me know it was LESS LIKELY Cancer at all. But if it was what kind it could be. He said I wouldnt know for a week though. To my surprise I got a call only 2 days later. By the Grace of God it was neither Breast Cancer nor Lymphoma. No Cancer at all. The whole staff was so pleasant, thorough, understanding, patient, and just overall wonderful. I also did not get turned away like I had at another place for being late. I am grateful for being sent here. Thank you 😊

The back office was great. The receptionist seemed over whelmed there were 12 of us in line at one point. I know we probably all got there about the same time. Just seemed like alot to do for one person. Not being hateful I have managed 3 doctors offices and. Understand how hectic it can get.

I also was grateful to be reminded of what to show the receptionist: photo ID, medical cards, etc.Directions to WISH Fresno Breast Center could be improved. You are never told that you have to turn West on Escalon to get to the parking lot or that you have to go down a long corridor to get to the entrance!!!

The check-in wasnt great, she needed more help at the front desk. I was told to be there at 7:40 didnt get checked in till almost 8:10. The ladies who did my tests were great! I love the atmosphere in the lab rooms, very Zen like a d relaxing.
