Dr.Mishra is the best doctor. Very professional and always makes you feel comfortable and takes her time during your visit. Dr. Always explains everything very informative.Dr.Mishra goes way and beyond her care, I will follow her wherever she goes she’s a one of a kind doctor!!!! It’s hard to find a doctor like her. Thank you for all your hard work Dr.Mishra!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars for this place. The staff is Completely useless. I truly believe that the only reason someone would answer their phone lines is by accident. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and lack any type of ability to relay messages. If you value your health AT ALL I suggest you avoid this place at all cost. They will not help you. You will probably be dead and buried long before they ever get back to you, If Ever.

So far my experience has been AWFUL and I havent even been to the office yet. I got a recorded call from them on Friday telling me I have an appointment scheduled for the following week. The call was made after the office was already closed so I couldnt call back. I called 6 times Monday. Twice in the morning which someone would pick up the phone then immediately hang it up. I waited and called back that afternoon around 3:30 and the first 3 times I was hung up on then the 6th time it rang several times then went to an answering machine. I left a message to Cancel my appointment and said I wanted to reschedule and left my name and number. I was called the following day by a recording to confirm my appointment that called to cancel the previous day. So I pressed 9 to cancel the appointment. It said to call the office to reschedule. I called it rang several times and I got the answering machine again so I left a Second message saying to cancel and please call me back so I can reschedule. This place seems Shady and I will let me OB know whats going on and tell them I want to be referred to a different place. Where the office does their job.

I see April Herd, PA for my diabetes. She talks to me on an understandable level. She displays my lab results on a screen and not only points out what was normal or abnormal but its significants to my body and the outcome we are working towards. She asks my input on the management of diabetes and encourages me to succeed. I have suggested my friends with diabetes to seek her help. This office has always practiced safety measures in their response to Covid 19. PA Herd also coordinates care with my Primary Physician and I can read her input in MyChart (an app that has become my electronic medical record). I am very happy with the care and understanding April Herd, PA displays at each of my visits.

Exceptional quality of medical care and excellence of staff. Highly recommend this facility and particularly April Herd!

The staff is all so nice. I spent less the 5 min in the waiting room. When I was placed in a room it was less them 5 min before Dr Yin came in. Great service

They have last-minute rescheduled my ultrasound twice leading to months of delay in my care. Multiple phone calls & jumping through hoops to even get an initial appt. Too much frustration!

The office was so pleasant. The staff was very thorough with their safety practices. I was taken to the room quickly and my Dr was so great and answered all my concerns.

I’m new to Dr Babu’s office, but so far the staff has been polite, professional, and efficient. Dr. Babu herself is very personable and seems very thorough, I feel like I’m in good hands, and I don’t say that lightly. Office suite is pleasant to wait in.

I was referred to Dr. Mishra by my Internist. My first appointment I saw a Physician Assistant. Long wait and a very short visit, but informative. I was taken off a medication told to redo some lab work and return in 7 weeks. The front desk is extremely friendly and helpful.

Dr. Babu is amazing!!! She has a great bedside manner, explains everything in terms that I could understand and I truly felt that she really cares about my wellbeing

I live in very northern Ca. 2 months before my appointment I called the front office to request my lab orders be mailed to me so I could have my lab work done in my town. A month goes by no lab orders. Called again asked the receptionist why haven’t I received my lab orders in the mail yet. Her response was I donno. Not my sorry I’ll get those out today nothing. I requested a second time to be mailed to me. Getting closer to my appointment I still hadn’t received my orders. Spoke with my primary dr to request your office to fax over the orders. I also spoke with Dr Mishra’s assistant and advised him of the situation he told me he would fax over the lab orders. I contacted my primary dr three times to see if they had received the orders and they had not. I called and left a message to Dr Mishra’s assistant again on Friday before my appointment. Because it was a holiday he did not return my call until Tuesday. Well on Tuesday afternoon two days before my appointment I received my lab orders in the mail. So I wasn’t able to discuss my labs with the doctor. I explained all this to Dr Mishra. I’m so disappointed in your staff. Very unprofessional on the phone. I will probably seek another doctor due to your inept staff although I’m happy with Dr Mishra.

Very unprofessional front office staff. My Fathers insurance wouldnt cover his glucose test strips due to the way it was prescribed by his diabetes doctor (Endocrinologist). The Pharmacist and my sister both contacted the office to ask his Endocrinologist to rewrite the prescription as per the insurance coverage. They were both told No! by the receptionist! and that they need to contact his primary care doctor. ? Isnt this the office that manages my dads diabetes?!! As a medical professional myself, Id say this office was pretty neglectful in handling this matter. Thankfully his primary care doctors office took care of the issue within 10 minutes! I called, person who answers, doesnt identify herself. Im Still awaiting a call back from the manager. The Endocrinologist he sees here was nice, but unfortunately I dont think they are aware of the unprofessional front office staff who are answering calls and not delivering important messages to them, and instead telling them to contact their Primary care Dr.

Dr MISHRA was very informative and explained options to me and we came to a consensus on my future prescription options. Patient and spent time with me.I was disappointed that I waited a half hour to talk to the dietician and finally just went to the front desk and they helped me sign up for classes.Front desk was efficient and friendly.Very happy with my care here.

Completely incompetent admin. They don’t answer phone calls during hours (e.g., say they open at 8am but won’t take off the exchange message until 820). I had my oral surgeon call me the evening before my surgery saying university diabetes said they would fax the release that morning. They never did. Have had university diabetes say they sent an script to Medtronic for me. They never did. Had to go pump less for days. Same with not returning pharmacist calls/fax for refill in insulin and test strips etc. wait time is a joke. Hour plus wait is normal. April is the only saving grace at this office. She is awesome and should go work with more competent people else where

Nice office, short wait time, and I saw the PA, April. She was very knowledgeable and explained so many things to me about my thyroid and treatment options. In 5 years no other office has taken the time to explain. So glad my doctor referred me to this office!

Most unprofessional and poorly ran office I ever experienced. They post big signs in the lobby about charging you $25 if your not on time, constantly rescheduling your appointments. Not willing to work with you if you have to reschedule, its just another 3 months to wait. You come in for a 8:30 am appointment and sit in a room for over an hour until they actually come in to talk to you. Wish there were more options, I am definitely looking for another medical group.Kept me waiting over 45 mins before my doctor came into examination room. Ridiculous!

Multiple times over the phone the staff is really rude, but in person total opposite. When I call, im paying you for a service and am not getting what I pay for. Just makes me wish i could go back to my old doctor.

In the past year there has been a definite improvement in professional treatment of the patient from sign-in through the end of the appointment and rescheduling of follow up appointments.

Fast, friendly staff. Easy to work with.
