Dr Chen and his staff are VERY Professional, Friendly, Courteous, Respectful, Comforting, Reliable, and I do not have any anxiety or hesitation when it’s dentist time. I TRUST Dr 110% as he is fully transparent and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his patients. He remembers little things that matter about what’s going on in my life... VERY Personable! A quality that is RARE these days. I have the utmost respect for this Dr who seems passionate not only about what he does, but how he does it!!!

Everything went well, as usual. I even have been a tolerant Dr. Chen for two years. its an excellent comfort to understand that Im getting the simplest in care from Dr. Chen and his staff.

I took my 6 year old son to his first filling appointment and Dr.Chen and assistants did a amazing job!!!! He was encouraged with kind words through out the entire procedure. It’s definitely hard to find a good Dentist while on Denti-cal (medical) but I found one! My son had such a phobia with the dentist but this time he cried because “it didn’t hurt!” He was so relieved! Great homey atmosphere and no 45 min wait!! Thank you!

The husband went in for a cleaning. I cant complain about the front staff service and accommodation with the schedule. The issue is the back office work. Improvement is needed. Perhaps the hygienist needs more training with cleaning. The cleaning service is basically the same as brushing and flossing at home. No scraping, deep cleaning or fluoride done. It was not worth it at all. The appointment was a waste of money. Were going to get a second cleaning appointment somewhere else.

I highly recommend this office Dr. Chen and his staff are very kind and their office is very clean and even have toys and books for the children to play with . There is no long wait time they get you in very quickly. Every time I go I feel at home with their friendly atmosphere .

I have always been afraid to go to the dentist because of the pain. I had been with two other dentist for the last 10 year and none of them is comparable to Dr. Chen. Not only is their staff friendly, he is very skilled and does not cause me any pain at all. I have since then recommended a few of my coworkers to him and they too praised very highly of Dr. Chen.

Had a really good first time experience here with Dr. Chen and his staff. The guy who took my xrays and did the flouride cleaning was really cool and did his job well. The front desk is very helpful and very nice. Dr. Chen himself is a really good dentist and has great bedside manner. He explained everything, gave me recommendations to an ortho, and fixed a cavity in 15 min. I highly recommend him, I had to switch jobs and now have to use Denti Cal. I was afraid I might get a lower quality of care because of my insurance but that was not the case at all. So glad I no longer need to look for a dentist. Go see this guy if you need help, dont wait.
