Nasty receptionist. Crown was not correct, going on a month+ with a temp. You can do better.Update: 2+months, called me back to tell me my refund is ready this afternoon, call back and suddenly a refund is not ready until Friday.

Amazing staff. They were very helpful and patient. The dentist was super detailed about my care and very understanding about my nervousness. Went in for wisdom teeth pain and it was very quick but I didn’t feel like I was being rushed. Definitely going back for the rest of my dental care.

Best dentist Ive ever been to when it comes to having work done. That alone is 5 stars no pain nothing. Dont even feel the shots. However, I feel very uncomfortable when it comes to getting stuff done a Im sure many of us are broke here and on denti-cal having a $1000 crown is not something we can have done just that easy. Also having an extra cleaning that my insurance doesnt cover because its an in-depth cleaning is way to expensive for me as well since thats another 300. Its very suspicious that he acts like that all the time and its concerning. But still top notch dental work. Best Ive ever had.

This place is very caring. I’m glad I decided to get service here!! Dr. Rami is the best. His staff are very nice and respectful. He really helped me with an infection at the last minute, and I was in horrific pain. He made me feel welcome and was very gentle!!! I would recommend anybody to this place. I always try to stay away from dentist because of very bad experiences, but this one here at Tower Dental is the greatest dentist place ever.

I WENT TO TOWER DENTAL AS A WALK-IN EMERGENCY, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO THEM WHEN I FIRST STARTED HAVING PAIN INSTEAD OF HAPPY TEETH. THE WAIT WASNT LONG AND THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT AND DR. RAMI. HE NOT ONLY LOOKED INTO THE PROBLEM CAUSING ME PAIN IN THE ONE TOOTH BUT ALSO TALKED TO ME ABOUT TAKING CARE OF ANOTHER TOOTH THAT IF NOT TAKEN CARED OF SOON WOULD BE CAUSING PAIN. ITS NOT EASY FINDING REAL HONEST DENTISTS OUT THERE SO I WAS BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND TOWER DENTAL CARE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ALL MY FAMILY. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. RAMI AND GIRLS.

I got full dentures at tower dental. They are amazing. They fit so naturally it is incredible and for any alteration I needed they always did it immediately. Always polite and accommodating.

I moved to Elk Grove, and needed a new dentist. I discovered Tower Dental Care, and was very impressed. Their safety procedures during the pandemic made me feel comfortable, and their staff-- the dentists, the assistants, and the receptionists-- made me feel welcome, appreciated, and helped me understand everything that they were doing. Id highly recommend Tower Dental Care-- especially if youre coming to a new area, and are looking for a fresh look at your mouth that you can trust. (Ive only had two appointments so far, but at this point there are really no negatives to my experience!)

Dr.Rami is really good doctor wen I 1st came in told him my problem of my teeth he fix it right away he has good customer service and the lady’s in the front desk have good customer service they are so welcoming you get a appointment right away I use to go to western dental but they send me here and trust me ever since they send me here it’s way better..Dr.Rami fix your teeth and takes what ever pain your having away I got done 2 crowns and he is really good I have no more pain in my teeth and no more problems with my teeth I come here because Dr.Rami knows what he is doing and they work with you on payments I like it here I give them more then 5 stars if I could on here lol but come check it out good customer service and so welcoming I highly recommend tower dental care!

I know my teeth are difficult. Several dentists have done work on them just to have my teeth crumble apart a year or so later. I have a condition that makes them brittle. This is the ONLY dentist that has EVER made anything stay. The onlt one ever given me the confidence ro smile againIm only 30. I have higher class clients and i couldnt even smile to ne friendly. I felt so ashamed, unwelcoming, hillbilly like and all that. Now im so happy to flash my lovely teeth. That you and your staff so so much

Ive been going to this dentist for some time now and i can officially say its a great dental office, the staff is super friendly and professional. atmosphere was very nice and its super clean inside. Dr. rami was an amazing dentist and took care of me and my family with no trouble!!

This place did an amazing job with my teeth and are always so sweet. Well all except one dental assistant. She is rude and not very good with children. The way she speaks is very degrading. She ridicules adults and children about this and that regarding theyre teeth. She did so to myself and my son which caused my son to feel very small and humiliated. I would never take my children or myself back to this office if it werent for the remarkable work and wonderful service from the dentist!

Horrible Experience! I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain. I went with Tower Dental because they had appointments available within a few days.The Dentist convinced me that I needed three teeth extracted. He was so rough. He kept banging the tools against my lips. My mouth is so sore. But the worst part is theres chunks of teeth still in my gums.I will find a new dentist to help me get the rest of the teeth out of my mouth.

Awesome place to get your teeth checked out... very nice staff great work & good customer service I’ve been here I few times & love it I’ll be bringing my kids here.

At first it doesnt look all that great but after you git in and meet the staff you will love it the people in front are friendly and helpful. The lady that does the exrays is nice and most of all easy with the plastic tools that they put in your mouth. Really couldnt think of any other way of saying that . if you need work on your teeth this is the place.

What a great place to go when you want to feel good an come out looking even better staff is on point with almost everything doctor did such a great job I refer him to anyone in the of a beautiful smile your time was much appreciated.

First they did 22 fillings at one time when I was 16. More than needed. And before I turned 18 they said I had 18 cavities and when I saw a second opinion they said I only needed 4. This place over Bills and would never go back here again. I wouldnt even send my worst enemy here. They are known to pull out more teeth than needed. I would not reccomend at all. Stay away.
