I was with this dentist for over 10 years and recently switched due to poor service. They do not answer their phones, I called to reschedule they just cancelled my appointment and hung up on me. The front desk staff is rude and when I was temporarily on Medi-Cal vs my old insurance the dentist treated me a lot differently. I was told I could now go back every two years and also found out I wasnt being given the full treatment for preventative care I shouldve received the last few years. They were quick to rush me in and out and did not give me a full dental cleaning.

Being a family client since office was located off of Palm and Bullard, this office has gone down the drain. Front office staff are rude and never responds to voice messages, unknowingly canceled my daughters appointment and pushed it back another month and only excuse given was they had lost another hygienist. Its very upsetting when trying to get ahold of front office staff and Dr Gorman that there is ZERO communication.

Staff is rude and unprofessional, plenty of better options.

Aweful at actually getting work done on teeth in a timely manner. Still waiting to get one rotting tooth worked on since September. Was suppose to be worked on in October, now I have to wait until December IF they actually work on it. I dont recommend this place at all

Had appointment for my 3 daughters and I thought this place was very respectful and Dr. Gorman was very professional and nice. Well explains & Cares about his patients. One of my daughters had a serious condition and he will help or referalr you to places to take all care of your childs needs. So really give him a 5star. Recommend

The office is always very quiet. The staff is nice and professional. Dr. Gorman has a calm demeanor which is probably the reason why his office runs so smoothly. I appreciate that he takes his time with the children, and he knows how to communicate with them so that they feel comfortable around him. Our visits never go over 40 minutes. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Gorman is a great doctor and I would recommend his services to anyone who is in the market for General Dentistry. Since moving to their new facility, the staff is not as efficient and as polite. I know the old place was a bit outdated, but at least it was comfortable and Marnie was great to work with. I have yet to receive an invoice for all the work completed and it has been almost a year. I hope it all works out for you there.

It was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, the dental assistant was very informative. And although brief, Dr. Gorman was nice and sweet. Also there wasnt a long wait, and we got through the appointment in a reasonable time.

Dr.Gorman is the best! Been going to him for years. Definitely would recommend him and his services. The girls are the nicest. And they are fast.

Took my 5 year old that has autism to this dentist because they said they worked with children with autism I get there and they didnt even try anything to make the visit pleasant for her or me. The nurses where helpful but the front desk staff was rude was short and made me feel that my child was a nuisance. I was very disappointed

Dr. Gorman is AWESOME! Ive been going to him for over 2 yrs. now & when I told him abt. my 3 yr old grandsons first dental experience being traumatic because he was strapped him down & teeth pulled w/out any general anesthetic Dr. Gorman scheduled him for a cleaning and now my grandson loves going to see Dr. Gorman.

Dr J. Goorman, recieved 5 stars for his patience and ethical service. But i must say that a front office can make or break a business. Your front office staff represents a owner of any company because it is the first contact a customer has with that business. The women in the office are rude and not willing to accommodate under unique circumstances, and the manager set the tone. We lead by example!

If I could give negative stars I would. Gorman is very rude and disrespectful. My daughter had an appt that I could not go to because of work. When I asked to speak to him he treated and spoke to me so disrespectfully because of the type of insurance she has, which I still freaking have to pay for monthly. Unprofessional. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt nevrr refer anyone I like to this place.

I love my dentist Dr. Gorman... he has been my childrens dentist since very young... I would recommend him to all my friends...

I was a little nervous being that I hadnt been to the dentist in a while but the staff and dentist were very kind and made me feel very comfortable! The best in town for sure!

Probably my favorite Dentist I can remember seeing. Very easy going and likable, fun to conversate with. The staff is also very pleasurable to be around everyone is in high spirts with smiles on their face. I would defiantly recommend their services to friends and family.

Very patient Dentist and very accommodating. If you are a client of CVRC, be sure to provide proof of your insurance and affiliation with CVRC, and the office will most likely work with you. They are very nice.

Dr Gorman was recommended 4 years ago. Great family dentist and staff, and I appreciate his bedside manner.

I think so far the main doctor is very nice and understanding to the patience needs

I just had a root canal done and it has been the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, Dr Gorman explained the whole process, I am very pleased with the results and with the price, excellent service.

Front desk is very rude. Don’t work in this field if you don’t like customer service. Dr. Gorman was okay but his staff came later on to tell us that he was upset with them because we personally gave him a form he was suppose to sign apparently we were suppose to give his staff the form first but we weren’t asked for anything but to sign the forms given to us when we first walked in. Very unprofessional and not happy with today’s visit.
