We have financed 4 vehicles through PSCU. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The last and most recent financed vehicle, they went above and beyond. They had loan docs out same day. I highly recommend PSCU.

Love Pacific service credit Union! Have been using them for 13 years and always happy with their customer service! I had Wells Fargo and Bank of America accounts in the past, but when I switch to this credit union I immediately noticed the difference. They are more personable and treat you right. If you’re at a big corporate bank, run! Switch to a credit union today! Pacific service credit Union allows you to use any ATMs you want in the United States and they reimburse you any ATM fees the other banks charge you.

This branch is great it’s when you call the 888 number that I have a problem with. Trying to close my savings account via phone because they were going to charge me to keep it open, I called last week answered so many questions to confirm my account then was told they would call me the next day to close account. Surprise surprise no phone call so I called again had to go through the same song and dance and was told they will call tomorrow to finalize closing of account. By the way I asked them to transfer the $5 to my sons account with them which I thought had been done nope $5 is MIA.So final thought, don’t open an account with this company or don’t move to a town that doesn’t have a branch and deal with the stupidity of their customer service!!!!!

Best credit Union I’ve belonged to. Super easy loan process, and their Visa can’t be beat. Lowest interest and no transfer fees. The people in the Fresno office are so friendly and knowledgeable. They even remember frequent members names, greeting them by name. No fees for using other credit unions ATMS. I can’t say enough good stuff about them.

Got my car loan through here. Just walked in and inquired about a loan and they were able to give me an estimate. Worked with Valerie in getting set up. I had a ton of questions and she was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We corresponded through email which worked perfectly with me due to my work schedule. She emailed me documents that I needed to complete and I scanned and sent her the completed forms, which expedited the process when I finally walked in to complete everything.

To be honest, I dont even bank with you guys but I absolutely loved that when I used your ATM, I was not charged any fees for using it considering I bank with another credit union! It may not be a big deal to others but it was to me, especially when I was told that using other credit unions would not result in fees and trust me, Ive been charged (ridiculous). Thank you for that!

Ive banked with multiple banks, and other credit unions. This bank is by far my favorite. The reason that is, is because it’s so convenient. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly, i’ve never been given attitude from anyone. I get to use any ATM I want for free, including gas station ATMs. Moreover, the wait time is never long! That’s what I like the most honestly. I hate going to the bank to wait in line forever. I’ve been with this bank for about a year now and I’ve never had to wait in line for more than 5 minutes. Just my experience.

Since switching to this c.u. Ive had a multitude of letters sent to the wrong address. When those letters are claim notices, its detrimental and in my case worked against my favor, because with no way to respond the claims get denied. Ive had fraud occur here as well as my previous banks, and they are infinitely less helpful here and will plainly refuse to dispute fraud without taking as much as a statement or any other form of proof.

Definitely have a lot to work on. Now that youve forced everyone to use the chip, the customer can no longer replace a card in your business on the same day. It doesnt help that you have few offices to begin with. That was one of the perks to having an account with you was being able to replace my card if it was damaged or lost. Your passive monitoring is sub par and has caused unnecessary blocks on the use of my own debit card numerous times, which has caused inconveniences to ME numerous times. Your staff have made several mistakes with clerical errors that have affected me directly. Not following up with me and resolving things has led to the one star.

Ive been banking here ever since I had a kids savings account. Im now a young adult. Great service, great staff.
