Wow , I feel so much more discouraged then before .I called to ask if this dr was taking any new clients & the front desk lady who answered , was so angry !I asked if before I can ask some questions ! Then she began to raise her voice she turned us away , didn’t even ask what we needed or anything !!!! I found this place on the Internet . I’m just so upset . I hope no one else gets treated this way . This place was supposed to be the opposite from the way they treated me ! Imagine the clients who come here !

My husband and I have been clients of Roubicek and Thacker for the past 6 months. Every visit weve been treated with care and respect. The front office staff is welcoming, timely in responding to calls, and accommodating with scheduling. The therapists are professional, dedicated, and the best in the Central Valley. In working with Dr. Jeff Crane, my husband and I have experienced tremendous growth and healing. Weve experienced a depth of connection and relationship we didnt think was possible.

The therapists and staff at Roubicek and Thacker are second to none. I felt taken care of and respected the moment I walked in. Suzanne, the office manager truly cares about every patient that comes in. I was a client here for more than a year and experienced real change and lasting healing.

The front desk is very unethical Susan to be exact. She wouldnt not have the therapist contact us nore make appointments for our family. She refused to allow us to speak to her boss.
