Ive worked with Austin and Andrew for close 2 months now and I have loved every minute of it. They are there for you the whole time and make sure your form is good. They coach you through the whole process so if you dont know where to start these guys are amazing. The amount of confidence I have gained by working with them is priceless.

I have been working out with Austin for almost 2 months now and I can see the improvement. He starts with the in-body test and determines what weight you need to lose and what muscle needs to be gained.The sleds are the most difficult, but its overall a great experience. He always makes sure that you finish a session strong. ALSO, you can use the gym equipment when not personal training with him if you are a client.

Austin is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. Austin is amazing trainer; sessions are structured to maximize efficiency, and Austin is always there to push you to your limit (without overdoing it). I went from barely able to run a mile or finish a full session (work from home since Covid and have barely moved from my chair) to being able to not only run more than a mile, but also to finish the sessions feeling great and full of confidence in just a two month time. Highly recommend if your looking for a personal trainer or need the extra motivacion.

I used to go to another gym but didn’t really see any results so then I decided to try fit4life and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been training with Melanie and she’s so awesome! She’s always so encouraging and hypes you up which makes you feel good. I’ve seen more results in one month with them than my other gym. I think it’s also awesome how they have meal plans and Austin and Melanie are always there to answer any questions. After overcoming a cancer diagnosis, I am so happy to have found a personal trainer in the area that pushes me to be my best self each workout. He has alternative movements if my body isn’t capable of completing a task and always encourages me to be my strongest for that fitness session. I personally am being trained by Melanie. She is fantastic. She gives you 100% every time, and pushes you to your full potential. The people you meet who also get trained at the gym are awesome, and fun to train with. The atmosphere is great, and I like the fact that they have so many different equipment compared to other gyms. Ive lost 15 pounds on my first month. Im gona keep pushing until Ive met my fitness goals...and I can definitely achieve them here! 💪 this gym is absolutely awesome. If you want to be surrounded by awesome people, trained by great professionals, use different equipment that will push greatness out of you, and workout in a private environment then this is the gym for you 💪

I have been to Orange Theory, personal training at GB3, and even Transformation Camp both at Clovis and Fresno, and Fit4Life is genuinely the most effective and my favorite gym of all! The staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel confident while helping you no matter what fitness level you are at. They push you but also respect your limits and if you need a break. They also offer meal prep that you can eat throughout the week to make it that much easier to stick to a plan! 5 stars are not enough, I highly recommend them ☺️

Austin has been great! After trying to be consistent in an exercise routine for 2+years, and having a hard time pushing myself to go further, God answered and lead me to Fit4Life. Austin sets up good workouts which are versatile, and also pushes me to higher and greater limits.I was learning to lift weights through videos, and my left upper arm started hurting when moving it certain ways. In just a couple of weeks, the pain is gone because Austin showed me the right way to lift, and makes sure I am doing it right. I am motivated once again to do the work. I also enjoy it because I can come in on my off trainer days and continue to build strength and resistance. After just a few weeks I already feel better. Austin has different packages and is willing to work with you, because he cares about your desire to get in shape.

I started off not knowing anything about fitness. While training, Austin is excellent in showing me what to do, how to do it, and he is very patient considering all the clients he has. He’s very flexible, and will work with you according to your schedules (thankfully)! He pushes me and motivates me every training, and helps me get through the hour we have together. Before joining, I was skeptical at first, because I am one to be very shy and uncomfortable while working out in front of others but Austin has never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. Within the sessions we’ve had, I have been able to get through each training while feeling accomplished at the end, thanks to him. I have learned a lot just in one month, and will continue to have him as my personal trainer. I definitely recommend his services.

I haven’t worked out in 7 months and when coming in to Fit4Life I was warmly welcomed in they went at my own pace. My trainer, Austin, was very helpful at my time there. He made sure that I was getting my moneys worth. He made the whole experience engaging, in which it didn’t feel like a chore going there. Not only does he provide professional training but he also offers meals to help with diets. Overall, the staff is very friendly and they helped me so much. Waking up early to meet with Austin before work has been life-changing. Working throughout this pandemic has played such a huge role on my body mentally and physically, I knew it was time to really put me first. The workouts have been a challenge, but attainable. After one month of training with Austin, I can truly say that I feel amazing, not to mention the subtle transformations that I am already beginning to notice with my physique (which I fully anticipate to continue). Training with Austin is a game changer. He created a workout plan for my goal, he motivates me to push harder at every workout. On time, punctual, and works around my busy schedule.He started me out with a free session, got to know me, and where I needed work, and what I was aiming for.. created a workout plan, tells you about nutrition and provided progress cards where you can track how much you are lifting and progressing after each workout. I trained with Austin for probably 4 months. It was okay at first, but just be aware you are not signing up for 1:1 sessions. He constantly scheduled other clients to work out with me. Other clients would be late and we would wait for them. He would end my sessions early almost every time. He began texting me he couldn’t make sessions an hour before my sessions frequently. Always on his phone during sessions as well. Just be mindful of what you’re signing up for.

Ive been working out with Austin for a month now, and Ive learned many new things. For instance, its okay to wear a tank top in the middle of winter even if you wake up to frost on your window. He provides constant entertainment with his dance moves he brought from Hot-Lanta. Now, i understand his disappointment when he didnt make the dance team. He wanted to show them how to get down with a smooth groove. One thing i dont like about this little angel is the amount of times hes made me push sleds. I didnt sign up for someone to push me to get into the best shape possible (hurtful). Also, when he makes me run a mile when Im not a runner. Im trying to bake my cakes, not have them slow me down. All in all i am thankful my bossy best friend forced me to sign up with Austin because I have a great time with him and the people i work out with. Im concerned about what he may wear in the summer when the weather becomes blistering hot, but i believe in him, Ill tell him it looks bad if need be. I have been working out with Austin for over 4 months now. Being over 40 years old and having never consistently worked out before I was afraid my body won’t respond positively and I’d end up quitting but he provided a simple yet effective workout and diet plan which helped me find my rhythm. He motivates me and gives good tips. I have been very consistent working out 5 hours a week and am happy with the results in such a short time. Great personal trainer who will motivate you to keep pushing. He does a good job of making sure to evaluate any injuries that you may have and adjust your workout so not to further aggravate those injuries. I approached Austin hoping that I could get in shape for ROTC training. He did much more than that. He taught me proper ways to work out the body, showed me different methods for working out as well as helped improved different muscles. Austin showed me how to properly use the machines at GB3. Austin is an excellent trainer. I’ve found I’m more motivated to go to the gym, and I get a better work out while I’m there. He’s knowledgeable about what exercises to put together to get results, and often helps me understand what keys to focus on with my form and why those things are important. Ive been working with Austin for 12 sessions now. Ive had previous gym experience but have always become intimidated whenever I plateaued. I would like to focus on strength training and prepare for a Spartan race. Since then, Austin has customized a workout plan that is both realistic and specific to me. Austin and I have been working together for less than a month and I can already feel myself get stronger with each session. He has adapted each workout to my fitness level and he knows when its time for me to move up another level. He holds me accountable for doing the work outside of our sessions and has a good interpersonal connection with clients and others at the gym.

When I first went to Austin I was so out of shape I could barely do a sit up or squat. Getting through the 15 minute assessment was tough! But now I am able to do boot camp twice a week, and weight train twice a week. In less than 3 months I am down 2 pant sizes and have toned up.I feel a sense of accomplishment. It has been a satisfying journey physically, mentally and spiritually.And I could not have achieved so much without my trainer Austin. He is so motivational and encouraging. He genuinely wants to see me succeed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is focused on teaching the right exercises the right way. I am so thankful for him. Thank you Austin!

It took me a while to finally learn from a personal trainer. I thought I could do it myself. Austin offered me a free session and next moment my decision to keep a trainer was final.Austin has the energy and vigor to drive his trainee. I started with him in mid 2017 and now it is a year. I can see the difference in my physical achievements like energy, stamina and mental health.He is personable, social and empathetic.I recommend him with five stars.

Austin is a great personal trainer! I’ve only been with him for a month and I’m already starting to feel the changes! I feel healthier and stronger like I never have before! He also works with your special needs and injuries. I had knee surgery a couple years ago and he really works around my injury but at the same time making my knee stronger. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

I have been out of shape and out of the gym for years now. I was intimidated to hire a trainer but needed someone to hold me accountable. Austin does just that. Hes positive and motivating and pushes you just when you think you cant make it through a set. Even on days Im not training with him, Im motivated to go to the gym and put my all into my workout. Im almost a month in and I can already see improvements in my strength and endurance. Im excited to see what the future will bring and will definitely continue to hire Austin as my trainer.

Since then, Austin has taken my goals into consideration and has tailored a workout plan that is both realistic and specific to me--complete with nutrition advice, meal planning tips, and methods to track my progress (much more than I had originally bargained for).Austin is clearly passionate about what he does. At 55 it was hard to know where to start to get fit. Austin fit my workout program to my level. He is encouraging and pushes me to be better and stronger than I imagined I could be. 2 months of training with Austin and have seen major improvements! Started at 155 and now 178 of bulked up muscle. His planning and tracking methods allow you to follow a great schedule on your own. I have trained with Austin since 2015 when he first started out as a personal trainer. I was one of his first clients and I cant imagine working with any other trainer, even after all these years! Austin is innovative, energetic and passionate in seeing results with ALL his clients. It amazes me how Austin still continues to develop a challenging workout plan that caters to my strength and abilities.
