I truly an grateful to Central Valley Family therapy for all of their help. They have been professional, understanding, and supportive since the first day I called. Their intake staff is so kind and their therapists are knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend this place if you need help!

Selfish people that only care about the money. Wouldn’t recommend

This company was great up until I had a medical emergency with my mother in law and they counted it as a no show! Then I started a new job and needed to change my schedule and they wouldn’t accommodate me at all what so ever! I would call the office and no one would answer either, so I went through all the steps to be accommodated they denied me. Then I got a threatening letter that would dismiss me for one no show because the receptionist never answers the phone. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone!

Speaking with secretary Rosa was one of the worst things Ive done in a long time.

This place is amazing! The staff is incredible and so helpful.

Very clean, well organized environment. The receptionist at front is very kind, respectful, and helpful. The area has a play area for children to be entertained.The psychologists here really help with mental disorders and whatever trouble you may be having. I suffer from manic depression and often have attacks. I may only hope my frequent visits help with my anxiety and depression overtime.Parking is great and spread out, but it’s hard to find this place sometimes. It’s best to take Barstow Ave. down to First St. rather than taking Shaw Ave. and having to U-turn to get in.There’s no complaints about this place and good for those with Medical or regular insurance.

Ive just been trying to book an appointment here for over six months because there they only place close to me that accepts mdy incurance ive left countless voicemails and the office staff is horrible with responding back to you and if you ever do get through they are super rude and they eventually hang up on you i wish i could give them zero stars.
