Do not go here you’ll end up paying double to repair the damage that they do.This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever received a pedicure. My nails are Not even have old nail polish on them. One of the tech kept hitting my leg to position me to her liking! The other told me they don’t do nails for people with medial issues like diabetes. They kept talking to customers poorly about past staff. At the end instead of apologizing about the issues Lilly said maybe next time I should do it myself. I told her no maybe I should go somewhere more professional! Especially since your equipment is not sterilized.

Friendly, Fast, overall very satisfied. I was from out of town with quite a few hours to spare and decided to get a fill. The man was very patient as I had my wiggly worm child with me. After calling 3 other places that were either booked or not answering I was grateful for their quick happy voice when the lady said come right in!!

Love these nails! The tech was awesome and they are really holding up, no breaks! Will be back when Im in Fresno!

Went here disregarded reviews and stars, had a great and quick and efficient service. Both ladies who did my pedicure and full set each were amazing and really nice! Going back for sure

Terrible service the daughter of one of the the workers there did a absolutely terrible lazy job at doing my mothers fingernail she made her bleed now my mother cant pick up things because of how much her finger hurts. The daughter also did a lousy job just trying to get my mother out of the salon that right there is bad consumer service my mother really shouldnt have even paid for the service very unprofessional.

I always go here only because they charge very cheap and simple.. BUT, I will never go here again. They do not know how to do nails much and I notice they are missing some steps when doing my nails. Most of my visits here, they dont take their time and their work is not even all that. I would not waste my time describing my nails for here at all. I would give it a 4/10 here but the customer service is good, theyre nice people.

I went in and got 2 nails fixed , I got my reseat and it said $10 dollars i demanded Lilly to give my $4 dollars back she started going off saying because I had gel . I was 2 days prior and it was $3 for one nail . Dont go there Lilly is super rude. The girl Amanda is very unprofessional she starts playing rap music very loud on her phone..

Don’t trust them with your eyebrows and less you wanna look like a clown after. There about the money but not about Quality. Thank God Ann’s hair and nails cleans up your mistake!

They completely messed up my eyebrows, she gave me a whole different shape and cut the hair that didnt need to be and left all the unwanted hair there. Do not go there!!

This was my first and last visit. The nail tech did not even use acetone to remove my old gel polish, she used her fingers to peel off the paint! I could have done that at home! Her paint job was horrible, she kept missing spots and I didnt even paint my whole nail, I kept pointing out mistakes! She was too busy talking on the phone and not paying attention to what she was doing! Rushed half a** job! So disappointed!

Where do I start first time I went there they cut me so bad second time I went it was the worst my pinky nail was way bigger than my other nails, acrylic went over my skin it was sticking my skin to the glue so bad and I asked for no gel and he gave me gel polish it didnt even come out the way I wanted in the picture, he messed up on my nail polish color somehow I asked her pink and he put purple I had to stop him before he continued in other words if you ever to go here ask for Amanda she took off my nails after 2 weeks of wearing the bad ones from The guy that work there did and she told me herself dont ever come back here unless I do them she felt bad for what they did to me she said next time say something dont have them even charge you

I got my nails done but wasnt the way i wanted. Some are lumpy,uneven i was not satisfied with there job.told the owner and said theres nothing she can do about it.

Believe the reviews girls. Terrible from when i opened the door. No customer service idea, i told her if she could fix a little mistake and she told me wait im not done with you but she didnt even fix it. Not even a decent job with the nail she did. She got mad at me for going to just fix a nail there . First and last time here.

I have been going to Lilys for a little morr thsn a year, but when your gel polish peeld off the first day and Lily trys to overcharge every time its bad. This last time though takes the cake!!! Look at my nails. This is hoe she sent mr out after a 25$ full set! Oh she offered me a top coat but I told her she needed it more than I did.

I went here yesterday for a FILL i paid 25! For and the young chick was so unprofessional cursing and rushing through like she hated her job. The worst part my nails were UNEVEN & one of ny nails were ready to pop off the acrylic was so thin. Smh. Never again
