Really impressed with this senior community. Reminds me of a lodge in Yosemite National Park, nice design. My Dad will love it here. The staff is experienced and kind. Many veterans live here, the food looks great and the apartment was large, well priced. Thank you

Embellished menus. Understaffed. Not sure what they are doing with the money that they get from their residents. The best part of this place is their physical therapy team.

The entire experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations, covid put my Aunt in isolation and quarantine, Paintbrush gave her back joy and dignity. Randi showed us a place that we are proud to call ourAunts home, she loves the food, kind staff and new friends she has made . Also, this home looks likea beautiful Yosemite lodge, new , clean, attractive.We are grateful.

Our family and dearest friends witnessed a wonderful morning watching the staff and residents sit spaced apart while our mother enjoyed a car parade to celebrate her 100th Birthday. Staff went over the top to make sure everyone was able to see the cars while keeping everyone safe. Every effort was taken for a flawless event that we could not have done without good communication prior, during, and after the event. Our mother loves the staff and feels at home. We could not ask for a better place or staff to make our mother feel loved. She loves her BINGO

I dont feel like I can be at a safer place then at Paintbrush. Our Activty Director works hard at keeping us all busy. I can take my dog out to the dog park at anytime. Holly, my dog, likes it here too. I think the staff works really hard to keep us all safe. Overall Paintbrush is doing a good job.

While the staff is pleasant in person our phone calls have not been returned timely in seven months, there is currently no one answering the phone, the voicemailbox is full and there is no after hours number provided. We need to speak to someone immediately. If a staff person sees this, please call Mike or Michele Hansen.

This community is beautiful and filled with amazing staff who absolutely love the residents. They are well trained in all aspects of care. The facility is well kept and Gino is one of the nicest Maintenance Supervisors around who has high expectations for his community and staff who care for the residents...great guy. Great team at Paintbrush! Keep up the great work.

I recently attended a social event and met some of the residents and employees. There was live music and food provided. I was brought on to the dance floor by the dance instructor and had a good time. The residents in attendance really appreciated the music and the facilities were great.

Paintbrush is a beautiful facility, very well maintained and clean. The staff is always attentive and helpful and Im amazed at the different activities they offer the residents. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Recently toured with my parents. They love the lodge feeling and the people they met were friendly and welcoming. The Chef even came out to say hello at lunch. Felt at home!

Paintbrush is a beautiful community! The first people you see at the front desk are Ive toured with a few familes and the sales people are always so caring, understanding and knowledgable. smiling and welcoming you to Paintbrush. I also run a home care and transport business and coordinating with their team is flawless. Great job!!!!

I came in to tour the place and I was ignored by management. When I was inside waiting, there was a man who was yelling at a staff member in a very disgusting manner right in front of me which I found to be very rude. I’m a huge believer in treating your employees with respect. I believe if your employees are happy to come to work they will treat the Residents in a kind, loving manner. I asked the woman at the front desk for the name of the man. His name is Gino Martinez. I tried calling after to put in a complaint but they never got back to me. The fact that they don’t have respect for employees or a potential customer was enough for me to look elsewhere.

Have a few run in with this place and judging from their workers they have hired, this place is garbage, idk how they vet their front desk, med techs , or whoever is under the payroll, it seems they are extremely rude and lazy, lacking the capacity to do their job minimally. If this is the kind of experience I got from a few visits I would only send my worse enemies to this place

This place looks like a mountain Lodge, youd never know it wasnt a hotel. It can room 75 in assisted living & 25 in the secure memory care wing. Staff is friendly, hardworking, cheerful, some need more training. Meals are ok but small & usually bland. Always choices on menu in dining room. Chef is good but I think they must have him on a tight budget. The new director gave us a tour & was very patient with dads slow pace & need for breaks. There was no sales pitch. Private rooms are lrg. with high ceilings, self-furnished, kitchenette with microwave & minifridge. Studios, 1 & 2 bdrms. Pets allowed (fees), dog park, 2 courtyards, cinema & fitness rooms, game room. Raised Gardening Club in both sections. Memory care section is open family room, family style eating, seperate activity room with things to do all day to stimulate the senses, ease stress, stir memories, private rooms. Science, cooking, music, art & games. Everywhere I went the staff was relaxed, happy & engaged with the clients.

Paintbrush assisted living. Is so awsome I love the employes also the change of excutive directors an memory care supervisor it really has changed over the last year an whats so awsome is our residents are so happy with the change we all have made as a team within

Facility and grounds kept clean and orderly. Staff very friendly and helpful. My concern is the facility is poorly understaffed. One night there was a person on staff for 80+ residents....alone! That wasnt the first time either. No RN on site? (I dont mean an LVN or NA). What happens in case of an emergency? Is staff trained to perform CPR? Medications such as OxyContin, hydrocodone, etc. not locked up properly (most facilities use the double lock and signature/ verification process). What happens if a resident gets the medicine? Is it legal for unlicensed staff to handle/distribute that type of medication? What is the protocol for accountability of the medication? There have been numerous complaints reported to the State Board as well as locally as far as care is concerned. How is that OK? These issues need to be looked into on a serious level. Its difficult enough to watch our parent(s) live probably their last days there.

This place is not a place you want to put your elders. I worked at Paintbrush for a few months & quit because of how horrible this place was. Management is garbage and not as nice as they may seem to new comers. The facility itself may look welcoming & tidy...I assure you, it is NOT. It’s INVESTED with roaches, bed bugs, & i’ve even come across mice in the kitchen. There’s a reason this place is so understaffed, they treat their employees like complete trash, especially a director there who goes by the name of Gino. The management there does not care for the residents & i’ve seen it with my own eyes. Do yourself & loved one a favor & look for a different assisted living facility, I GURANTEE there are ones in Fresno that are 1,000 times better than Paintbrush. It’s bottom of the tier.

Visited Paintbrush to compare with other places and found it to be very clean and staff friendly. Had lunch there and was impressed with it . 👍

Ive found every single one of the staff to be friendly, professional and caring. The place is relaxing and beautiful inside.

This past summer. I found a resident in a wheelchair outside in driveway a sleep. No staff around, had to go inside and tell receptionist. She went outside and woke him up and brought him back inside.
