Dr. Goswami worked a miracle for me! He and his staff are concerned and professional. For the first time in almost a year I can do household chores and walk long distances with my grandkids! Thank you, Dr. Goswami!!

I was referred to Dr. Goswami 5 years ago. Even though initially my workmans comp insurance was less than willing to follow his recommendations for my care he persevered and went far above and beyond to get me the care I needed. Ultimately I received approval for and had aspirations cord stimulator installed. More than the back surgeries ever did in relieving my pain the SCS relieved 90% of my pain.

In January of 2020, I became a patient of Dr. Goswamis. My primary care Doctor referred me. Dr. Goswami is very empathetic, very easy to speak too and will answer any of your questions. I have a lot of physical issues, having had back surgeries in addition to having a full cage in my neck. C2/C7. His staff are very friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to help me. When you make your first appointment, you will not have to wait a long time in their office. Your first appointment is extensive. You will see several different members of his team. After that he will come in and speak with you about your goals and what he can do to help you have a better quality of life. Dr. Goswami is working with me on alternative measures to assist in my pain management. If you want to start 2021 off right and get help for your chronic pain, I recommend Dr. Goswami. You will not be disappointed. He and his medical team truly deserve five stars for excellence.

Dr Goswami and his staff are amazing... Ive dealt with chronic back pain since I was in my teens due to accident... I was reluctant to go see another person specialist due to the drs in Florida having me on methadone for 13 yrs... I stopped them cold turkey after 13yrs... I put my trust in Dr Goswami not to jus throw meds at me... he over exceeded my expectations... he listened to my concerns and needs .. we did a cpl procedures and after a few wks I felt some relief... I love how personable the staff and he is... wished I wldve been in the area long term cuz he is def the best layin mgmt dr Ive seen in 30yrs...

I was referred to Dr. Goswami because of a impact injury to my lower back that ruptured two discs. I was in severe lower back pain that was prohibiting me from living my life the way I had been. Before my injury I was extremely active and enjoyed riding motorcycles and quads. After my injury, my pain was so bad I couldnt bear to stand long enough to cook breakfast.I am 41 years old, and I was healthy before my injury. I had never had a surgery, never had back pain. I went through physical therapy, acupuncture. and cranio sacral therapy to help my body heal. All of these things helped to reduce my pain, but not enough to return to my normal activities.I was scared to go to a pain management doctor. I thought pain management meant that I would be prescribed addictive pain medicines that you build up a tolerance to, which is NOT what I was looking for. A friend convinced me to just go and meet with Dr. Goswami.At my first appointment, I was asked to provide a urine sample. This caught me off guard, and embarrassed me as I thought this confirmed my suspicions that pain management dealt with people seeking drugs!My fears were put to rest as soon as I met Dr. Goswami. He is the kindest doctor I have ever met. He actually hugged me!! Dr. Goswami had already went over my medical records and my imaging before seeing me. He asked me detailed questions about the location and severeity of my pain. He looked at my back, and confirmed EXACTLY where my pain was coming from.Dr, Goswami explained the source of my pain, and knew exactly how to help me. I was terrifed of having a back injection (technically called a medial branch block}. The doctor described the procedure, and assured me that this was a procedure that he performed several times a week. Plus, Dr. Goswami is also a anethesiologist, so he really knows his way around the spine!I had my bi-lateral medial branch blocks done at Fresno Surgery Hospital. (excellent hospital!!) My pain was immediately gone after the procedure. Gone!! Dr. Goswami kept me physically and emotionally as comfortable as possible during the procedure. His nurses also called to check on me a few days after to see how I was coming along.Eventually I went back in for an ablation of the spinal nerves to provide long lasting pain relief. I am forever grateful for Dr., Goswamis intervention and continued management. His wisdom and skill provided with such care and compassion is outstanding. Thanks Dr. Goswami!!
