Case worker was very disrespectful and rude. You can definitely tell she did not enjoy her job. Her antagonizing comments made it really hard to not flip out on her. I felt extremely offended by her comments towards me and would not recommend to anyone. She needs to he moved or fired or something. Her name is Carleen Aguilar.

Good place treated us with respect but did have issues with monitor not working properly and had to drive 1 hr to check it each time so loss of work and money was an issue.

Staff is ok. Kinda slow. Front desk is nice though.
