I am giving this pathetic establishment a negative 10...My appointment was at 3, or so I thought.Being a new patient I was told to come at 230 to fill out paperwork. Ok all set, 3 people are called to go in before me 4 people came out. Even a patient that was 45 minutes late went before me.WTH is wrong with these people???Never again

I called and they saw my son the same-day for a rash. He had no appointment but they were extremely kind and told us to come on in. Will definitely go back.

Went in to have a spot excised but intead the spot got frozen. Not what I went in for. 2 years later the spot is now worse.

The front office staff was really nice when I scheduled mu appointment and then had to reschedule. I saw Mallory and she was great. She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan. Mallory was her professional, knowledge, kind and caring. What a great experience. I will be recommending Skin P.C. and Mallory to everyone!

First appointment with NP Deb Baker! Deb and her nurse, Jeri, are so helpful, kind and professional. Deb was able to explain my skin concern concisely and gave me a couple of treatment options. Deb was also able to take care of removal of a cyst for me at the time of my appointment which was painless! The gal at the front desk was sweet and welcoming, unfortunately I did not get her name. So happy to have NP Deb and her team in Fremont!

Had a mole removed at another dermatologist office. They did a horrible job. Chad came highly recommend by a friend and after speaking with his nurse Heidi, they got me in right away. They were able to correct some of the issues from the initial procedure and alleviate the pain. HIGHLY recommend!!!

The front desk woman is soo super nice. It seemed they were booked and she managed to squeeze my husband in to get himself checked out. They even proformed a procedure and made it feel comfortable for him.

Very poor care, unimpressed with Doctor who wouldn’t it even look at skin. Would not recommend!

Three days later after my appointment and still waiting for my prescription to be call to the pharmacy call the nurse left messages and no call backs
