I have had several surgeries and met with several doctors. First impression of Dr. Reynolds was superb. His team and Dr. reynolds were there to answer question regarding my recovery. After moving to the Bay Area I called several office and was met with bad service over the phone. I specifically decided this doctor office because the front office was very kind and helpful. Dr. Reynolds, with his experience, knew crystals was in my knee by looking at the pictures where my previous doctor made me pay out of network price for lab work. I am very happy to find a consistent team to help in my recovery.

Janice Cooper is an excellent professional, and is particularly good with children. She diagnosed and treated my 11yo son Danny for a complicated hand and wrist injury. The result was very good. Danny made a full recovery and was back playing sports within weeks with no complications. I highly recommend SVO generally and particularly Janice Cooper.

Dr. Reynolds is The Best! He took all the time he needed to understand where I was in my physical activity and where I intended to go with my level of performance before recommending the procedure that would get me where I needed to go. At 52 years old, my recent shoulder injury put me down and set me back, I had a lot of damage, a number of complete rips including 2 of the big ones plus other stuff, wont get into all of it, but Dr. Reynolds is a craftsman at his art and I am so far ahead of anyone else I have talked to regarding their shoulder surgeries thanks to his care. Cutting edge technology over here and people who love what they do! You can see and hear it every time you come to the office. Another thing thats great is that Open MRI is here in the same building, surgery center, and also physical therapy. A+++ and cant say thank you enough to my Surgeon and his 5 star team! Dr Reynolds and SVO, I owe you my humble gratitude for the rest of my life, every time I play with my kids, ride, climb, lift, or anything else I do or want to do that requires full range of motion and strength...it would not be possible had I received an inferior treatment or incomplete care. Dr is great, billing is not

Ive actually had both the distinction and pleasure of working with both Dr. Gay and Dr. Reynolds (Dr. Nic and Dr. Maci for short) and have nothing but the highest regards for each of them and their exceptional staff.A few years ago Dr. Nic worked on my left shoulder removing numerous bone spurs and repairing a rotator cuff tare. Recently in December 2020, probably one of the very few GOOD things to come out of 2020 in my humble opinion, Dr. Maci agreed to do a similar surgery on my right shoulder (though in a different area of the shoulder) and again removed numerous bone fragments/spurs and shaving some extra bone along with some other minor repairs. With each visit, even in a pandemic using all precautions available at their disposal, Tracey and the entire staff from the front desk to back office and all around made me feel not only comfortable but at ease and safe. With Dr. Maci and his team I I never felt I were at risk of being exposed to any covid dangers... they not only were always willing to answer whatever questions but I felt my safety was their top concern. I have a bit more recovering to do in the months to come but I am confident I am well on my way to as complete a recovery as a 55+ yo human can ask for....even better though not bionic but oh well.I will tell all within earshot and beyond that the SVO team is your best and safest bet for all your orthopedic needs at anytime and beyond. They are by far deserving of gold medals all around and of the HIGHEST of praise.

Dr. Gay is an awesome surgeon who performed a total knee replacement on each of my knees. I healed very well from the first surgery and am doing equally well (knock on wood) with my second surgery which was done on 9/24/2020. His lovely staff provides unparalleled patient, informative and efficient service and communication. I offer my highest recommendation to anyone seeking a good surgeon in any of the areas of medicine that Dr. Gay specializes in (all thoroughly detailed on the SVO website).

Dr. Masi Reynolds is the best Ortho guy I’ve seen. He is a gentle, kind doctor who can succinctly explain complex medical procedures and options. He helped me through a difficult elbow break and thanks to him, I’m now 100% ---and I’m considered an OP (old person). He was very encouraging throughout my recovery and he’s a charming man besides. He has a terrific support staff – kudos to all of them as well. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Reynolds – he really is amazing!

DR Gay and DR Reynolds and there entire staff at Silicon Valley Orthopedics are head and shoulders above the rest,I had bilateral hip injections that worked for a while but it was eminent that I needed bilateral total hip replacement, the left has been done and it is so much better my hip actually functions properly now, and I’m waiting for the W/C insurance to authorize the right hip, the doctors and there staff has made this process easy with there professionalism.

I recently had surgery for a meniscus tear. From start to finish, the team at Silicon Valley Orthopedics were exceptional, especially Dr. Reynolds. I highly recommend him!

These Doctors are the absolute BEST. Also, their entire staff treats you as if you are family! Dr. Nic met me very unexpectedly in the ER just three days before I happened to have an appt to see him. My appt was for concerns I had with my left leg. My ER visit was for my right elbow that I had fallen and injured. He did surgery and it was a perfect outcome. Dr. Reynolds saw me on a visit when Dr. Nic was unavailableAlthough he has never actually treated me...I believe him to be an excellent Doctor as well. Trust me, you are in good hands when you go here! The best Orthopedic office and surgeons in the Valley.
