Today I had an Echo graphics really had a wonderful experience with extremely friendly and polite ATOSA she make me feel happy I really appreciate ATOSA highly recommended

Today 7/8/2021 My orthopedic sent me over to this place for an emergency ultrasound on my leg . Days prior I had knee replacement surgery and was unexpectedly experiencing signs that could have been related to blood clots . So the ultrasound was performed by their tech specialist that informed me moments after completing the test that she discovered a DVT( deep venous thrombosis) aka blood clot located at at or around my calf . The techs suggesting was that I immediately check in to the ER which is located across the street from this Imaging Center .I was totally freaked out and full of fear and anxiety because I knew a few people and heard sad stories about people dying from blood clots ( DVT) . With the condition , pain and discoloration of my calf / at the area on my body that was in question it was easy to believe this techs assessment. I was soooo scared . With that said I immediately reached out to my PPO and reported what this Imaging Center predicted to me . My PPO told me to come directly to her office which I did . Upon my arrival to my PPO which is 20 miles south from this Imaging Center my phone rang and it was the tech (Atosa) calling to let me know that noooooo “ I had no DVT “ and to be sure I told my PPO .When I finally met with my PPO she could not believe the emotional roller coaster this Imaging Center put me and my PPO through as my PPO told me that this tech ( Atosa ) initially called her saying “ I had a DVT and even described where the vein was located “All this said I think it’s ridiculous and unprofessional relating unclear and severe diagnosis with out professional clarity . Now if I’m not mistaken I was under the impression that a tech only performs the technical duty while a doctor reads and assesses the report …Nobody from this Imaging Center bothered to apologize or acknowledge the huge mistake of telling a emotionally sensitive patient that there was a serious medical matter hanging over my head .I have no idea why my assessment went from near death to don’t worry be happy …Of course I’m happy that I have no blood clots or anything to worry about but I just feel today’s episode was utterly ridiculous!!!!

I had a great experience with the ultrasound tech lady, I believe her name was atosa, absolutely nice and kind hearted, she helped my mom to be scanned . she was knowledgeable with great costumer service. I recommend ATosa at silicon valley medical Imaging center.

The staff at Silicon Valley are amazing. They care about their patients and they very attentive. I didn’t understand the report and V was super amazing and set up an appointment to talk to the person who wrote the report. He was very professional and explain every line in detail. My experience at Silicon Valley Medical Imaging has been great. The staff is very polite and kind. Also, they are very knowledgeable when answering questions about your exams and I think that is very helpful. The place is very comfy and clean, and I noticed they do everything they can to make your stay as much comfortable as possible. I highly recommend it!! Even if sometimes your waiting expectations as patient sometimes could be longe I understood that it has a reason for!

I called on the same day to make an appointment but it was not verified by my insurance. The lady at the front desk was very helpful she contacted my insurance and my doctor and all the authorization were ready on the same day. She called me back and I could make on the same day an appointment. There was no waiting time and the place was clean. In addition, they gave me a CD with all of my images before I left the facility. I highly recommend this place!!

Hello everyone i went hear to get a upper spine shot but they end up giving me a lower shot instead so im a mess. I do not recommend going hear for a shot for back. They numbed me from waist down and i had to stay there tell i was able to stand. I couldnt walk. When i got home I threw up had migraine headache plus no feelings at all if had to pee. I had an accident because I was num. I would not go to this place they are very desperate for you to come in for your appointment.DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE ABOUT MONEY. I NEVER HAD LOWER BACK PROBLEMS NOW I DO. Went here twice bad experience both times. BAD BAD PLACE$$$$$$$$$$$

I like the way that they treat you there, ( Coffee, Juice, water, Tea, Soda) In my experience: They explained to me what I was doing there, they gave the instructions before, during and after my test. And that make me feel very comfortable.(even if do you have to wait for a while, 🤷🏻‍♀️).... so if do you like & want have your test well done you can definitely go there patiently and do what you what you have to do. Other than that I can tell that I felt very welcome there.

The Medical Facility is very friendly and welcoming. The front desk (Emily) was very polite and helpful. She did a great job with getting me a same day appointment for MRI. With my high deductable the cash option was very attractive, it was a deal. Technician took the time and explained everything clearly. They gave me a CD with all my images. Overall its was a great experience so I would definitely recommend it.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The had appointments when everyone else in the Bay Area was a 2 week wait. Great experience start to finish!

I had my MRI at Silicon Valley Medical Imaging. The staff was extremely courteous. The technologist was very helpful. Even though I was the last patient of the day, the staff was friendly and helpful. They also gave me a CD with all my images before I left the facility. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

Went for an MRI since the hospitals had a month waiting period. Easy to make an appointment. Receptionists were polite and friendly staff. The MRI tech explained everything clearly. The MRI went well. A good experience overall. The wait time wasn’t bad either.

This place is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist is the worst of the worst that you can imagine. My appointment was at 8:00AM, and I was there at 7:45AM. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to be performed a 7 minute test. When I tried to talk to the receptionist about that, all I got from her was the technicians are not here yet. There was no apology and she was not sorry for that either. I hope this business will be punished for their rude behavior and unprofessional. Im looking for a way to file a complaint, and Im definitely going to talk to my PCP not to refer me to a place like this place. If anyone knows how to report these people, please let me know. Thank you

Went to Silicon Valley Medical Imaging for a PET Scan. The Spanish-speaking technician was very polite and kind. He answered my questions was very knowledgeable and reassuring. The facility was clean and neat with some good soothing music in the back ground. I will definitely recommend it to people who are in need of such imaging.

I came here today for an ultrasound. Some older white lady did my ultrasound I wish you guys would understand the horrible expreince I had. I have heard so much about her from other people how rude and grumpy she is. She was giving so much attitude!!! I dont know if it is cause of my skin color or what the reasoning was she was just a total mess. IDK what the person hiring was thinking. Everyone else was generous smiling and offering me coffee. This older white lady just kills the vibe of this entire place. I will be filing a complaint against her with my PCP, and the owner of this place. steer clear from her, she will ruin your day.

UPDATE 7/26/17: arrived 15 minutes early, only to again have a 45-minute wait past my appt time (total wait time now 1 hour) while the techs left the site to buy lunch and then came back to eat it, with a (now) full waiting room. No apology nor excuse. Then it took 9 sticks before the needle was finally inserted. This is the last time i will go to this lab, and I warn anyone else needing this type of test to avoid this location.Arrived 30 minutes early, signed the register and then sat completely unacknowledged for 20 minutes. Then I was informed I needed to go to a different location than what the paperwork stated (& the person who called me to confirm never bothered to mention this to me). Registration person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. The main entry door has no signage other than the suite number, which does not match their paperwork and is 2 doors away from the address listed on their paperwork. The MRI tech was very nice and professional. Despite not being crowded, the facility seemed to be overbooked, so I had to wait 45 minutes (so a total of 1.5 hours), which seems ridiculous.

Silicon Valley Medical Imaging is by far the most efficient place that I have had a MRI (3 Telsa) scan in the Bay Area. The price was affordable and way less than my other provider. The quality of the scan was better than regular MRI.Everything was handled really well, they really deserve a 5 star rating.

I hate this place, we were waiting for 3 hours and they just keep saying your next, this a really poor services and the ladies at front they are just talking to each other and having fun!!! I dont know why they make appointments if they cant handle even 1 patient...very disappointed. ....

I want to express my sincere appreciation for your receptionistMs. Alcantara, who was so helpful and professional during my daughters recent visit. Ms. Alcantara was instrumental in helping us get the approval for my daughter’s MRI procedure by calling my insurance company and doctor’s office several times. She knew my teenage daughter was really stressed about her knee injury and wanted to get the MRI done as soon as possible. Her assistance helped expedite the insurance process.While we were waiting in the reception area, I also noted how kind and patient Ms. Alcantara was with the patients. She treated them with great respect and reassured them when they expressed concern about their upcoming procedure. I noticed that the elderly patients were comforted by her words.Ms. Alcantara’s calm, yet friendly demeanor is to be commended. She helped make a very stressful situation more tolerable for us and we thank her for that. She is a wonderful representative of your facility.

Do not go to this place. They have no control in preventing assault to customers. I was inside the MRI room when the front desk clerk verbally assaulted me because I was about to file a complaint on her rudeness. Very unprofessional

Wait for 1+ hours for this place. So bad. Had appointment.

Dropped My Aunt Off At 3pm it’s 5:30pm she is still waiting in the lobby to be seen. Tragic!!! No receptionist at the front desk to answer questions ect... Disgusting way to run a medical facility

Unless you want to wait an hour *after* your appointment time, find a different provider.
