This is my first time coming here, after checking the great reviews. I waited for around 30 mins but no one has assisted me yet. There were patients waiting there before me and they were late just for their appointments because the staff were holding an appointment at front desk. Just because you guys have great reviews doesnt mean you can make the patients wait and do whatever you can. You need to let the patients acknowledge.

Dr Mohammed Khan is amazing i know myself by experience he is my Dr and my husbands he takes really good care of us. My dad was seen in so many ERs being told nothing is wrong with him he became to be afraid the ER suggested he find a primary care Dr i told him about Dr Mohammed Khan how great he is and today he had his first with Dr Khan and my dad called once their visit was done. I had a great experience with Mission Primary Care. The doctor was very nice and friendly with me. She explained things very nicely to me and showed she really cared for me. She also spoke to me in my language. I will surely refer them to everyone.

Mission Primary Care has a friendly and caring staff. I give them 10 stars. This is the best I’ve ever felt about a provider, I know they actually care. She immediately diagnosed my problem. My visit was very professional.

I called in at 2:00 i was told the doctor will call me at 4:30. Dr Pereek called me at 4:16. We talked about my concerns my prescription was at the pharmacy ready little after 5pm for pick up. Ive been going to mission primarily care for years. There always helpful.

Doctor Bhandari has been my doctor for 27 years in my opinion he is outstanding and thats just a small word to use for him. I have also been seen by all the other nurse practitioners in this office and they are all just the same as Dr.Bhandari. I have recommended family members and friends to this office. One thing i have really enjoyed about coming to this office, is the first thing is they take really good care of me. Mission Clinic provides good quality care. Its staff thoroughly communicated with me even during this difficult stretch of time under Covid-19. The staff helped me through several processes, including viewing and uploading my data through the Curogram app. I highly recommend Mission Clinic.

Mission primary care is fantastic...Dr.pareek is an awesome doctor, and cares about his patients and their well being...a few times my appointment was canceled and I never recieved a call stating so...so i drive all the way to his office for my appointment, and come to find out nobody is there. The communication with the staff/office assistants could improve. But I drive over an hour to see Dr. Pareek because he is fabulous. He cares about his patients and wants to get to the root of the problem and attack it. That is why I love Dr. Pareek. I used to go to kaiser, horrible doctors and staff...after having a relationship with Dr. Pareek, I would never go anywhere else. I can not stress that enough...he is fantastic. I love his attitude and knowledge. He is very knowledgeable. I started to recently see a better service with his staff. They say that they tried to call to cancel my appointments due to Dr having an emergency elsewhere, but they didnt. My phone never rang. No text messages ever sent. For me its hard to get off of work because my company needs to know ahead of time about my Dr appointments. And when I have to leave work early for an appointment, then drive over to his office and find out nobody is there. It is very frustrating and irritating. I lose money from leaving work...all it takes is a simple call to reschedule..being a Dr, he gets pulled in every direction. Which I completely understand. I value him as my dr...but the communication needs to improve from the staff...if i could give mission primary and Dr.Pareek a 10 star rating I definitely would...Awesome job Dr. Pareek. Im so glad I found you and your office. And another thing is he travels to multiple different cities to see patients in different offices...that is a benefit for me, as Im in a different city each week for work...so that is a great opportunity...i hope they keep the pleasanton office open, its closer to my home...all in all...i cant say enough good things about mission primary care, and Dr. Pareek...your a miracle to alot of us people who need a great dr...and not a dr that just band-aids our health ailments...i wish mission primary care and most of all Dr. Pareek the very best...he is an angel...he has help me get back to better living...and my quality of life back to a tolerating state. Patwa Manorama is the bessssssst doctor in my entire life! I’m not being paid to write this review lol. She is my absolute fav at this doctors office due to the fact that she is the most caring, efficient, and genuine Nurse Practitioner you’d find. She remembers every little thing she sees and hears from your previous appointments she always has a personal connect yet keeping that professional boundary always. Even with this COVID19, she hasn’t missed a a single FaceTime appointment nor has she made me and my parents feel like we can’t be seen nor has anything been effected since this pandemic.
