This place is absolutely amazing.... From the time you enter the building to the time youre done, I was greeted and helped by all truly amazing people... They make you feel part of their family while youre there... I will travel from Omaha to Fremont for all my dentistry needs....

I have the up most respect for Dr. May and his staff! They are so to the point and ready to tackle problems. They work with you financially and with adjusting scheueles. Just a great business....and the actually care and show it.....I strongly recommend them to anyone be it kiddos on up. My boys leave there smiling and proud. I love this place. I use to be terrified of dentists until I came here. I will never go anywhere else.

My experience at Dr.May’s office was surprisingly pleasant. Dr May and his staff made me feel at ease even though I was very reluctant to go and had put off going. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist were always very professional but not stuffy. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable in your care. I will definitely return for my cleanings and any procedure I may need.

I’ve always had a horrible experience with dentist so I was nervous. I had a deep cleaning done and was extremely nervous because I hate needles. My dental hygienist was Jodi and I can’t thank her enough. She has so much patience, is so understanding, and makes you as comfortable as she can!

Just had my first apt there this morning, the staff is friendly, they took x Rays and went through the first apt steps. When we were done, they explained everything to me in a way I could understand it, it is going to take a few more apts but i am confident that my mouth will be healthy once again. Definitely recommend this place.

My experiences at Tri-Dental have always been excellent. Most recently, Dr. May took time to explain some treatment I will need. He is very skilled at referring to a specialist if he feels that would benefit his patient.

Biggest ripoff dentist by far!!! Somehow it was my fault Dr May screwed up my root canal by over filling it??? He even confirmed it was over filled but told me it gets inflamed because I must grind my teeth. Another dentist told me it will need to be pulled. I was charged $2600 for a tooth that now needs to be pulled. His response was basically that’s too bad, the work was done. I still owe $900 on this and said I would stop the rest of the payments. His response was you legally owe it no discussion of writing anything off.

I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction they got me in immediately and pulled my tooth, I liked that Dr. May said i could of gave you some medicine and gave you a referral but you needed this done today so he did it himself. I wished all dentists were that easy to go see. I would recommend Tri-Valley to anyone!!

This was literally the only place in Fremont that accepted adult Medicaid for insurance, so I had to come here for a checkup. But Im glad I did. The receptionists and staff are extremely nice and friendly. They dont care if have your kids with you and they work with you on anything. My first visit was a clean and I had one cavity. They let me come back later that day to get it filled which to me was pretty cool! And today I got my top wisdom teeth taken out literally in less than 5 minutes I didnt feel anything. Im so pleased and happy and cant wait to keep attending here for all my dental needs! Thanks guys so much and thank you Dr. Maria!!

I have a HUGE fear of the dentist from a past incident as a child of a dentist pulling the wrong tooth without numbing. Due to this I let a filling that fell out develop into an abscess tooth. I was just too scared to go. When I found out I was pregnant I knew I needed to get it taken care of. From the moment I walked into the office the staff was amazing! They were kind and understanding of my unease. They held my hand and explained exactly what was going to happen. They answered all my questions before starting the process. Dr. May was extremely patient. This was a big deal for me as I’d had dentists in the past hold me down by my shoulders so I couldn’t leave during the Q&A portion of the visit when I began to feel antsy. Tri-Valley was the exact opposite of traumatizing! When I went back during my second pregnancy to have my wisdom teeth taken care of it was the same thing! They remembered me, my unease, remembered personal things we had discussed in previous visits. Abby, the dental hygienists, is absolutely amazing!I took my three year old in for a cleaning and check up today and once again they blew me away with how they treat patients and how understanding they are! Abby took the time to even clean my daughter’s teddy bear’s “teeth” to help ease her nerves. She showed her all of the tools they’d use and explained in a way my girl could understand what would happen. She was so good with her! Once again they remembered personal things about us and our lives making it a visit with friends more than a dentist appointment.The office is always clean and tidy. You’re welcomed with a smile. The whole office staff has been accommodating and friendly.I would recommend Tri-Valley dental to anyone who has a fear of the dentist, small children or anyone who wants to feel like a friend other than a number when getting their teeth taken care of!5 outta 5 stars every time we have gone!

Took my daughter there last week and thought the world of them on are first visit there today went in with my daughter and was told to give her a seductive before she came so they could gas her and take care of a cavity and instead they did a cleaning and told us we have to go see a specialist and a bunch of run around dr wouldnt even come talk to me needlessly to say there old dentist in Omaha said there was no need for a specialist can do it in office

My visit to Tri Valley was on a Wednesday at tooth-hurty. Ive been to the dentist several times so I know the drill. Tri valley did a much better job than my old dentist, they are molar opposites. I believe I saw a best dentist award on a little plaque. These gals care about their patients, they wont brush you off.And as always, be nice to you dentist! They have fillings too.

They are all awesome and very genteel when working on your mouth plus they work with you if you have to bring your kid with you to appointment
