My regular dental office that I frequented since 1986 was closed in August of 2021 and I frantically looked around for a good dentist locally. I googled and I believe I struck gold!Dr. Bien spent quality time with me. Once she knew I am deaf, it did not stop her from communicating with me. She took time to write everything down for me. (It was impossible to lipread her because of the face mask, LOL) Dr. Bien seems to be very caring person and she gave me several good tips on how to take care of my gums and she gave me a referral for my root canal. I ended up having an appointment the next day. It was amazing that I did not have to wait days and days. Not only this, I loved the way how she cleaned my teeth!I do look forward to continue going there for another 20+ years, God willing. Must mention that the receptionist is very personable, too!

Green hills Dental Care is a wonderful dentistry. Dr. Bien is a perfectionist and extremely detailed when it comes to her work. Dr. Bien’s professionalism goes beyond her practice it truly shows in her character. Additionally, the receptionist is full of positivity and generosity truly making you feel welcomed. I’ve been going here ever since I could remember and Dr. Bien has always remained kindhearted to me. Not to mention they’re following under the CDC guidelines.

Very clean! Great atmosphere and a very welcoming beautiful black receptionist. She has the most beautiful smile (does she get her dental work done here?). She took our temperature and offered bathroom, water while we waited. Great visit! Definitely recommend.

My spouse and I have great respect and appreciation for Dr. Bien’s work on our teeth. She restored a natural appearance to our teeth by replacing old amalgam fillings twenty years ago. We have moved away, yet we make it a point to get cleanings when we visit the area. Simply the best!Our dentists over the years (after moving away) have commented on Dr. Bien’s excellent workmanship, which is one of the reasons we continue to trust her with our teeth.

It was a nice polite place very respectful and nice it felt very comfortable to be there and the service was excellent and the girl at the front desk was incredible very respectful and very helpful I have a visit on Friday and 9:30 hopefully it all goes good.

Dr. Bien is wonderful! She takes the time to be personable to put you at ease in her chair. She and her staff remember details about you that make you feel at home when you come in. Her office manager is so sweet. They have adapted well to Covid precautions and additional PPE, which makes me feel safe. It is a peaceful environment in the office which helps put me at ease. I called during the week between Christmas and New Years, when the office was closed, after having broken a molar while in the hospital giving birth to my son. She came in to take care of it and also called the next day to make sure I wasn’t in pain. She goes the extra mile.

Dr Bien has great artistic skills. She is a perfectionist. Shes never in a rush to get the job done and i never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get seated for my appointments. Shes done such a good job with my teeth that i cant stop looking at them through the rear view mirror on my drive home. Impressive!And her staff is the best! Theyre all so good-natured.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bien’s since 2012. She is passionate about her work and caring for her patients. She switched out my silver filling as the first procedure and did a phenomenal job. Previous dentists would charge for additional chair time each time you come back, but Dr. Bien had me come back to check up on the bite of the new filling to make sure everything was dialed in. She even fixed a tiny chip on my tooth without charge. You really feels she cares for you and works with her staff to make sure you get the most out of your insurance coverage too. I absolutely recommend her!

I was referred to Dr Bien by a family member for an emergency visit since my dentist is closed temporarily. I walked into a comfortable waiting room and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. No paper forms, intake was completed on a tablet. Yea! Dr Bein greeted me warmly, listened to my symptoms and completed exam. She explained in detail her conclusions and what I should do to relieve my condition at home. I like interacting with people and I felt quite comfortable with Dr Bien. Dr.Shirley is a really good dentist. I had to get out a troublesome wisdom tooth and I was nervous since it was my first procedure to get a tooth pulled, but she was ever so gentle and quick with the extraction procedure. A very calming and soothing atmosphere and rather friendly staff!

Dr. Bien is one of the finest dentists/orthodontists I know. Ive been to four other dentists and one other orthodontist before her and she is by far the best Ive ever had or heard of.Shes not doing it for the money or for your insurance, but she genuinely cares about your teeth and well being. Its obvious that she knows what shes doing and what shes talking about, but the the results can speak louder than words. She replaced the mercury fillings that I had and my teeth look AMAZING. She also has a very meticulous way of doing invisaligns and made my teeth much more aligned and together than my previous ortho. I highly recommend her.The staff is also very talented and knowledgeable. I got my teeth cleaning there (from very visible stains to none at all!) and the hygienist was able to answer all my specific questions with a very detailed explanation. She went through the causes, dentistry terms (which she converted to normal people terms), affects, symptoms, and prevention.Even if you already have a place you go to, I recommend you switch to this office.
