I was sent here for a work related incident. It really is a marvelous place. The doctor Samantha was very caring and knowledgeable. I was seen in physical therapy immediately. I have been to several different PT places, a couple after knee replacement surgery. The therapist was also very knowledgeable and worked me very hard. I know because I was sore all over. I started improving quickly. Am still being followed up there.I praise and thank them for all the help and care they are giving me.Pam Foster

The staff is EXCELLENT!!! They made sure I was comfortable from the time I walked in the door. I was nervous about the MRI heading to my appointment but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Once I was in back to have the MRI done, I was immediately asked if I needed anything to make me comfortable. It is cold so a blanket was provided. The entire experience just put me at ease so much that I feel asleep during the procedure. Thanks ladies

As a nurse coming from Canada I really had no idea what to expect! I needed a physical and a full work up as part of my employment requirements. I received professional and efficient service. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If I require medical services in the future I will definitely go back to Concentra!

Specifically asked if the lab they process hair follicles through will allow my five panel drug test to be ran on a scale of nanogram to milligram when I receive my results I contacted the lab and had no look then I called the office and spoke with Gabby who is the office manager and explain to her prior to me paying $180 for a Hair folicle but I need it for my lawsuit they should have explained to me that The results would not be able to be delivered on the scale but I need it for it to be on.instead my hair follicle when everything was said and done I wasted $200 for no reason because the lab cannot process their results that I needed. All of this could have been avoided by having the ladies at the desk no an answer to a question like that prior toGiving the first answer that comes to their mind

Concentra #7302 Freeport. The experience there was very unpleasant, rude, insulting and very disrespectful. I was referred to them by my medical insurance company. I drove from Bay City, which was approximately 50 minutes away. I arrived there about 15 minutes to closing. As I entered i waited behind a patient as he was about to be on his way. I then was asked rudely by an employee what are you here for?. I began to elaborate to her that i had a bad reaction to a type of insect bite or sting. As well as that I would need documentation from the Dr. Stating that i was well enough to return to work. She quickly got out of her chair and looked over the counter at where i was indicating. Quickly her response was NO. THAT THEY DONT TREAT FOR STUFF LIKE THAT BECAUSE THIS PLACE WAS FOR URGENT CARE ONLY. I tried again to help her understand. Then she tells me the Doctor will not see me for that. She became so frustrated that she picked up the phone and called the Physician, asking him if he was with a patient. Then she tells the Doctor to come up front. The doctor came in and she tries to tell him to tell me that they wont treat me for that. I calmly expressed to the doctor what i possibly had as well as that I am Type 2 Diabetic. That I was instructed to go there. The doctor looks at my shin only to tell the rude employee that he will attend to my needs. Finally after all that she asks for my idea and insurance card. She then slaps paperwork on the counter with a disgruntled tone fill all this out. Its now like 5:04pm. She starts making comments that she cant enter me because i supposedly showed up to late. I could here her talking as I was being called in by the nurse. I did make comment to other staff that she was very rude. Since when does a receptionist or that staff member tell the Doctor what they will or wont do?

It was fast in and out kinda day for me .

Freeport Tx location gets you in and out fairly quick , the staff and Drs very professional.

They dont treat *any* illness conditions?! They turn you away with any 1 condition. Even just a headache.Dont waste your time...go elsewhere!

Very fast friendly efficient service. With all that had to be done seemed like I was in and out in no time. The technician even seemed genuinely concerned when I almost died during my PFT test. Would highly recommend this place.

Each visit was a pleasure the doctors were kind and thorough, the ladies in the back (nurses) were very nice and moved quickly my favorite is Brenda she works in the front and signs ppl in but she also works in the back she is full of laughs and made me fill welcome and at ease. Extremely rude and unprofessional! The staff needs to be fired! There was a woman today that was beyond rude to me for no reason at all! I of course was the bigger person, but this is unacceptable. If you want to have a trashy attitude go get a job at the dump!

Ms. Brenda is so thorough and nice! While no one likes to go for drug tests, Brenda makes the trip worthwhile because she keeps everyone smiling!

I am so happy to be treated by this kind and helpful staff. I enjoy every visit for my physical therapy. My first visit the date of my injury, they took me in 4 minutes before closing time. Such a great staff.

The young lady that walked me through the whole procedure made it very comfortable. That was my first time going through anything like that in years. The other staff involved also made it very nice. Very helpful.. thanks alot.

Was very plesantly greeted and helped by the front desk person. I did not have exactly what i needed and she patiently helped me get all of my issues resolved. The other people who oversaw my testing were equally helpful. A+ a great experience .

Overall of all the drug screen facilities I have had to use in multiple years in the industry that checks for drug screens the account Concentra Located in Freeport Texas was one of the better experiences overall.

The ladies in the office were professional. They also had the office decorated so nice for Halloween! It was clean in the bathroom. It did not take long.

3 days in a row I sat here over 3 hours.Staff were nice and some were working hard while others stood around and acted mad they had to work. Some of the staff looked high on drugs. This place could be a lot better if it were managed properly.

Wait time was extremely long 2+ hrs waiting to take 2 tests. There were a lot of companies hiring which I understand made the wait times longer. Employees were nice & efficient once you got to your turn.

Left there feeling like my simple check up was micro managed in every possible way .... (overly Thorough examine) felt uncomfortable!!!! .... felt like some common sense steps could of been ImplementedExperience was worse than a Dr visit and it shouldn’t be !!!!

The staff is always really helpful when we bring our employees here. The ladies in the front walk us through the paperwork and answer any questions we have. The doctors are also very good with our employees which makes for a comforting visit.

I went in never having a hair to folical done and the tech was so super nice and gentle and most of all cant tell where she chopped at..lolAlso the wait was just a few and it was cool, clean and very professional!! Great job staff and company... Great job!🎉💯

I was there for over 3 hours! The whole entire experience needs to be more streamlined. It shouldnt take 3 hours.

Its good to go close to where you work and get your safety council stuff done. But they need more fit test machines that was probably the most inconvenient part. Sitting and waiting on one machine with a room full of people.

The attitude and the reception of the ladies that work there is great, but the wait is unreal I signed in last Friday I believe around 1:45pm and didn’t leave until 6:30ish I understand that there was a lot of people there more than a normal day but once I got start it only took a hour. It was just terrible waiting for 2 1/2 -3 hours to go back hopefully y’all can come up with a better solution

It was very busy when I was there to visit for my appointment. The staff was working hard and very polite and patient with me and I personally appreciate that, for the crowd that they had. I would recommend showing up early for the appointment for shorter wait time.

This by far the worst system Ive seen. How you know your going to have extremely large group of people. Because of what Im assuming is a contract with Phillips 66 and the turnaround. Yet you still have people waiting over 4 to 6 hours to just get a drug screen. I really dont want to know how long it would take for a fit test and drug screen. If I could give a negative star I would.

It took 2 hours for them to call me back for drug screen and physical. And then it took another 6 days to get the results for a UA. Very poor management in my opinion. They schedule way more people than the staff can handle and will leave you sitting and waiting while they go and take lunch break.

The wait. Its God AWFULLY long! I was there four hours to get my physical. Once I was seen the staff worked very diligently and seemed rushed to get examinations done as soon as possible. They were very friendly and courteous but you could tell they are stressed from the apparent heavy case load. There may have been five people in front of me and it still took over two hours before they called me back. Either hire more staff or be more efficient in getting patients in and out of your offices.

I had to call my office, because they said they didn’t have anything emailed to them for me. They were emailed not once, but twice. Then they finally took the time to find the email(s). According to our admin, this happens often & we’ve gotten calls from our employees that are there dealing with the same problem. Once they got that figured out, I didn’t have to wait much longer.

Drove over an hour to reach this location and as far as customer service goes ,it was well worth the drive. Fast and friendly.

The check-in and waiting room staff are helpful, kind, and patient. Dr Lattimer is very personable, intentional and will answer all of your one-million questions without ever making you feel rushed! Every minute of my experience here from check-in to check-out was positive.

I had to get blood drawn for my physical and have always had bad experiences because they can never find my veins. But finally I had someone find a vein and not dig around in my arm to do it. And everyone was very nice and professional.

Mrs Cody and the rest of the nurses are really nice with great customer service.... My exams went smooth and I really appreciate everybodys kind professionalism.

The facility is great, always clean and up kept. The employees are great at their job considering the type of people they have to deal with sometimes. The wait times can sometimes be a little overbearing but they do the best they can.

Only wish is that you opened earlier! At least one or two days a week. Check in went fast.

I gave the visit review a 4 because the nurse that i had wasnt very friendly or helpful. I felt like i wasnt welcome an that i was more of a hender to her doing her job because i couldnt go the first time. Not sure if she was having a bad morning but the vibe was not welcoming!!!

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes and saw just about everyone come and go and I was still sitting there. I finally asked how much longer because I had to relieve myself and didnt want to if I was going back for my drug screen soon. After checking where I was in line to go back they had misplaced my paperwork. Shortly after I was called back. Everything went well until I went to get checked out and the lab tech had forgot to do one of the urinalysis test. So back in the restroom to squeeze out a dribble more.

I spent over 4 hours waiting for a simple ten minute drug screen test .Someone needs to plan better or organize better .I hope I dont ever need to go back there

Longest wait time, rude as hell. I’d rather diagnose myself rather than deal with their often wrong diagnosis. You health isn’t their concern. Injured my back and was given a diagnosis well before the X-ray was taken, and hadn’t seen the dr prior. If it’s from work, definitely conflict of interest.

The clinic door was blocked by customers from the next door clinic and had waited outside for almost 2 hours before a person helped us realize that Concentra door was next door and half empty inside.

Im sorry but you people need to do something about the waiting time because is ridiculous to be waiting from 8:32 am to 3:48 pm just for alcohol and hair test.Please for your convenience ya must try to come out with something better otherwise your business may be in the line of fire with other company.I hope you do better for the future.

Id give 0 stars but that option isnt available. I got there at 9 a.m. and at no time was there more than 25 people in the waiting room. I wasnt seen until almost 3 p.m.!!! Go get a doctors degree and do it youself. It wont take as long as they did!!
