Horrible! Avoid this place if you can. The doctor literally sets a 20 minute timer. He spent 10+ minutes trying to railroad me into the Covid vaccine. His 20 minute timer went off and he promptly left without making sure my concerns were addressed. He prescribed an antibiotic and when asked if it would interfere with my birth control He proclaimed that it is a myth that antibiotics interfere with birth control. I called my OB and she was flabbergasted and advised that the antibiotic could interfere with my birth control and back up contraception should be used.Last but not least, I have been out of my mental health medicine for 5 days and have been suffering with symptoms of withdrawal in addition to they symptoms of my illness while trying to care for my 1 year old. Ive been following up daily and they just keep advising that the paperwork was sent to the doctor. They dont care about patients, have no sense of urgency and dont care about the well-being of the patient

I had to get in some place in a pinch. They were friendly and understanding in the most kind, respectful way. I felt like a person not a number. My appointment was good. Im calling back to get a primary care doctor.

I did my best to confirm everything was in order, that they were in network. I was under the impression they were. Come to find out half a year later they rejected all my insurance, stating theyre out of my network. Id like to think theyd let me know ASAP! Not half a year later. Now I have a massive bill! Every time I went to my doctor with a legitimate concern he would roll his eyes at me. I got the impression he didnt really care at all. It seemed he just wanted to do as little possible & get me on my way. I also went to the physical therapy, when my back went out. I suggested to them, I felt spinal decompression would work best for me, they said no I was wrong. I did everything they told me to for a few months I felt no different, then they released me. I got an inversion table & fixed my back on my own with spinal decompression. They all seem pretty nice with good customer service accept my doctor wasnt to content with his attitude seems like he hated his job.

My initial visit with Diane Pineda was fine, nothing overly impressive, but she was friendly. However, it has been incredibly difficult to contact them since then. I have left close to a dozen messages as well as had my pharmacy attempt to contact this location about refilling a prescription for me. Some of these messages were left over a month ago and I have not received a single call back. The billing department is also a mess. I had given my insurance information to 3 different ladies and was still getting calls about it. They also attempted to put me into collections only a few weeks after they got my insurance information.I would only go here as an absolute last resort.
