Terrible service. My husband and I both had appointments with this doctor for 10am and 1045am. We accidentally entered the time on our calendars for 11am. They called us at 1010am to let us know we were supposed to be there. We called them back 10 minutes later to let them know we were on our way and that we wanted to at least keep the 1045 appointment. She then informed us it had already been filed even though it was only 1025. So now my husband who needed the appointment the most because his glasses broke has to go even longer without replacements. All because they were extremely ruthless with us and didnt even allow us to try and rush there for our second scheduled appointment. Worst customer service Ive ever had from an optimologist.

I like Dr.Ihrig very much, his staff sucks. Very rude.

Best exam Ive had since I was a kid in Rochester, Ny. The glasses were right the 1st time. Perfect vision. Rare to find now a days.Thank you. Life is so much nicer when you can see correctly.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable with my barrage of questions. Easy to chit chat with while there which makes any apt more enjoyable.

Staff is NOT friendly Or helpful. In fact my 80 year old mother needed me to get her glasses from Texas because the optician didnt care enough about his job or my mother to help her pick out glasses. How hard is it dude? Youve been there 20 years? Find a new job if ya dont want to do yours.

I love all the employees here, especially my mom Joielyn Burlingame, They are friendly and always able to help, Keep up the great work guys♥️😃
