My wife went to see Dr. Blanchard for a Breast cancer consult. She spend a lot of time with us, explaining the process and diagnosis. You can tell she really cares about her patients and gave us ample time to ask questions. All of my wifes testing was arranged while we were in the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Blanchard, we are so glad my wife has her for a surgeon and coordinator of her care.

So I haven’t even left the parking lot. I’m incredibly impressed from the front office, to Dr. King, to Ms. Wendy in the back office. I was in and out and treated fairly on the bottom line. Couldn’t be happier.

I have seen several of the doctors at this office and they are exceptional! They are always kind, caring and respectful. I completely trust them to take excellent care of my family and myself. When I call the office I am always greeted by a friendly voice who directs me to the correct department. When coming in for an appointment, the ladies at the front are very friendly, respectful and knowledge.

My husband George and I have the utmost praise and respect for this office. They are all so caring, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to address your concerns, this applies to doctors, nursing staff, and office workers. We would never hesitate to recommend this group.

Not too impressed but worth more than 1 stars. The atmosphere and environment is really nice but not too pleased with the staff at the front desk. I called about a week in advance to schedule and the lady I talked to asked me specifically if I wanted a morning or an afternoon appointment. I told her specifically I needed afternoon and she said she had me scheduled for 2:15pm. I got an automated call confirming my appointment for that time. I came in 15 min early as instructed to fill out paperwork. I was told my appointment had actually been scheduled for 9:15 that morning????? I then spoke to an employee that may have been a manager...I believe her name was Kathy. She was very curt and short with me and I did not appreciate her demeanor at all. She said that originally there were not afternoon appointment times available for the day I came in. When the doctor I needed to see was there. Fortunately Dr. Ritter agreed to see me and she is very pleasant and helpful and I really do like seeing her. But the front desk staff and whoever handles scheduling did not impress me at all.

Absolutely love the staff here. And Dr. Earnhardt is amazing! Definitely had a great experience here.
