This was my and my husband’s first visit to any Sky Zone and we had a great time! We went on a Monday afternoon which apparently is a great time to go as there was hardly anyone there except for a few toddlers and their parents. My only complaint would be about a few of the parents who were too lazy to keep their tiny children from wandering into the separate area we were in which was putting everyone at risk. That aside, the facility was extremely clean and seemed to be well kept up safety wise. Jumping was much more wearing than it looks and we were exhausted before our hour was up. We left feeling hot, sweaty, happy, and satisfied. Will definitely be back!A quick note to say that it was disappointing how many features were closed but I assume that was for Covid reasons and I can’t fault them for that.

Some of the attractions are closed due to maintenance and covid restrictions leaving about 50% accessible.Staff is friendly but sometimes take safety protocols too seriously (like both of my kids are not allowed to jump together, instead they have to be separate)Clean facility and super fun.

Great facility. The only advice I have is to have more staff available that are used to working with children for weekends/evenings. There seem to be kids that are regulars and will interrupt the staff while theyre helping other customers because they feel comfortable doing so. Enforcing more rules like waiting in line or just being more strict with the kids might help, or hiring people to directly manage the kids in the rest/cafeteria area during high traffic times.. otherwise great and will definitely be back.

We had a birthday party there and it was a mixed bag. The food was great, but the actual jumping was not. Its kind of a free for all in terms of kids jumping in places. My daughter actually got pushed down by another kid, and I had to handle that myself. I dont think we will be revisiting anytime soon.

We absolutely LOVE bringing the family to Skyzone; tonight was no different aside from the fact we were celebrating my nieces 8th birthday for Glow night! Naturally, a great idea.We have a membership as there are never any less than 6 people coming at one time in the family. Tonight, Saturday, October 22 we arrived around 7:45p and started jumping around 8:10p after signing in and popping on our socks!The trampoline section was super busy which is awesome, everyone was being regulated for the very obvious safety reasons. The energy was fantastic.At one point the birthday girl and I went over to the obstacle course area and it quicklyTurned into chaos. Children/ young teens were falling off and hopping back on with no regard to other kids in line this normally is tolerated but there was zero regulation. It being dark in the facility heightens awareness as safety shouldBe monitored. The young boy “monitoring”The section was simply watching but very often getting caught in friendly banter with what looked to be guests. Kids were falling off this area left and right, onto each other in the below air bag area and nothing was being done; few parents, if any, we’re monitoring their children.Shortly after being in the area with my one niece my brother in law comes over and tells me we need to leave because he and my sister were with my other two young nieces at the jumpPit and older (14-16) year old, large and tall boys had zero regard to safety, did not wait to see that my 4 year old niece had just jumped, was being helped out by my sister (her mother), flipped over her and near inches away from kicking her in the face/ head. Again, the young boy slated to monitor the area had zero clue what was going on because there was no attention to the space. My brother in law corrected the boy who flipped and the young teen quickly became confrontational, physically got in my sisters face (an adult protecting her child as an active parent) and proceeded to verbally threaten both my brother in law and sister.So much to unpack here but my complaint is that yes this is a, or should be, a safe place for children to come and hang out but:1. Staff members need to be trained to control the chaos2. No children/ teens should be left unattended for these two listed examples.We ended up being approached by security, the group That did nothing but enforce safety measures not just for our children but for others nearby and we evidently left after explaining the situation. Again, we pay a membership and come to celebrate things like birthdays as a family. Tonight we had to cut it short due to children who aren’t being taught any better.We would love to attend skyzone but it will not be this location any longer.

I signed my children up for the jump membership expecting them to be able to use it. A couple months into the plan, they were denied access and told the accounts were not located. They continued to charge my account and the only communication I get with anyone about it is through email. The manager does not even provide her phone number to employees and refuses to contact me by phone to resolve this issue. Ive been emailing her for over a week with zero ground gained.If I could rate zero stars I would have.To cover the reply; yes. I know it was canceled, read my complaint. You continue to charge me after you canceled it, or stated you couldnt find it and denied my kids access. Ive already spoken to your office that could not find my accounts and was only given an email to the manager, who refuses to contact me by phone and is not resolving the issue either. It appears I will have to escalate this issue to get my due refund.

My kids love coming to GLOW but I literally get anxiety every visit. The staff is more worried about dancing and ENCOURAGING CHILDREN to fight and wrestle than they are about KEEPING SAFE. Ive only been happy with 1 employees due diligence... Which is sad!!! Unless the staff is fixed Im not sure if I can continue to allow me and my kids to use the facilities for safety reason DO BETTER!!!!!

Had a ton of fun this time around! We went early to beat the rush and had full access to the ninja course! The staff is always super friendly. They keep up with maintaining the equipment as well. The summer pass makes the whole outing better because it’s an inexpensive way to take kids multiple times during the months they’re out of school.

We havent went to a sky zone in a long while, going back into one was a great experience. We had loads of fun and place was very clean here.

Good for parties. They will serve you. They have rooms. Little expensive but kids will have a ball

The staff was super accommodating given the lack of proper staffing and volume of customers. Bought a ticket for 1:45pm-2:45pm, but the customers in line delayed our start, so the staff let us jump until 3pm. They were also gracious enough to let us refill our water bottle at the concession counter.

This place is not for kids , any more not safe for kids like used to , all the staff that they were there don’t know what They doing ,Store manager doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing looks like it’s his first jop never going back there again ever

My kids went Skyzone for the Glow. It took 35 minutes to check in even it wasn’t crowded. I even got tickets and waivers online, it didn’t make things go faster. My kids had good time after all.

Good customer service and staff. Clean and organized. It seems a lot smaller then before, not as much stuff for the younger kids to do. Still fun tho

First, the ENTIRE staff was incredibly rude. Second, half the areas were closed. Third, I was actually afraid my kids were going to be hurt by the teenagers running full speed all over. Will not be going back.

Great place to be actively fun with family and friends. Service is great and activities to do is top notch. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to jump around and have fun.

We went in early July and were double charged. Mistakes happen but their attempts to fix the mistake was poor. Instead of being apologetic and issuing a refund they demanded we appear in person for a charge back. They were polite but is is unfair to ask us to use our time to correct their mistake. The park was decent but their business needs improvement. They think they need more security than 90% of retail stores. Probably just a way to pocket extra cash.

I arrived with my 3 grandchildren and had all 3 memberships with colored armbands to put on the children and 1 for me...I dont jump...the childen went off to jump and about 35 minutes later, came back to the table to eat a hotdogs and icees. After that I told them to go back jumping. The 11 yr old said they called their color and had to stop jumping...What??? You guys did not jump but 35 mins Asked a worker and he said he had NO IDEA why they had to stop. We left because I told the children I would take them to Fun land for a few hours. Told my family WATCH the time they have to jump..!! Note: the place sames to be run by kids. Did NOT see anyAdults

The kids really love this trampoline park. The staff here seem nice overall. The only complaint I have would be the profanity laced music they play during their glow events. When I mentioned this to a staff member, they said these versions are all clean. Almost immediately after that there were several curse words in the music, to which he shrugged his shoulders and said Ill mention something to the manager. Aside from the terrible music, the park itself is fun and my kids havent gotten tired of it yet.

Took my son for his bday spur of the moment!! Was fantastic we all had a blast, bring a hand towel you will thank me later.

Very easy to reserve online and fill out waivers. I just wished there was an ATM for video games. Other than that it was a fun workout for me and total fun for my 6yr old.

I found out how old I really was trying to relive my glory days of jumping on a trampoline 😅but it was well worth i coming back

Great experience overall! I even had my inner child come out with my Son! Thank you for providing my Son not only a fun and free space to roam but in addition a safe area for my Kid to let loose. Very appreciative of the Customer experience as well!

Staff is almost all younger due to the nature of the job but great with kids (and some entitled parents too). I would give 5 stars but they are at times during the week not as well staffed as they should be and it impacts staff ability to take breaks, which as active as they have to be times is unfair. Also I wish they could have 2 dodgeball areas one for big kids/teens who like to play hard and one for younger kids. But they theres only so much room in the building so its not their fault. They e done a great job during the pandemic of closing down areas for cleaning (which some parents complain but even without the pandemic Id want it cleaned bc eww). The only downside is the foam pit. Great for kids to jump in but adults tend to get stuck lol

We first visited Sky Zone with our 8 and 6 year boys. Everything was super clean and their staff were constantly cleaning while we there. The boys had a blast. It was supervised nicely for safety. So went again today as family. I have to say the courses are challenging but worth it. Definitely builds confidence. Once again the place was clean and staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend this place no matter what age. Im 38 and made it up the 8 foot wall. This is a great place for family fun.

Me and my boys came for a two hour jump, but when we received our wristbands we got an extra two hours thanks to the hottie at the front. She knows who she is ;). We will definitely be back because of that!!!

We have a 11 yr old grandson he loves Skyzone and I like the fact he is safe there.. I like the fact how they clean often. I love when they have special events like nerf gun night, among us night. Great and safe place for kids and on fri and sat they have security to keep order and keep everyone safe.

I was concerned going in because I had read so many reviews of people having problems using Groupon but thankfully I didn’t have that experience the lady who checked us in had no problems and let us know that we could pay the difference and get a pass if we enjoyed today. My 3 yr old had a ton of fun jumping on the trampolines and into the foam pit. My husband tired himself out quickly so he enjoyed sitting on the trampoline while my daughter bounced all around him 😂. We had a great time even though it was busy we will definitely go back.

My 6 year old loved it here! However he was pretty sad that he did not get his t-shirt that was promised him when signing up for the one month package. Staff said they would find a resolution and contact us to make sure he got the shirt, however they never followed through...one disappointed kiddo! (Plus, money lost on paying for something that did not deliver what was promised)

So wonderful place for kids but your drinks are absolutely ridiculously expensive there is no way a drink should cost almost $4 that would be a dollar somewhere else

So expensive and crowded! The kids had fun but you get a limited amount of time to jump. You have to buy their socks which adds to the cost unless you come back you can reuse them. It was cool to try it once prob won’t be back for a while

Overall this facility seemed to be dirty at the time my children and I had visited. The staff were not very friendly and not to mention I had paid almost $70.00 for an hour and half of jumping time, for one child over the age of 2, a toddler, and 1 adult which was myself. Turns out my little one did not want to jump at all, and had left with his mom literally 5 mins after paying for him which again he did not put the socks on that were provided to him. After my oldest and I had our time I had proceeded to go back to the customer service counter and had explained the situation that had occurred with my toddler and I had asked to be refunded the amount that was charged for his portion. The girl at the desk had to get her supervisor involved of coarse and unfortunately they had told me they could not refund the money back to my card. I had asked what was the reason and they had told me it was there policy which had conveniently had changed a week ago supposedly. They did however gave me two passes for an hour each for the next time if I chose to go back there. Rather than just simply giving my money back and make it a simple process, instead Skyzone management and staff decided to not accommodate my simple request. I will definitely not be recommending this place for fun to anyone by any means. It is way to expensive and filthy for what it is, and the staff has a “whatever” or “careless” attitude towards people/ customers who do decide to pay high end prices. It’s unfortunate now-a-days that business’s (especially individually owned and operated) would rather do what they can to earn/keep a buck then rather providing an awesome experience for that specific person/family to want to keep coming back and making fun moments and memories. I’m sure eventually this place will go under due to lack of empathy and passion towards there paying customers. Good luck Skyzone and to the owner who really needs to become more hands on with there business then letting it go in the hands of selflessness employees.

We had my sons birthday party here and Giana was our party host she was fantastic. Great customer service and was on time with the event. She helped with handling the food, beverages, gifts and more thank you for such a great part experience and making it easy for the parents. Giana made this party perfect would recommend her to be the party host for anyone

Scouts go every year and always have a blast.

First time there for me and many in our group. Our party didnt know about the waviers everyone has to sign so it took so long to sign waviers for everyone , lost a good thirty minutes from the time we had reserved. Slow at getting our table set up with food for our birthday party , and presents were held at the desk and brought to us at the same time they were bringing food and setting up tables so didnt have time to even unwrap the presents there. Also this place is very dangerous . My 3 yr old grandson ran into a metal post strangely sticking far out from a stair railing on the top level , he got a lump on his forehead. There is no true safety barrier keeping small kids from climbing on the sofa and up and over the short railing behind the couch and falling down two whole stories !! Kids are super fast and they are curious. It was way too crowded there. Didnt feel it was a safe environment for small kids. Some other kid got hurt while we were there and an ambulance was called. Also it took way too long to get drinks for those that needed drinks after jumping , service was very SLOW. Only teenagers seem to be running the whole place. A very bad experience for a day that should have been a fun day.

My family and I are here from Indiana, visiting family that live in Virginia! The kids have been very bored, so we decided to treat them to some fun! Sky Zone was an amazing choice for fun! The kids had an absolute blast, and so did i even though i am an adult! Haha

It was fun and clean I had a blast there... there is a girl that got her arm wrap up she very friendly and know how to hold a conversation she really good with kids when my child was crying she got on one knee and talk to him he stop crying gave her a hug and he wanted her to play but she told him she can’t because of her arm she really is good worker.. I don’t remember her name but I like when she work. I remember she wears a scarf on her I can’t remember where she say she from but I will be back soon.

My children had an amazing time during their visit. I’m giving a 4 star review based on the lack of mask enforcement and not many sanitizing stations. Other than that, our visits have always been pleasant and fun.

I was pretty unhappy that I paid for a membership that allowed a guest to come with my child anytime. We used it a few times, then went to use it a few weeks ago and were told that guests can now only come on Sundays. Trying to figure out how to cancel my membership but its rare that anyone answers the phone there.

My first time at this location and we enjoyed ourselves. Staff was friendly, helpful, and the whole place was clean.

Got a concussion after I did a flip into the foam pits and hit my head straight into the concrete that was located suspiciously super close and below the trampoline. There was not enough foam, nor even cushion from the trampoline to break my fall, as the foam pits are supposed to do. I am a large adult male and realize that, but I have been going to Skyzone for years and NEVER had any issues till today. Additionally, I weight 280 and the employee there told me I did not reach the weight limit for that trampoline. I went to the ER for 4 hours and got a head CT, to confirm the concussion and that, luckily, there was no major damage as well. Never going back again.

I drove over an hour and a half with my 2 year old and 3 year old to go to the trampoline park. They were super excited. We arrived and they told us we are unable to play today. We needed to book online before hand. I had called previously and they mentioned no such thing. I was told they were fully booked. So we headed back home. I was curious about another sky zone location and when looking online. They had openings at 3 pm. However, no one had stated this to me. They had stated they had nothing available all day. I called and no one knew how to answer my question or did anything to assist me. Now I have 2 unhappy kids and still they didn’t get to do anything. Highly unprofessional and misinforming. Customer service sucked and not friendly: the first time I went was so much better.

My son loves jumping here.....I just wish theyd open the lounge area upstairs for the adults to sit. I mean were all congregating downstairs in crowds. Why not do it comfortably? Just a suggestion!

Sky Zone Fredericksburgs annual pass can not be beat! Weve gone 19 times in the last 3 months, and have become healthier, stronger, more agile and skilled as a result. Ive seen people from all walks of life, ages, abilities and sizes have a blast in this fun environment!The pass includes a TON, but here are the highlights. One flat rate pays for one one-hour-long session each day (you can pay extra for more time). The entire trampoline park provides opportunities for jumping, bouncing, flying, etc. in their freestyle, sponge pit, basketball and dodgeball, climbing (rock, sticks and cubes), obstacle course areas. You may choose to relax, drink and eat in their observation deck, party room, lounge and snack bar areas.

My kiddos always love coming here. We always feel safe and happy. Recently, my husband got hurt while jumping with them. The staff and manager, TJ, handled it very well. They made sure we were safe, made sure help was on its way and they were very willing to go out of their way for us. Things happen but I am VERY PLEASED with how things were handled there. We will def be back. My husband can watch lol

We went to the GLOW after hours and it was very fun and entertaining. The music was awesome and upbeat perfect for jumping. Me 15yrs old niece and 10 year old daughter loved it.

SOOO HOT!!!! We couldn’t breathe, everybody’s sweat was on everything...Visibly.... and it cause a medical condition of mine to act up because heat like this causes vasodilation, it literally felt like the AC was off and it was 90 outside.

They dont pick up the phone so thats an automatic 1 star from me. If you want my money the least you can do is pick up the phone to answer my questions. They want you to use their website to schedule yourself and price varies depending on the time you go. The way to schedule time is not intuitive and is very frustrating. I just want to pay and go have fun but instead I having to do go to a website and click 15 times to schedule a session. Is also very expensive. Go elsewhere.

The staff there was great and super helpful, but they were sorely understaffed. There was only 4 people and 2 were needed at the front at all times. For that big of a facility, there should be more wonderful helpers.

I purchased a 90 min visit to Skyzone and was super excited to finally take my kids out for some fun. I havent taken them anywhere in months. Our excitement was quickly dimmed once we checked in and put our things away in a locker. At least half of the people in the facility were not in masks, and there were a lot of people there (enough that I was constantly bumping into or getting bumped by someone). I understand that it gets hot with all of that physical activity, but it was so overwhelming and uncomfortable for us that we left early. Were definitely disappointed. Wont be going back again until better parameters are in place or this pandemic dies down. But my kids did enjoy the trampolines and activities for the short amount of time we were there.

Clean equipment and friendly staff! Line to enter was slow for not being overly long, and took at least 20 minutes, even with pre-registering. Kids had a blast after the long wait tho!

I like the place because my seven year old does. The staff needs to do a better job cracking down on the older kids running over smaller kids. I did blow my stack when my son got hit in the face by a teenager playing Dodge ball. The staff member was clearly not paying attention to the much older kids beaming balls at smaller kids.

Amazing staff & really great place to go ! Took baby for 7th birthday & had an absolute blast !!! Social distancing and masks required which made us feel extra safe with our asthmatic big baby boy! Would recycling any and everybody for birthday celebrations or just a great time at this location in Fredericksburg.

Very disappointed at the customer service or lack of being helpful and informative. Apparently you can only book sessions online (understanding due to Covid restrictions) and not in person and was told upon arrival that they were fully booked until 5 pm even if I tried to book online. After booking another location I just tested to see if what I was told at the Fredericksburg location was true to only find out not only they were not fully booked but they even had open spots for the time I arrived there. Disgusted and appalled. These are little kids that felt so hurt by not being able to play because someone chose to be plainly lazy and non helpful!
