Dr. Maru has provided excellent sleep medicine care.

Front office Staff is very RUDE. If MWH gets rid of the front office staffthe reviews might be better. She is chasing patients away. The way she talks to patient is ridiculous. Even if she is booked there is a way to talk to patients. I suggest patients go to Central Virginia Sleep Center or Sleep Solution of Fredericksburg. Dont even TAKE YOUR DOG THERE.

I am the caregiver of an autistic adult, and I am disgusted by the way they have treated him and his appointment. He stops breathing at night and has to have someone check on him regularly to make sure he doesnt die, he is scared to death, etc. His doctor wanted two tests done, one sleep study, and one study for narcolepsy. Because of two tests, he was scheduled 6 months out... half a year for someone special needs who is not breathing at night! Then the doctor cancelled the second test without consulting with his doctor, without letting us know, without discussing possibly scheduling sooner because it would only be one test... and then he was turned away at the appointment he had been desperate to go to for 6 months now. The poor guy has spent hours crying because he is sure is going to die and nobody cares. We have decided to go to VCU, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Im told to be here at seven thirty to check in for a eight oclock appt no one has even showed to open the office very unprofessional
