I would have loved to see the doctor, but when I arrived, I was informed that I would not be reimbursed at all from my insurance company. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the doctor did not accept my insurance, but their office would file a claim and I would be reimbursed. I understand that my type of plan will not provide reimbursement, but why wasnt I informed of this BEFORE I made the 40 minute drive to the office? It took all of 1 split second for the receptionist to look at my card and know I wouldnt be reimbursed, and i am confused as to why I was not asked about the type of plan over the phone when I made my initial appointment. I cannot speak for the level of care that these doctors provide because I will not be returning. Be careful and ask questions about your insurance before you arrive for your appointment.
I saw Dr. Katz today and have nothing but positive feedback. He was timely, he actually listened to EVERYTHING I said. He asked questions and let me ask all the questions I needed to. He was a breath of fresh air with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!!!
