My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The room for the ultrasound is so relaxing and set up like you’re at home! Everyone was so friendly and so nice! We got to find out the gender and get really great pictures of our little one! Thank you so much for making our experience so special and sweet!

We had a wonderful experience at PeekABoo3D today! We had five people, my husband, mom and twin 9 year old boys - it was amazing for the boys to see their little sister and made it more real for them. Everything was well organized and we got a wonderful look at our baby girl ❤️ I would also highly recommend adding the heartbeat buddy - my boys picked out this rainbow elephant. Everyone was super friendly. The whole thing was quick. My daughter liked seeing the big screen she was definitely amused. My son loved walking around checking out everything. Love this place. Been 3 times with our pregnancy and the service is amazing they are so friendly and worth the experience. Also this was supposed to be a surprise, your front staff were very disrespectful to my husband when he tried to get an appointment.

Scheduled an appt to do a gender reveal and ultrasound. I was immediately asked about my weight. Scheduled it and was told there is a $50 deposit and I have to cancel with 48 hours notice or they’ll take a $50 fee. We changed our minds about finding out so I called to cancel over 48 hours before and was told the deposit was non-refundable. So basically what they do is this scammy thing where they really make it sound like the deposit is only kept if you are a no show or don’t cancel with enough notice but actually you can cancel with plenty of notice and still get charged. They obviously made the late cancellation fee identical to the deposit amount in order to make this as confusing as possible so people don’t realize they won’t get their deposit back even if they give several days’ notice.I mentioned this on the phone and the woman on the phone was so rude that as a pregnant woman feeling sensitive right now I couldn’t even continue the conversation. She immediately got short with me and used condescending pet names saying impatiently “you were told all this on the phone Honey.” Until then I had considered rescheduling but in that moment I decided to cancel because I did not want anyone with such a horrible attitude towards pregnant women revealing my baby’s gender. I don’t believe I was told that about the deposit on the phone but maybe I was. Like most pregnant women I am struggling with brain fog which is why their policy being as confusing as possible even for non pregnant people is really sketchy and seems exploitive. I just said after being talked to that way that I definitely was cancelling. I could tell very clearly that this was not the first time she’d had this conversation about the deposit. If your policy is so bad as to be deliberately misleading in order to scam pregnant women don’t be shocked when you have to repeat yourself.I am so glad I have decided not to go to this clinic, if the way I was treated is anything remotely like my phone experience I wouldn’t want anything to do with this place or have them see my baby. I also think the weight question being the first thing they ask is really tacky.

Room was lovely as well as both of the women working there. They got me in basically last minute when an ultrasound of mine was canceled; and being a military family it’s hard for my husband to get off work. We were even a little late and they were still very kind and didn’t even comment on it. (Don’t intentionally be late of course). I’m only 9 weeks but getting to see SOMETHING was a relief and seeing that with my husband there with me made me happy ❤️ It was definitely worth the 50$ hands down, even if baby just looks like a little shrimp right now.

The person who replied to my initial review LIED. My card was NEVER run the $1 for the appointment at all. I checked my bank statement for the month & there was no $1 hold placed on my card for 1/9 AT ALL. Even if the card was declined, the $1 fee would show on my bank statement. There’s money on that card at all times; therefore, it would have NEVER declined. No one EVER contacted me by text or phone regarding my appointment or about the card information. I keep ALL text messages & I didn’t receive any messages since 1/9. All of the other texts sent & received were from today when I contacted the company about my so called appointment. This place is a JOKE! If I could give them 0 stars for what they tried to play on me, I would. They just don’t want to admit where they dropped the ball.

Going to Peekaboo 3D imaging Was a great experience for me! I was able to go back for visits for just $25 after purchasing a particular package! The quality of the pics was great! I even got video that I can go back and look at as often as I want! I’m so thankful for these keepsakes!

So so so impressed!! We did pick-a-peek at 26 weeks with the digital video and was absolutely shocked to get a full 20 minute ultrasound video and printed pictures!! We also got a care package FREE which has formula samples and gift cards to different boutique shops. Def worth the price to see our little guy!!

I called to schedule an appointment on 1/5, no one answered so I left a voicemail. No one called me back. So, I sent a text on 1/9 & someone text me to schedule an appointment for 2/1. I then text today to see if I can reschedule & no appointment was down for me that day. This is after someone took my name, email, & card information. I received no apology for their mistake or anything. No one ever contacted me again after 1/9 & my card was never run for a $1 hold.

With covid sadly Dad hasnt been able to go to any appointments with me thanks to PeakABoo3D I was not only able to share this moment with dad but with babies two big sisters. It was a wonderful experience, great staff.

We’ve been three times and they have been amazing each time! They were friendly and warm, spending the time they needed to get the gender & photos right!

About a week ago my fiancé and I attended our appointment at this establishment. After reviewing their website we were very excited to experience such an intimate moment prior to the arrival of our first born child. When my fiancé arrived she was instructed that she could not use the restroom because having a full bladder may benefit the scan. We more than understood her instructions and obviously trusted that she knew what was best. What we do not understand is why when we received our recording via email the video is black for about 3 mins due to the technician continuing to run the recording after instructing my fiancé to go and use the restroom to empty her bladder. We also are HIGHLY disappointed that our file indicates we have “30” photos but when you look through the pictures it’s the same 5 pictures multiple times. I personally am very upset because not only am I a first time father but my fiancé a first time mother and the quality of the pictures we received are extremely lack luster. They truly do advertise their best as any company would but there is also no accountability for their quality of work. We understand that you don’t have control over the “baby’s environment” but just as much as she had to do to prep for this session we trusted that your quality of work would be of a much higher caliber. So in the end we have 1 blurry unrecognizable 3D print (received 2) and 5 of the same pictures duplicated multiple times and a video that shows black for 3 mins. Im willing to update my review upon discussing these matters.

Beware: Plus size mommy’s can’t have a Saturday ultrasound appointment because the “plus size ultrasound tech doesn’t work weekends.”First off, how rude to tell a potential client they’re plus size over the phone, without actually knowing.Second, I was told this the second time I called, not the first which is more frustrating because I wasted my time. The first time I called to try and schedule for their $100 monthly special, but was told all Saturday’s for that month are booked and was advised to call back the next month to book. I agreed. However, after looking more into their packages, I decided to just try and proceed with a package (for more money) because I wanted an appointment relatively soon. This time is when I was informed no plus sized mommy’s on Saturdays.I find it very rude and insulting to assume a pregnant mother is plus size and to discriminate as such over the phone. Not anywhere on their website or social media does it mention a weight limit and/or scheduling restrictions for plus sized mommy’s.I am glad to say that I have scheduled elsewhere at another facility, that is happy to see my “plus sized” self, on a Saturday.

This is a very nice facility and all the staff is very friendly! I loved the ultrasound room, it’s very cozy and they have you lay on a comfortable bed for the pictures. The tech who started my ultrasound really tried to get the best images possible despite the fact that our baby wasn’t cooperating. The owner even came in towards the end and also tried to get some better photos which I really appreciated. There was a lot of shaking and pressing hard into my belly trying to get good images, but I know that’s to be expected, I was a little sore for a few days after though. My one disappointment is that the 3D image they gave me really doesn’t look like anything, I can’t even make out what I’m looking at! Again though our baby was being stubborn and I know that’s out of their control. But overall a great experience and the people here really care, I’ll definitely go back in the future!

Dissatisfied with this business. Reading some of the comments and reviews I can agree that they are not very welcoming or friendly. They were rude to my fiance, because she had to used the restroom before the ultrasound. We drove 2 hours and she was told to drink a lot of water for the best results, of course she will need to use the restroom. I overheard the receptionist, in the hallway, make a snide comment about her coming in and having to use the restroom before the ultrasound. The photos were nowhere near the quality as advertised and we honestly received better images from our OB. They are supposed to be the best ultrasound facility around, however their professionalism and skills do not reflect this. In fact I have heard from several people since we went to this business tell me that they arent even trained ultrasound technicians.Also, they threatened to report our reviews on facebook and have them removed. This is dishonest business since they want to weed out the negative reviews to make themselves look better. Much like they only want to advertise the best images they capture.Please take it from me, look for somewhere else to get an ultrasound. I am definitely disappointed in what was supposed to be a special day for us. We drove a total of 4.5 hours to come here and this is how we get treated.

I had an ultrasound done at Peekaboo 3D at 24 weeks and had such a wonderful experience. The environment is very cozy. The technician is actually the owner of the business and has done such a wonderful job. I love the way the table is not just a cold sterile doctors table but is made to look like a cute and cozy bed. The projection screen is amazing. Lots of people can come with you and that is a very nice thing to offer. You do not have to strain your neck trying to see what is on a tiny monitor. Anyone who has had a straight up medical ultrasound knows that they care more about getting their specific images than what we can see. At Peekaboo 3D they make sure that you get to see your baby and see him/her well. Plus, you get to take the whole experience home with you on disc! Ive enjoyed watching my little one many times over the past few weeks. Im so excited to go back for a second visit (my husband got me the pair of peeks for my Birthday). I will definitely be recommending them to all the expectant mommies I know.

I had an appointment on a Saturday and unfortunately there was so much traffic from where I was coming that I was late. The Dr. was able to still see me when I got there (even though it was just her working). I am so happy she was able to! The place is clean. The screens are big. Super nice staff! I would definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE!

My husband and I went to Peek A Boo 3D on my birthday to find out the gender of our beautiful little boy. I was so amazed by how nice the office was! We went into the ultra sound room, it was so much more than we imagined. A large room with a cute little bed for myself to lay on and a large comfy couch for all of family and friends (although it was just us). We were so pleased with the photo quality, the images were very clear! I would recommend Peek A Boo 3D to EVERYONE!

Tiffany has always taken such good care of our family. Between myself and my sister she has watched 4 babies grow. Shes a part of the family now!

This place has been fantastic! We have had many ultrasounds here at 9, 11, 22, 28, and 30 weeks. My son has made them work for every single one. Whether its his face shoved into my placenta, he is asleep facing the wrong way, or (for the last two) he is frank breech with his feet literally touching his face, they were able to make it work. They have been very patient each time at trying to get good shots of him and knew just the way to turn me in order to get a face shot. Today he literally had his feet touching his face and both arms thrown over his eyes and they were still able to get some beautiful pictures. Our tech found the one angle that would best show his face. Its been so fun watching him grow and Im actually going to bring him back once he is born so that they can meet the little troublemaker.

Glad I got to see my baby, but he was being uncooperative and sleeping / not taking his hands away from his face so most of my pictures look the same. I know per policy, you only get a free return visit ONLY if baby is facing the spine but I dont feel like that is a good policy. Looking at other 3D ultrasound businesses, they all offer return visits if baby is uncooperative in these ways so its weird that this business is different. The tech also did not suggest hardly anything to try to wake baby up besides turning on my side and was kind of rough with my belly ring - I was scared it was going to rip out at some points. It just feels like I spent a lot of money only to have like 3 different angles of my baby made into 20 pictures. Me and my husband are very disappointed..Update: was offered a second visit and was able to get some more pictures. This tech was very gentle and explained everything. Much better experience the second time around.

Update: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We are back with our second baby girl :) Tiffany was able to capture beautiful pictures of my first born and blew us away with the AMAZING 6D images of our little one. I felt so comfortable and safe with Tiffany and her amazing staff. I did not feel rushed like I do at the hospital and my husband was able to see his little girl. Tiffany captured her so well, he was even crying. If I ever have a 3rd we will be coming back to Peek A Boo. I will continue to tell ever pregnant girl I know. Best in town!!!! Thank you so much Tiffany for making this an unforgettable visit!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.Best 3D/4D studio hands down in the town. This place is amazing! I have used them for my past 2 pergancy and they have done a amazing job. I love the 3d sonograms, as well as the heart beat buddys. They are absolutely adorable! We just couldnt wait to find out the gender. The experience was wonderful and the gender prediction was correct! I highly recommend this facility.

I emailed Peek a Boo when I was 12 weeks because I wanted to make sure baby had a heartbeat. They got me in that same day, and welcomed my 16 month old. The waiting area was comfortable with plenty of seating and lots of toys for little ones. I managed to talk my husband into buying a heartbeat buddy, which was $35. Both my husband and my younger daughter push the button several times a day just to hear baby beans heartbeat. The ultrasound itself was amazing, and brought me to tears. The images where so amazing and clear, especially considering how early in pregnancy I am. Baby was moving around, and just seeing him/her put my mind at ease instantly. I finally feel as though I can relax and enjoy my pregnancy. If we have a third, I will be going to peek a boo for another early peek. I am excited to go back for a 3D ultrasound in a few months to see how much baby bean has changed.

This was a complete disappointment for my family. As we arrived the receptionist was not very welcoming. (maybe mid 30s reddish hair) We ALL felt that she was not as informative as she could of been. To top things off she was our tech too :(I think when your representing something so special to families your staff should go ABOVE the call of duty to make this an awesome time. This did not happen for us and sadly it started at the door!

Had an appointment today at 9:30, was running about 10 mins behind and the young lady at the desk was so nice and understanding about it! Also, this place is nice and clean and the woman doing the ultrasound was so nice and didnt give up trying to discover the gender of my baby ♥. The room was spacious, comfortable, beautiful and I LOVE the big projector screen they had in the room to display the ultrasound on. We waited no time at all to go back and she also squeezed in my sister in law UNSCHEDULED to view her baby also. I am more than happy with my visit and feel as though we couldnt have picked a better place! Thank you so much Peek a boo for this wonderful experience and helping me reveal our baby BOY💙. My husband and I took our parents there to find out the gender of our little blessing. It was one of the best experiences. They were so nice and the layout was wonderful. My dad enjoyed it so much he wanted to stay for the next one. Lol. I would definitely recommend peek a boo to everyone.

When it was my turn to be scanned, we were treated so kindly and the lady performing the scan made it so special. She made nice conversation and was very dedicated to getting good images for us. I would recommend PeekABoo3D to absolutely everyone! It was such a special and worthwhile experience.

I have been to peekaboo3D for some of the events they have hosted. The people there are very friendly and professional. It is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I like the fact that if you have a large family that wants to be with you to find out what you are having they welcome you to bring them! I honestly recommend this place to all of my pregnant friends and family.

Peekaboo is such a great place to go see your baby! whether its your first peek or your last it is well worth it! I found out very early what I was having! No more waiting till 20 or so weeks! Peekaboo will do them for you way sooner and wont break the bank doing so! they were very nice an bubbly to be around and they give you a great gift for coming! I will be going back very soon!
