If I could give this place negative stars I would, the absolute worst place to try and get a Cpap machine from. Just dont go here plain and simple. Save yourself the headache.

This company is NOT your partner in care. They are a barrier for you receiving the care your doctor has ordered and you need. Even my insurance company states I should be receiving the supplies but Lincare continues to be a barrier. Customer service is horrible and I have suffered through months without care due to them. I switched DME company and received supplies immediately! Thank you PulmoCare LLC!!

Stay away from Lincare and their Fredericksburg location. They need to understand that this is something related to human health and they are providing medical supply not an auto parts. Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. I dont want to write my experiences here but long story short if you end up using them be ready to deal with wise-mouth employees (like Sophia from Fredericksburg location). I feel like this company is big money making scheme and hopefully somebody start investigation about them because this company has terrible reviews for years now and somehow they are still in business.

Id heard bad reviews from people about this place, but after over a month of dealing with Sophia, Jamie and staff at location, I cannot say enough GREAT things about all of them and their patience. I am a senior citizen taking care of a very sick husband and I was overwhelmed. I appreciated their caring and professionalism. THANK YOU ALL

Held my order for equipment for 4 weeks. Tried to make me pay, when my out of pocket max was reached with my insurance. Lies, and bogus fees for having one insurance, instead of two forms. Shady and greedy business. Do not trust them.

Up until today I would have given Lincare a half star. My husband has a cpap and dealing with them had been a nightmare...however..it appears that the staff at this office has changed. What would have taken days to accomplish in the past was completed in minutes! The phone was answered promptly, professionally, and pleasantly. Meagan was knowledgeable., helpful, and friendly. That office really needed her!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could!! Customer service is non existent. Completely inefficient way of doing business. No receptionist at counter, but signs saying not to go past counter. Woman on her phone in the back. My doctor FAXED my paperwork 2 days ago, yet they just got it...dont insult my intelligence and lie to my face. They dont have machines in stock, but wont order them without their approval process. If they bothered to do their jobs and pick up the phone, they would have their approval while I waited. Instead, they want me to wait (God knows how much longer) to get this approval before they will even ORDER the equipment. THEN I have to make an appointment...that is backed up another month to pick it up. They wouldnt even allow me to make the appointment now so it would be on the books when the equipment came in. Seriously?!? How does this place stay in business?

Good service until 8 months ago. Now it has been nothing put a pain. If I can get my supplies they are late or they ship me the wrong ones. Im now looking for another service provider. I would find another provider before coming here.

The phone numbers for this office do not work. The customer service is next to none. A soft nasal cannula has a soft nose tip AND a soft hose. How hard is that for these people to understand. Does ANYONE at this facility have any training besides how to properly transport oxygen tanks? I think not. The delivery driver states they dont carry anything like that when in fact they do. I think they need to train their employees or take classes themselves on the basics of what medical supplies look like, and more importantly...why theyre needed. Its called patient comfort, and if this medical business is unable to provide patient comfort then a phone call will need to be made.Sincerely,A very agitated Emergency Medical Technician

Started with this company. Never got supplies that I needed at the time needed. Ordered a part for my machine waited 6 months to learn that they never processed it thru my doctor. My doctor gave me another company and I will NOT be using Lincare ever again.

Horrible. How they are still in business I have no dea Sent all medical info to them in October...called me back in January and said they would be in touch soon ..its May...never answer the phone...never returned calls....went somewhere else. Stay clear and dont waste your time!!!

Ive been waiting 2 months to get a CPAP Machine and everyone has called them! My doctors office, the nurse, BCBS Insurance company!! Literally they tell everyone just a few more days!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH LINCARE IN FREDERICKSBURG!!!??? I cant speak to anyone that can assist me!!!!!

The dr ordered a STAT CPAP for a family member who is 75 has a very complex medical history right now. I call them they have not even touched her order, I explained to Amanda that she needs it, that her results show she stops breathing every 40seconds!!!! She tells me that they need to process her order then schedule a appointment for her to come into their office (she’s home bound). I repeat that she’s got really complicated health right now and that it was supposed to be stat not whenever, she said she understand then I said apparently nobody had even touched her file until my phone call....She puts me on hold and a delivery person answers the phone who says once they process it the soonest would be Wednesday.... I explain everything to him and now I’m on hold again, now I’m told it will be a “few minutes before the manager can take the call” per the management they consider stat orders 5 days

This place is unbelievable. I have been trying to get supplies for my CPAP machine for over 9 months and still dont have anything. They kept saying they did not have all the documentation from my physician. Finally, they said they had what they needed, but at that point my prescription had expired. I had to pay another doctor visit co-pay to see my doctor again, and still have nothing! I keep calling them, usually being put on hold for 10-20 minutes, then getting their answering service. What kind of place is this??? If you have any other options, dont try to work with this bunch.

AVOID LINCARE! I needed a new c-pap as my machine was 10 years old and the on/off button stopped working. My Dr sent the fax for the order early December. I called and they said it was a wrong prescription. Long story short my Dr sent the prescription 5 times before they said they finally got it. I finally got my new c-pap in February. The people in the Fredericksburg office are clueless, they were no help in tracking my order. I finally called the corp office on Fla, they at least tracked down my order and someone who knew what they were doing called me. Next time I will just use an online company.

If your MD tells you to use this company you should refuse and do what ever you must to secure services from a different company.I suffered through an unimaginable lack of service for 3 years before I wised up & told them I refused to deal with them ever again.

I am so annoyed with the customer service in this company. It has been one problem after another. It took a month to find me in the computer then another two weeks to order supplies that arrived Saturday and not one thing in the box was what I ordered. Gave me a number to call if the order was wrong. Called the number and was on hold for 35 minutes. After explaining my problem Iam told I have to send their mistake back before they will ship me the correct order. Now it will be another two weeks to get that. I bet they get there large over priced bill to Medicare real quick. This is why heath insurance is out of sight.

So far my husband has been waiting for a CPAP machine for 2 weeks. His stopped working and they will not give him a loaner or new machine as of yet. It has been approved by the insurance and now we are still waiting on the machine. I hope he can survive this.I really am upset that I have called several times and NOTHING yet.What else can I do? He needs his machine and has a hard time breathing when he sleeps.

Very unprofessional. Most phone calls go to an out of state call center because the local office wont answer the phone. When they do, the person you need is never there. Late cpap compliance reports, late equipment deliveries. Go with Roberts Home Medical, not much better, but the lesser of the 2 evils for the Fredericksburg area.

Worst experience! I waited a month,with nothing but Excuses and lies about..how its a prosscess with the insurance company,and it takes time finally got sick of waiting and my insurance said they NEVER received a claim from Lincare!!! Insurance called them and they told my insurance company our work load is backed up I dont recommend using them! Not a honest company at all. My doctor contacted another company for my needs

The Fredricksburg Lincare office is the worst Ive ever had to deal with. Management and customer service stinks and unprofessional. Ive never seen any business that suppose to help you with health equipment treat people like this Fredricksburg office. I finally had to call the corporate headquarters to help solve this disaster. Ive been waiting for my new CPAP machine for 3 months. Ill be searching for a new company and tell my insurance company to stop doing business with Lincare. A piss poor business relationship.

Ive dealt with this place years ago and had no issue. Now this place is a hell hole. I get no service and they are sending me bills for supplies I havent received and have been fighting this for 2 years now. Im at the point of getting a lawyer and taking them to court.

Do NOT use this company for the CPAP machine for a loved one--- they could die waiting for it! My husband was told it would be 2 weeks to get his machine and fix his sleep apnea and its been months! 😧Their customer service stinks! Even the doctors office had trouble reaching them! When I finally contacted their headquarters they said they had no record of my husband-- even though hed gone thru 2 sleep apnea tests! 😟Finally, my dr called them personally to see what was going on and they said my husband needed a more recent office visit!😡 I have never been more frustrated with any company in my life!! I pray my husband doesnt stop breathing before he gets his damn CPAP machine!😏company

LINCARE has helped me, a very busy and picky person (ask my wife), through the process of obtaining and using a BiPAP machine.LINCARE has done an amazing job handling this rather complex process of balancing multiple Doctors communications and orders, overlaid with my extremely complex Insurance processes and validation requirements, and further dealing with my personal inpatients and pickiness.LINCARE has be personable, professional, timely, accurate, and quick to address any problems. Customer service is hit or miss. Communication with Lincare is difficult. They dont seem to be able find paperwork from my physician. Aside from that there is a lot to like about them.
