I like most other reviewers experienced issues with insurance. The manager Chrissy is extremely disrespectful. She belittled me and kept saying I did not have insurance when I do. There was a mix up and I asked for her to be patient until it was resolved. After it was resolved, she still claimed I owed them money. I was able to have a conference call with United Health care and Chrissy and she was so very unprofessional to the rep. Belittling her as well because she had an accent. After the rep and I trying to get her to understand, she said angrily I am hanging up with you both, and did! I tried numerous times to get a hold of the owner Mr. Wright and he does not seem to interested...perhaps Chrissy is more than the office manager? They are a very dysfunctional place of business

Greg has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. He treated my teenage daughter, listened to her concerns and preferences and then went above and beyond to find a solution that was right for her. She had many needs, and we had insurance issues, but he went beyond scope and helped us find a suitable fix that provides her with the care she deserves and needs. His staff is friendly and this is definitely the best prosthetics company in Virginia.Greg-please start doing DMOs:-)

A good place to go for whatever your needs are. Sharon sr the front desk was warm and friendly and overall made my experience with checking in comfortable and she was able to assist my needs. She’s definitely a bonus. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful also. Great business.

Everyone in the office was outstanding! Chris in the front office helped us secure a same day appointment, so that my child didnt have to take off from school to come in. We greatly appreciate that! And Rob agreed to see us at the end of the day, even though it would cause him to work a little later than normal. And others in the office were extremely friendly and compassionate to us as a family but to my daughter, in particular. What a delightful place to come for service! My husband had an open wound on his foot and needed an off weight boot.To ascertain that as much weight as possible was taken off the affected area, they created a custom boot liner. It took over two hours, but there was never a hint of impatience or frustration. I was beyond pleased. When the podiatrist saw it he was delighted, as the boot had more than done its’ job.I will be returning to have a custom sole made for my husband’s shoe.

Great place the staff was so nice to me and my son. I was there last year and received the same treatment. Such a great place.

November 28, 2016The only way to describe my experience is to say it was WONDERFUL. I look back this past year to reflect on who made my life better. The folks at Mobility Prosthetics is one of the most important. They gave me some of my life back. I havent been able to walk without severe pain for 8 years and Greg fabricated a brace for me and I will always be grateful. He worked with me alot and explained ever step along the way. Chris is truly kind, compassionate and understanding. She doesnt pity you or feel sorry for you, she understands and wants to truly do what she can to help, even when you cry in front of her she is so compassionate and understanding. She and Greg kindly worked with my Dr. and her staff to understand exactly what I needed and I am so happy to report that I can walk and the pain is minimal. The office staff are professional and very polite and if someone doesnt know the answer to your question, you can be assured they will find out. So yall need help? Went in January to get a brace....they said I had to pay my deductible of $147 which I did....I month later they received payment from medicare and my deductible had been paid to another provider....they were not entitled to the deductible.I called them 3 times to return my deductible. I stopped in to pick up my deductible....Today is March 12, 2015...Chris the office manager told me 3 weeks ago she would cut a check and mailed it...I still have not received it......They are not giving me interest on my money which they should have returned in January.Do not give them your deductible....not trustworthy.....I will be filing charges against them with Medicare......they are not ethical.....lhis is the first time I have ever written such a negative review in my 77 years

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! they are a scam And will rip you off. Take your business somewhere else whatever you need you should buy it online. I was referred to them by my doctor who had ordered a boot for me I was charged around $130 up front. Few weeks later I received a bill they sent a claim for $400 to my insurance and I had to pay $45 again out of my pocket. I contacted the manufacture of the boot his company sells the boot for $35 with free shipping. When I called mobility orthotics The lady argued with me after arguing for a while she realized I was not an idiot then told me to come back and return it as long as it was not used. The place is completely rundown and dirty. The paint is peeling off the walls it does not look like a professional building. The people are scam artist who will do anything to sell a product to you that is worth not more than $25 $30 and they will sell it to you for $300 $400. I told my doctor they are a rip off and showed her my boot that I bough for $35. My doctor was not happy with them. It is really sad because most of the people that do go to this place are in need of some sort of orthotic and for mobility orthotics to rip people off in that situation and who are senior citizen is not only unethical it is pathetic my doctor said she is not going to send any of her patients to them anymore.

These guys charge 500% of the actual price of a cam boot walker - actual price of the same orthotic is $30 online or on amazon - they charge 160 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from the patient and further MORE FROM YOUR INSURANCE - SCAM ARTISTS - GO SOMEWEHERE ELSE AND BUY YOUR ORTHIOTICS ONLINE FOR CHEAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have come in this facility multiple times and today I felt the need to write a review. After coming in here on a few other occasions and having no insurance problems or coverage problems I recently came in and witness a complete lack of disrespect but also a far inferior knowledge base on the companys part. The young lady with the accent was incredibly rude and had a complete lack of knowledge, not only was she rude while on the phone with what I hope was not another client, but with myself and the employees around her. However I understand people have bad days and this I could have moved on from other than feeling disrespected by a mere child, however where I draw the line is from the lack of competence that was given to me by this young women. I will admit I was aggravated at this time and was short fused, but at no time should a client know more than a professional, else wise the professionals are no longer needed. The other concern I have is that from what it sounded like 2 possible even 3 of the other young ladies in the office seemed to attempt to explain to her what should have been done or how to avoid this problem in the future the young lady seemed to roll her eyes as if they were irreverent in the grand scheme of things. I regretfully say that I will no longer be returning to that facility and would gladly drive out of my way to go to a more friendly place. I opted to write this review anonymously in an effort to conserve my protection, however I will end by saying the fact that I witness such poor treatment towards other employees from one employee on multiple visits to this facility is enough to make me question the practice as a whole. One bad apple can ruin the whole lot.
