Called and left a message, they hit back to me same day. Set up my appointment and helped me with my concerns. Doctor listened to me and we agreed on a treatment plan I felt comfortable with.

Blood test results never received even after 3 calls~finally gave up. Called last week for a follow up appointment. Left a message ~no return call. Called again today and finally got an appointment for August where tests results will be addressed ~5 weeks later.

Office staff very rude, if you ever get them to answer the phone. Can not rate the Physicians as I never got that far. Went elsewhere. If your expecting a quick response or a person to talk with for questions go elsewhere this isn’t that type practice.

Smart, very intelligent, caring, thoughtful, thorough, excellent listener, excellent partners throughout the entire practice. She is a very competent nephrologist whom I have complete trust.
