Ive been going to Dr Choudhary for a number of years and have received excellent customer service. There was one incident with an employee who no longer works there. She was very unprofessional. But Beverly has always been nothing but friendly and helpful.

The office staff is the WORST. I like Dr. Choudhary a lot but I am not going back there simply because the office staff is just plain rude, unprofessional and talk to you like theyre better than you. The office staff also have no problem yelling at each other too. Unbelievable.

Not really sure why this place has such awful reviews everywhere I look. The staff were very friendly, polite, & helpful & just as promised, I received my confirmation call the friday before my appointment on a tuesday. Dr. Choudhary was extremely professional & thorough in her evaluation, even drawing me little picture diagrams to explain things. I went into my appointment a little nervous, given all the negative feedback I read online, but I came away feeling very at ease & confident about the treatment plan we had discussed.

Worst experience with a doctors office. earliest appointment was months in advance and imagine that, i forgot about it never received a confirmation call or a call stating i missed the appointment just a bill for 100$. When i called to reschedule and told them what happened i was told the doctor would not reschedule me ever and they did call. Leaving a voice mail would be nice. but now i understand its easer to take peoples money and not provide them with a service or a chance to redeem them selfs. Might I add I was polite the first time i called the second time I was about as curt as the office staff was, to me telling me I was a big boy and should be able to remember my appointments. Im sure these people have never forgotten a thing except to call and confirm the appointment you made 3 months prior what a scam they have.Bottom line no pun intended I have just been Robbed.

It was the worst unprofeecial place to go to if you have aby sorts ofmental ISSUES ,i while back a very nastsy name chounhary mhad now listen to me not a word she writting out scripts before i even sat daow to tell her im doing good but the med is not right or it ok nothing she didnt want to hear wwhat it was like seen your last time never .she was the most uuncareing person in the fied of being in psuchiatry ,she froce a drug on me after i told her in fronnt of my aldute son i took it ,many yrs ago and it made my very Ill i told her she didnt care than she turned to my son as if was was 5 yrs old and said make sure she takes it .i did withiin 2 weeks i lost 9 lbs i was bareling abled mto see and it was makeing me not thinking proper mu husband and 2 adluts children saw how sick i had got all 3 told me to stop taking this drugthinking i had to take it i didnt stop .i did nothing wrong but i called to let her know it was makein me very ill .there she claim i called 2 threathing suical but if that was true why did she not call me call 911 call a helpline instead she waiting 4 weeks and sent me a very nasty letter to the wrong adress m.because of all the oiies she had on this letter i cried and got very upset there .i got threwn in another bloody place called snowden ,she and her pill puching scrpit had cause my health my health to be so ill i lost almost all visoon in my eye i have no control of my colon ,im been suffing needlessly now all because if her for now 3yrs ,she rium my live my family had been ripped by her uncareing and very bitterness i have file agisnt her with the vi state board im looking for others who also were a vitum of her in snwoden were i was abuse not feed neglected and not taken care of (im hearing imparied) i meet another who asked me if i saw dr(?) i say yes but he left and this dr choudhary took me i thought a woman and it will dsave me from trying to find anew dr.i am speaking out about agisnt her ,i been denide spina surgury cause of her and rascb and some nasty lot of nasty people at snwoden i saw them laughing as a young ladt took a volent suzure the graud and 2 other were makeingas it was a big joke yes at snownden dont even go there seek help at the place one flew ober the cuckoos nest you get treATED better where have all the careing drs gone there sure not in fredersikburg and if they atre i wish they would it be known this nasy mean pill pushing choudhary had cast my my spin my eye sight and alot because she wouldnt listen and one who ask me i told her im here because of dr.chondry her reply was ,ong!! i would never go to her i heard so many horror stuff about her my replay was im now another one of hers being ripped from your loving family is auful but when involes your son with autisum is unforgiveabled ,please get intouch with me im will not your your name but i am in reporting her thank you if it wasnt for her i would be healthier dont take any drugs unless you tell and make sure you know of any side effects like i say it was her who force it on me she cost me alot but getting threwn in snowdow by a mean rasc lady i was lied to yelled at scream at you name it but to see abuse of elders in snowdon is the sickest saddens thing ,no!! i will never foget not when the effects of what this dr (think she one had inflicted) i should have follow my thoughts and foubd a new one the 1st time i saw her she was straight off the bat nasty uncareing
