Everyone there is helpful and pleasant. Dean is great. He is knowledgeable and takes as much time as you need to understand your equipment.

Dean recommended the contour leg pillow and I love it! Ive been sleeping better since using the pillow. I highly recommend Fredericksburg Medical Equipment.

These folks are very rude. There was a mix up with the insurance company regarding payment. My insurance company called Fredericksburg Medical Equipment and spoke at length with Robin. She and I talked on several occasions while I monitored the situation, telling her repeatedly to keep me updated. Each time she told me not to send payment until the situation was resolved. Now when Im trying to get all my payments in, the employees are very rude and uncaring. I am disappointed in a local business in a small area behaving in this manner.

Fredericksburg Medical Supply is absolutely the best to do business with. At one point, we needed to get a hospital bed at home, and they were wonderful to work with. I dealt with Dave & he is top notch. He helped get it arranged & constantly followed up with the progress. We ended up not needing it as my mom went to rehab. We will use them for all of our future needs. You should too! Thank you FMS for all of your help!

My parents have used them and I now am using them. They have been extremely helpful everytime I had questions and honest/upfront on what they could or could not do. Good people and knowledgeable.

Staff was very attentive to my needs and took the time to explain each and every step of the process of getting my new equipment. Sonua was excellent at reviewing my new machine and walked me through how to set it up and use it. She even showed me how to maintain my new machine in great detail. Do not use this place!! – after billing my insurance almost $2000 for something I could have bought from Amazon for under $700 they told me my out of pocket was $140. They promised not a penny more. About a month later I received a bill for an additional $250 and the month after that an additional bill for another $250. Again this CPAP is about $700 on Amazon and they were now going to profit over $2500 from me and my insurance company. They told me if I returned the CPAP they would charge rental time that would be about $400. – They even admitted they made a mistake when they told me $140 out of pocket in the beginning. After many frustrating phone conversations of listening to their convoluted scripted speech about “this is how it works” I decided to protest by making $10 a month payments. A few months later my wife decided to send them several hundred dollars so she wouldn’t have to mail a check every month and skipped several months. Now they have sent me to a collection agency. If this is how they prey on people in their 50’s I can only imagine how they cheat the elderly.I have since learned there are many other options.. Do not use this place!!

Wonderful family Business! After injuring my knee, they worked with me to find the perfect brace. They took the time to review my options and pick a brace that not only fit well, but was also comfortable. Unfriendly staff with no product knowledge. They also encouraged me to try on the knee brace I was looking at and let me use a back room to do so. Once I tried it on I ask them if the brace was suppose to hurt and I was told “haven’t you ever heard no pain no gain?” (Very rude) Then as soon as I tried it on i was then told it didn’t matter if it fit or not that since I tried it on I had to buy it regardless. I wasnt informed of that before I tried it on and There were no signs stating so and when she told me I should try it she did not mention that “policy” to me either. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received and the attitude that was given. They also refused to answer the phone because it was close to them closing down for the day. They were too busy discussing a grand opening they were going to vs taking care of a local paying customer.Will not be back and will make sure to tell others not to go there. (I own many business in town so I know a lot of people)

The staff is rude and said very inappropriate things to my mother.They refused to bring her new oxygen tanks for weeks. One person would say they would bring them, then another person would call her back and say they couldnt. They sat on my fathers oxygen order for weeks without processing it. He is a COPD patient. They are unprofessional and have compromised my parents health. There were multiple witnesses to the phone conversations, including medical professionals.

The staff at Fredericksburg Medical Equipment was very helpful, and I was able to get everything I needed. They offer more services than I originally thought, and am happy they are conveniently located in a good spot in town.

Rental prices are great. Needed them when i had lung surgery and they came through when. The rest didnt.
