We bought my mom a spa package for her birthday, and she enjoyed every minute of it. However, on her way out, she went to fix her hair and makeup in the bathroom and the receptionist told her the bathroom was for paying customers only and that if someone wanted to use the bathroom she would need to leave. My mom was 100% a customer and we 100% paid for it so I’m not sure why she was treated so rudely.

The staff is friendly availability is pretty bad. They advertise themselves as accepting walk-ins. We stayed at the hotel attached to the spa thinking that there might be some packages available in our room or that walking in to the spa would have enough availability. We check in friday evening at the hotel and we walk in to the spa at 10am Saturday trying to get an appointment for couples facials and massages, and they were completely booked for the next 3 days except for two appointments back to back not together. We try to book those but their system wouldnt allow them to book it.The spa was the whole reason we even stayed at this hotel and they dont have enough people to accommodate that. I was very disappointed

My review is solely on the Spa, as I did not stay at the Inn, we only came for spa services. I had a facial and a quick massage. The facial was very relaxing (as I was hoping for since it was 9am). I see a lot of people complaining on sites where they were not talked through it. I work in Cosmetology and to each his own I guess. My experience with a spa is that people want quiet, serene and total relaxation. My suggestion, is if you want to be walked through the entire process of any spa service, it would probably suit you best to state that up front. My quick massage was only 25 minutes, but was absolutely perfect. She made the very best of that short time and it was great.Last but not least, the entire staff (more specifically the receptionist who I did most of my chatting with) was SO nice and friendly. I actually ended up leaving my watch behind by accident and not realizing it until the following week. I called them and upon finding it (after some serious searching, wedged between cushions) they immediately said no worries, we will ship it to you ASAP. Wouldnt let me pay for it and even offered to put insurance on the package. Its a pretty heavy and over-sized mens watch and for them to do that when it was 100% my mistake, is pretty great customer service.I DEFINITELY plan to return to this spa the next time I am in town :)

We tried to come here on a Saturday evening. Despite their hours being listed as open until 6pm, they were closed at 4:30pm. I asked the attached hotel why, and they said that if nobody is booked, they all go home early. Well... I understand that, but they lost out on a couple hundred bucks in business last night because of it. You should stay open for your listed hours as standard practice. Looked nice though...

My cousin & I went to Fredericksburg for a girls weekend & are so glad we found this spa. We both had facials & pedicures, which were both AMAZING. The spa is in a quaint little house with lots of open space for the different services provided, making the entire experience serene & relaxing. The aestheticians were professional & the services well worth the cost. Definitely earned the 5 stars!

Over the years Emirza and I have been to many spas over seas and all over the country. Taking all that under consideration three out of five stars is very good. The price is a little on the high side. The location is confortable and conveniently located next door to The Inn at Barrons Creek right across the pool. Sharlene is very good and very knowledgeable. Well come see her again next time we visit Fredericksburg Texas.
