Kristen at Hilltop PT got me back in tip top shape regarding my tennis elbow. She used dry needling to release the muscle spasms in my forearm and I could feel a difference right away. I highly recommend.

My primary care provider referred me to Hilltop Physical Therapy. I am so glad she did. Owner and therapist Kristen Park has extensive training and experience and a seemingly intuitive knowledge of how muscles, nerves, and tendons cause pain and of how to release them. Her manner and touch are kind, gentle, and extremely effective. Unfortunately, over the years, I have had several reasons for physical therapy. Hilltop is the best practice I have ever encountered. They don’t just assign exercises and keep an eye on me while I do them. They listen to me and have healed me. My range of motion has measurably improved and I leave every appointment feeling lighter in spirit and better in body.

The VA has sent me here and they have been very patient and are very professional. Well knowledgeable in what they do and really care about the patients. I would defiantly recommend them.

We came in with our 87 year old father after a fall and injury, with a debilitating neck injury. He was left in a state of a locked necked, having to use a walker, and needing to sleep in a chair. After going through a comprehensive treatment with the Hilltop team, he advanced past the walker to a cane, and now back to walking the neighborhood. His life would have been changed without the help of Kristen, Zina, and the rest of the others at Hilltop. We cant thank you enough!

Being treated by Kristen at Hilltop PT on and off for the last 5 years, for various ailments and injuries has been a lifesaver! Most recently, I had 12 sessions of PT elsewhere and had had only a 10% improvement in symptoms. After my first session with Kristen, my symptoms were ~75% improved; after the 2nd session close to ~90% improved; and now after the 3rd session, pretty darn close to 100%! This is why I drive 100 miles to see her! She has an ability to evaluate and treat, like none other! All of the staff I have interacted with are friendly, courteous and professional. Kristen is conscientious, caring, and above all extremely skilled at her work. I am truly grateful for finding her and highly recommend Hilltop PT!

The whole staff here listens to their patients. Very attentive and adom to please. My favorite PT here would have to be Erika. From day one she has pushed me and given me advice on how to get better. She is exactly what i need, very assertive and attentive.

Highly recommended as the best Physical Therapy business in Fredericksburg. I have been to several different ones over the years and this by far the best. The whole staff is very professional, friendly and energetic. The office is always clean and neat. You are treated with the upmost respect. I have had different PT/PTA work with me, however I have three favorites: STEVE, ZENA, AND ERIKA. These three know the best treatment for my condition, from exercises, massage, heat, dry needles, etc. Everything is explained to me and exercises are demonstrated.

The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere has a homey feeling. My Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and totally includes you in your care. My Therapist Zeena commends me for my efforts, in doing my exercise. I am so blessed to have Kristen and Zeena as my Therapists. They carefully explain the whole dynamics of my body, and why I am in pain. Then they map out a plan, of exercises and therapy, that will help alleviate my constant pain. I received a work place injury to my back and right shoulder. I had surgery on my right shoulder. My physical therapist Tim has got me back to full extension and 95% pain free.Steven viewed my MRI for my back and discovered a pinched nerve missed by my orthopedic Dr. When I took Steves discovery back to my doctor I got a second MRI where they diagnosed the pinched, slipped disc and spinal cyst! I am forever grateful to Hilltop Physical Therapy for going above and beyond to ensure my full recovery.

I was referred to Hilltop after years of suffering with pelvic pain. My treatment team consisted of Kristen, Erica and Zena who are all amazing. Each took a slightly different approach and treated the underlying muscular imbalances and nerve impingements that were causing my pain. I thought I would just have to live with it and am so excited to not only be pain free, but left with the knowledge of what exercises to do to stay that way. The office staff and assistants are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this practice.

Being treated at Hilltop has been an incredible experience. I came in with undiagnosed chronic pain for nearly 9 years, combined with more recent postpartum issues. Before being seen by Kristen, I have tried everything from other PT practitioners, to cortisone and lidocaine shots, TENS therapy e.t.c.The therapists here are interested in caring for the whole person and looking at my pain from a holistic perspective.Kristen has been able to give me real relief for the first time. She was able to easily find my problem areas and treat them right away, often times customizing my stretching and strength exercises to meet my needs. Her abilities and extensive experience have helped me regain the hope of healing.I am so grateful for the PTs at Hilltop, I couldnt recommend this place more!

I love this place for therapy! I have worked with Erica for almost two years and she has helped me tremendously! I live with chronic nerve pain and she has been very patient with the slowness of my progress. It can be very frustrating trying to figure out the best ways to help me because I am like a maintenance case (I won’t ever recover) but she has made my life so much more tolerable. Her willingness to try some out of the box ideas to discover the best ways to calm my nerveshas really helped! She has spent personal time educating herself with my disease which shows me she really cares about my progress and how I can cope with my disease. My disease makes it difficult to figure out how I am going to feel one hour to the next. I have been in PT so many times over the last fifteen years and this place truly is the best! I have had other therapist at the Wakeman Drive location and all of them have been phenomenal! If you need PT and you want someone who will help you and care about you getting better, you cannot find another place in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania/Stafford region!

Can not say enough great things regarding my experience with the Hilltop Staff! Unlike some PT offices/therapists that measure and have you do exercises for the session...Leah provided hands-on manipulation to my neck pain area....and explained exactly what she was going to do....and why...prior to each movement or laser pain management therapy. She immediately recognized the underlining cause of my neck pain as bad posture and helped me correct the issue in about 8 sessions. Have already recommended them to my primary doctor and friends. Appointments were always easy to schedule...and with absolute courtesy!

The therapist really engaged my mother in law. She worked with him and we have another appointment this week.

Tim and Zena are amazing i had so much scar tissue and fluid in my foot from surgery and they have gotten it under control fast ....saving me from having to have more surgery...you guys rock!!!!

I absolutely loved the care and support I received here. They really get to the core of your issues and help you heal from the inside out. The office manager Pam is very rude. I do not have a co pay through my insurance but she continues to try and bill me for services that have not yet been processed through my insurance. Also, I called the day before an appointment to cancel due to my infant being sick. Obviously it was not the allotted time frame as you can not plan when a child becomes sick. However it was a day prior to my appointment. I was told I would not be changed a late fee. This was in April now 3 weeks later I am charged a late fee due to being out of town. I am from PA which is only 3 1/2 hours away. I make that trip regularly so being out of town was not the issue it was that my daughter was throwing up and having massive blow outs that caused me not to be able to travel. Even if I was in town I still would not have been able to make my appointment as she was sick. Which ended up being the whole week. The worse part is I actually requested that my doctor from Richmond refer me here as the doctors are great and I went here years prior. However, great doctors will not keep me going to a place where the front office manager is a joke as that is who you see when you first walk in. I would have left immediately if I did not fear I would be charged a late fee again. Instead I was all emotional for my appointment which was pretty much a waste of time as I got nothing out of it as I was so upset.

Kristen Park is the best PT i have ever had, and i have had several. She is so knowledgeable about injuries and how to fix the problem.

The best physical therapists I have ever had. I got a first appointment within 2 days of calling. They teach how and why to do each stretch or exercise so its easy to do them at home. I always see a real Physical Therapist and not just an assistant like at other places. They do a lot of hands-on massage that relieves the pain. Appointments always start on time. I just love this place.

Ive had 2 visits with 2 P/T and already have improvement. Scheduling appointments is challenging because they are booked, with a few holes. Easy access at Snowden with lots of parking. Elevator 😄to 2nd floor. Clean rooms and restroom. 4 stars only because scheduling is hard. They do have a 2nd location at South point and Courthouse Rd. In Spotsylvania.

I visited this facility with someone else, not for treatment for myself!When I first entered, the receptionist was very pleasant and ensured that the check-in process was followed. She had us sign in and collected our 💰! She was professional and carried in very small talk until the called back for the session.The session itself was about 45 minutes. There were a range of patients (men, women and children) of all ages during the timeframe I was there. From what I could see, the employees were engaged with the patients, very hands on, informative and great with children!The location isnt very convenient for me personally but they do have another location closer to Mary Washington that isnt quite as pleasant to deal with (which is why we come here). Overall, Id definitely recommend this location for PT!
