Worst customer service. I went there to buy vitamin supplies for me and my husband. We were ready to check out with our stuff and I asked if we can get price match on the website using a promo code and she completely shut us off and said she has a full house and cant assist us. She mentioned something about app prices and i wasnt even using the app, i was using Sarari browser to check prices online and in store. Her name is Thana(not sure if spelled right). Just the worst! I wont be coming here anymore.

This place is Great I love coming here asking questions about what I am looking for or even if I dont know what I need, everyone here is extremely knowledgeable about all there is to know about supplements and will even give you their honest expert opinion. Weight loss, weight gain, tired leg syndrome, heart tea, energy and everything. My wife and I even got on auto ship. We get supplements in the mail every month. Go and see for yourself they wont let you down.

I visit this store about once every two or three months. The personnel are helpful and generally have some good recommendations. I trust and like their products. The stock regularity is rather poor. I can not count on the store having what I bought last time. Good excuses - but that does not help me buy general multivitamins.

I went in today to pick up prenatals for the wife, as I always do asked if they’d price match the Amazon price. Would you be believe they said yes, then when it was cheaper by 50% they said they don’t match prime? I really didn’t get that one. I never purchased something quicker on Amazon lol. Do yourself a favor and check the Amazon price with the scanner tool before you get robbed. The product was Garden of Life once daily prenatals 30ct, sold in store for a whopping 39.99. Amazon sold stocked and shipped, same product 19.98 even cheaper if you subscribe. Luckily the wife still has 6 pills left. Well I hope this helps the local consumer out. That’s my rant!

Im a customer no longer. Beware of the 30-day return policy which states customers may return opened and unopened products to a retail store. If you do, it may get you accused of fraud and referred to loss prevention! The return policy sounds great and as an online shopper I look for stores with friendly return policies which allow customers to make exchanges/returns to local retail locations. Today I returned approximately $200 worth of products I purchased online because I got a better price at a subsequent online sale. With the exception of two boxes of chocolate protein bars which Id opened and found had melted during shipment, all other items were new and unopened. All items were also recently purchased in the past week or two (well within the 30 days of the return policy). I also had the original invoice/receipt for the purchase. The store employees and manager made it clear that my returns were a problem and my account would be flagged, loss prevention would be involved, and I would be asked to no longer shop at Vitamin Shoppe. I felt accused of being a criminal for making returns in compliance with the stated return policy. This is no way to treat customers. In my opinion the return policy is false and disingenuous.

Great store, great service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They are understanding too if you have to return an item. Highly recommend this shoppe.

I went to buy some fancy honey, and iron supplements, on May 22, my first time there, unfamiliar with the store. The guy seemed like I was bothering him. Didnt offer any advice, or help. When I went to check out, he said go to the first register the counters were cluttered didnt see the first register, he said, read the signs they all say closed except this one. This attitude of his is why I wont be returning. Too bad, this place has tons of stuff. But sorry, I had rather shop online at Amazon. Not dealing with rude sales help. He took plenty of time with the guy who came in after I did, maybe because I am a senior citizen, didnt want to bother helping me. Well he wont have to anymore.

Been shopping at vitamin shoppes for years and this store has by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Asked a sales associate about a supplement and I got the impression that I was bothering her. She responds saying I think it’s over there and continues to scan stuff in the system. I’m looking in the general location that she gave me and in any other store the sales associate would have noticed that clearly I’m struggling to find it and would come over and offer help. I’m guessing she noticed but just didn’t care. Do better please.

Tried a new diet and Vitamin Shoppe had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Snacks, supplements, all of it and in almost every flavor I wanted.

I went yesterday to purchase a 4-5 items. For starters, I was surprised to see how much of the store was dedicated to cleansing and energy boosters. Felt like an overgrown convenience store counter...Eventually someone came over and asked what I was looking for. I told him and he told me where they could be found. There were many types, several dosages, different brands, different release systems. I had no idea what was what. The guy who told me where they were was standing at the register about a foot and a half away from me. Was he interested in helping me? Not at all. He was on the computer flipping through an online gift catalog. Every time I asked him a question, it was very clear that I was bothering him. After a couple minutes I just said I would come back another time and he said Okay and I left. Oh and he was the Assistant Manager!

I always get my supplies here. Ask for Donna she is the absolute BEST person you can ever meet and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!!

After years and hundreds of dollars spent there..never..never again... i asked to use the rest room (which i have done before there, on a few occasions)..the ladies reply was its broke..ok i understand that...things break..i continue to shop..when i hear another customer ask ..they told him yes... maybe my arms was too big, or my hat was backwards.. anyway.. i put my protein down.. and exited the store...no more vitamin shoppe .. Total Performance Nutrition will get my money from now on.... so i wilm drive 5 extra miles for a more customer friendly environment. .
