There is something wrong with this office.Most likely the physicians are good BUT long waits obviously due to either overbooking or just plain carelessness WHICH over rule the care.Sure 1s health is important and so is OUR allotted time spent away from our scheduled responsibilities.and YES, i am familiar w/the office & gave it up due to prolonged waits.

I trust Dr. David Cantu and his nurses, Verna and Apryl, with my health and well being. It is a difficult challenge finding physicians and medical staff that are attentive, patient and compassionate. So, when you come across the Cantu’s and Vernas and April’s in this world, latch on!

First time visit and had set and appointment 3 weeks ago for 3pm today. Staff was stuffy and not friendly at all. Finally my wife and I sat in the exam room for almost two hours. I was never even seen by the doctor. They wanted to charge me the co-pay until I told them there was no way Im paying for this lack of professional treatment. They didnt even offer an apology of any kind at all. Its a doctors office and I fully understand that my appointment may be delayed for others ahead but when we get bypassed by others and no respect was given to us in any way shape or form that is unacceptable.
