I highly recommend Jaspers Fur Friends for any of your dog boarding/doggie daycare needs! Dawn is amazing! She is very professional and accommodating, and most importantly takes great care of the pups. I will definitely continue to use Jaspers Fur Friends in the future!

Hands down the best place to take your dog for doggie day care or for grooming! I drove 40 minutes for my dog to get groomed by Megan! Fantastic place. Dawn the Office Manager was amazing as well. Both very professional, friendly, caring and amazing! My dog didn’t want to leave and normally she tries to run out of the door. 150 % I will be back. Dogs love it there. They make sure all dogs are taken care of properly, which I absolutely love. If you haven’t tried them, you should!

What a wonderful daycare! Dawn is phenomenal with the pups. She treats each one as if they were her own. Our pup loves going there and absolutely adores Dawn. You can really tell that she cares deeply about her work, but don’t take my word for it, look up their Facebook or Instagram accounts and you will see tons of videos of her playing with the dogs each day. We’ve used other locations where they lock the dogs up at noon for two hours every day, but at MuttyPawz, they’re free to roam about the play area as they please. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I only came in for an interview.But let me tell you!! Ive NEVER seen such an environment where the dogs were so happy. Its a breath of fresh air. I recommend them %110. You want your fur baby to be loved this is the place.

I can’t say enough nice things about Dawn and the MuttyPawz family. Some doggy daycares won’t take our big ole block head because of his breed, but Dawn and her team love him like he’s their own. He always comes home cleaner than he went and absolutely happily exhausted from playing with his friends. Dawn has had our BB overnight several times and even after we moved out of the area has continued to work with us to ensure he gets to see his friends. We would rather drive down 95 during rush hour than try to find another doggy daycare/boarding option for our canine family member.

Im so appreciative of the hard work, dedication, and love that Dawn and Megan have put into this place over the past several months. Ive been taking my dogs here for daycare since 2016, and the prior management/owners did not take the best care of things. My dogs would often come home smelling like urine, and one of the staff members was always so rude. I put up with it because the pricing was affordable (paying for two dogs adds up!) and the location is convenient, but I started weening back on how often Id take them. Im glad I didnt totally give up, because the new owners are amazing. My dogs beg to go to daycare, they LOVE the staff, and I know the staff loves them back. Dawn and Megan are always so friendly and genuine. I know my babies are in the best hands. And even with all of the improvements, the prices havent increased. In fact, they have better packages now! Cant beat it. Thank you guys!

My wife and I have been bringing our dog, Helga, here since it was the Pack and, while Helga has always enjoyed going, the vast improvements that Dawn and Megan have made since it became Mutty Pawz has been nothing short of incredible. What is abundantly clear is how much they truly care for the dogs. Every policy change, every improvement to the facility all are done with the well being of the dogs in mind. They are knowledgeable and they really love and understand dogs. Helga adores Dawn and Megan and I think sometimes she thinks she has two homes. And my wife and I have two very good new friends. It is incredible to have people you can trust this much to take your dog to for playcare and boarding. I cannot give you a strong enough recommendation! Your dog will be family there.

Luke and Leia are always happy to there “home away from home”. Dawn and Meagan have really made it a loving, caring and fun place for all the dogs in their care. They have the patience to notice when a dog needs a little extra adjustment time & space. They also offer fun activities for the dogs as well as plenty of social time and play time that built in to the model of boarding they offer. The space is clean and smells good. They even send reminders when you have an advanced reservations, saving me from having to remember to confirm. Thank you for everything.

We havent boarded our dog for a few years here and when we returned to this place last month we loved it! The *new* policies in place by the current owners and staff make so much sense and make us feel much more comfortable leaving our dog there. You can tell they truly care about the dogs. Everyone is so friendly with us and the dogs. The place is super clean and very well taken care of. We feel like Diesel is truly cared for by the management, enjoy seeing pictures they post of him on Facebook, and love hearing all about his stay when we pick him up. He cant wait to be checked in and is excited to go back and play! Thank you so much Mutty Pawz!

I started bringing my dog to this location when we adopted her from the rescue. At that time, the business was called The Pack. The owner was wonderful! They truly cared for our dog and made sure to keep us updated when she was there for daycare. We would board our dog once a month when we had family visits out of town and they would always allow us to drop off our dog, no appointment needed.Fast forward two years later.. the business has switched owners twice and apparently the policies on boarding drop offs and hours of dropping off has changed. We had our pet there at the end of Feb... now its April and we go to drop off and there is new management with bad attitudes and we were turned away.Instead of trying to rectify and help us, the front desk associate had an attitude and would rather argue with me regarding when the policies changed.Heres my two cents: it wouldve been nice of the new owners to call or mail or email the current customers letting us know of the changes instead of just arguing that the new policies are on our website. For folks that have been using the facility for over 2 years, we werent aware of your changes... but will make sure to find another boarding facility.No need to respond to my review acting as if youd like to resolve the issue. We both know the truth.

Mutty Pawz is our 1st choice when we need to board our dog Bo. He is always happy to go there and he is happy, clean and well exercised when we pick him up. I cannot say enough positive things about Mutty Pawz! Dawn & Megan have helped our deaf English bulldog become SO comfortable in their care. She gets so excited for daycare that she won’t let us leave the house without her. Dawn has gone above and beyond during Bean’s recent boarding stay. Her first time away from home overnight and she doesn’t even seem to miss us :) These ladies have really made some wonderful changes to this business and it shows!!

We have boarded our dogs here several times and we are so impressed with the staff. Dawn is amazing with our dogs and I feel so comfortable leaving them here. We love seeing all the videos and pics they post. All of the staff members are super friendly and I’m so glad we have a place that our dogs can stay at that they are safe and having fun. ❤️

We started using this facility for our love bug and it has been amazing....on Christmas they were closed but had people picking up their babies that day so told us to email when we were heading home, in the end they stayed there so that we could come home and get our baby and not make him wait another day. Our baby gets excited to pull into the parking every time and loves playing with all the others and we have never been worried about anything

I have used Mutty Pawz since I rescued my dog. I picked them because they do not crate and they have 24 hour staffing. They are kind, caring, and truly have your dog’s best interest in mind. They are diligent with the safety of the dogs and making sure they are getting exercise and stimulation. They get to know your dog and love the dogs like they are their own. I know when my dog is there for day care or boarding she is in good hands and safe!

Helga trots through the front doors...wiggles her way happily. She normally is subtle.....doesnt let on when something pleases her. Here its evident. She clearly feels very safe. Thanks!

We are so happy with Mutty Pawz! This is not your typical doggie daycare/ boarding place. They have dedicated so much time to work with our dog to build her confidence. It definitely already shows!

Not impressed. Ive been by the place several times. Ive looked into the way they handle the dogs. I met the new owner, shes pretentious and talks down to people. She thinks shes better than you are and thinks talking about prior ownership by comparison helps justify her ugliness. Its smelly and the dogs spend time in cages out back where she doesnt want anyone to see. She keeps the doors locked because she doesnt want anyone inside unless she knows it.

The people at Mutty Pawz are very caring and kind. They are knowledgeable, and have your pet as their top priority. Overnights are spent in a home and not in a cage! That’s top notch care in my book!

Bella loves coming to daycare !! Every morning as I prepare for work, she awaits the moment for me to tell her that she is going to see her friends and she happily jumps in the car and upon arrival at Mutty Pawz, continues with her joy putting her paws on the front counter as if she is checking herself in! She is always greeted pleasantly and affectionately. Her happiness is mine and I can say she is definitely in the best of hands. She has boarded many times and I can leave town knowing that she is happy and well cared for. Previously, our littles did not have a good experience and we were hesitant to bring them. But now with little town up front where they have their own area to play and socialize, they too all walk in with tails wagging! I cant say enough good things about all the positive changes and safe and welcoming environment! Way to go!

This place has changed owners again and must have an issue calling people back.

This was a few months ago but I feel like I must share so others know what kind of people they are leaving their dogs with. I had left my baby with Mutty Pawz for about a week while I went on vacation and when I picked her up she had fresh wounds that were not there when I dropped her off. The staff did not call me and when I asked what happened no one could give me a straight answer. When I spoke to the manager they did not seem to care and could not even know which dog this happened with to confirm they were up to date on their vaccines.

I have been coming to this establishment since it was called The Pack and when it changed ownership to the Australian guy. I stopped bringing my dog because I didnt like that she would come home acting strange. When I heard that there was another new owner I thought Id go in and check it out. When I walked in I was greeted so warmly by the new owner, Megan and the Office Manager, Dawn. I spoke to them at length concerning the problems that I had with the past staff and ownership. After talking with them and hearing all the stuff they are doing I decided to go to their Facebook page . I then would stop in from time to time just to see if they would start to treat me differently. Megan and Dawn were there every single time I went in and it didnt matter what time of day it was and they treated me the same each time. I was able to witness the care that they give to the dogs and how they do whatever they can to make the dogs feel loved. So I decided to give the new owners and management a try.I cant tell you how happy I am that I did that!! I have been back for a few weeks now and I have to say that I have never seen my dog so excited for daycare. The minute I turn onto Lafayette Blvd my little girl starts getting all excited and turning in contact circles. Dawn and Megan greet her first, thats how much they care and when its time to go home my girl doesnt seem to want to go.If you are looking for a place where the owner and the manager will love your dog like they are their own, then this is the place you want to take them too. I dont understand the bad reviews below unless its just someone who is personally upset and just trying to cause problems but Mutty Pawz has changed for the BEST!! Megan and Dawn...you both are Godsends!!!

My baby is always so happy to go to daycare! She eagerly greets everyone there and is excited to go back to be with her friends! When she comes home she is worn out from her day of play. We have had great experiences with Mutty Pawz, and I will continue to recommend them to my friends.Zuzu👑 & Mom

My boy has been going to this facility since the original “The Pack” establishment. He loved to go. He still loved to go when the second owners took over and it became Mutty Pawz. I did notice that later on he was hesitant to go in and would resist entering behind the counter to go to the back. Once noticing this behavior becoming more consistent I didn’t take him as much. However, since the new owners have taken over (sometime in February), I have noticed my boy no longer hesitates to go through the first gate. He actually now jumps up on the gate to get in. I am pleased with the changes. Thank you for taking good care of my boy and making positive changes to better serve the dogs and creating a safer environment for their play and well being.

We have been using MuttyPawz for some time. The new owners have made some major improvements and positive changes. The pups always excited to go and come home tired and happy. We use them for both boarding and daycare would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, crate free, and socializing place for their dogs.

Love this place. Our dog always comes back tired from the full day of play. Always open communication with the staff and by now they’re close friends of ours. Cage free so never need to worry about the dogs being locked up for too long. Would recommend this place to anyone!

While my pup loved coming here and I was a loyal customer for over a year, the owner and office manager changed my mind about how happy I was with their customer service and practices. I think they have unsafe drop off conditions, they talk poorly about other customers, dogs are left unattended if a smoke break is happening, the front area in general is also frequently left unattended, and should any damage caused by their property happen to your car while it is parked in their lot, don’t hold your breath for them to cover it.I no longer take my dog here and I’d think twice about bringing yours here.

Our pup has been going here for daycare and occasionally boarding since 2-owners-ago when this was The Pack. I have seen more care for this place since it has become Mutty Pawz than with either previous owner. Our dog has continued to be excited to go play with his friends and comes home happy every time.I appreciate the recent behind the door renovation and procedures that have made pickup so much LESS hectic!! I am looking forward to the dogs comfort being improved with the new flooring to be installed. Despite numerous conversations, previous owners had allowed our then very young and rambunctious puppy to chew on the flooring as we found out when he was throwing it up at home for a time...We have always paid by-the-day since we never bring our dog enough to purchase and use a value plan within time frame. No owner, or me, ever gave it a second thought. Well I guess the new owners recognized a need and are offering a pre-paid 5-day plan that is very convenient for us so we will be taking advantage of that.

I was inquiring about their services and policies and there was a female I spoke to... I believe her name was Dawn... on the phone and I’m not sure how to put this besides she just wasn’t a pleasant person to deal with.I’ve decided I’m going to take my dog elsewhere for boarding so if anyone knows better options in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area please let me know! I’m looking for someone who is quite dog savvy especially when it comes to meet and greets since my dog needs someone who will pick up on stressed out cues if another dog is slightly too playful for him.

I have been taking my pup to Mutty Pawz ever since he was old enough to come. Back then it was under different management with a different staff. My dog enjoyed going back then and he still enjoys it now, but I can definitely tell everyone is much more organized now. I love that they regularly post pictures to Facebook so I can see what my dog is up to during the day. They also make cards on holidays and when it is hot they bring out the pools and sprinklers. I have researched other doggy daycares in the area and none of them are as flexible as Mutty Pawz. From their prices, to their pick up and drop off times. I was hesitant about the new ownership of Mutty Pawz because it happened so suddenly but as long as it continues to run smoothly I will always take my pup here.

Our dog loves coming here! It has helped a lot with his separation anxiety. He always is so excited when he gets there, and he always comes home tired after a full day of love and playing with his friends in little land.

I Have 3 fur babies that have been boarded and had day care with Mutty Paws. Since the new owners I have been very impressed with Dawn Savering she has treated my babies like her own and is very open when I have no notice for them to take care of my dogs . Dawn has even given me her information so I can reach out any time to get the best care for my babies. I have a Dane with major anxiety and she spent most of her day making sure he was ok and even sitting on the floor to make him more comfortable. The updates and improvements are fantastic because they are making the facility safer and more comfortable for the pets

Wilson absolutely loves going here. When we pull up he jumps out of the car because he is so excited. It is such a relief to be able to go out of town knowing that he is well taken care of.

We started bring our one dog here and while she was high energy we always got good reports for the most part. She is a dog that loves other animals and doesnt stop moving while around them. When we got a second dog from a rescue within a couple of hours of dropping him off at daycare for the first time we were asked to come pick him up. Not even a full day of daycare for the first time. We were cautious about having him come to daycare as he was a rescue and were expecting some troubles. They worked with us at first to try and bring him in on off days, they would not let us bring him in with his sister. The next time we brought Skyy we were told that she could not come back until she had basic training and same for our male. She knew how to sit, lay down, come when you called her name, etc..we think they were not wanting large dogs with high energy. There is not much structure to the daycare as it appears. Maybe things have changed as I wanted to wait a while to post my review. We were told that our female was a bully to the other dogs and would taunt them with toys trying to bait them into fighting. They are dogs. She was trying to play, the same thing is done at home.After taking them to dog parks frequently we have seen none of the behavior that apparently made it so difficult to have either of our dogs at Mutty Pawz. We were told that they made it so difficult that one employee quit. After finding a different and better doggy day care and boarding place they have done fantastic and they have mentioned non of the behavior that they apparently showed at Mutty Pawz.All that being said they were always very nice and loving to the dogs. I just think there are very unrealistic expectations of how dogs act and play. They have also raised their prices to what I think is a ridiculous amount. One night of boarding apparently costs of $70 a night for 1 dog. Where we are at currently that is the total cost for both dogs at our current place that also has open play and outside and inside play areas.Like I stated though it is evident that they love most dogs that come through their door. Our experience at the end of the day however, was not a good one.Edited to add: After seeing the owners response I need to make a few things clear. BOTH dogs we were told were not able to come back until they had basic training. The pricing is a relevant concern to anyone who comes to you in the future. The one they mentioned was a puppy that we got from a RESCUE, not a breeder. I even shared in the excitement about the rescue with both Dawn and Megan so I do not know where they are getting that he was from a breeder. Stanley (the puppy) we understood needed more training and had plans to bring him back once he got the training. We were upset about Skyy not being allowed to come back and in that conversation i was told by Dawn that she was being a bully to the other dogs and such. It is an absolute LIE that we were told that skyy could come back. We decided to not bring either of our dogs back as it was apparent that they were not welcome their due to their energy level and the comments made to us. The words bully and taunting were used multiple times to describe Skyy (not Stanley). We were told neither of them could come back until they had basic training, not just Stanley.It is clear after this that no dogs are allowed to jump around and act like a dog here (the way that skyy plays). A dog does more than just walk around. I stand by my review and the positive and negative things I said

Outstanding!! Since Megan has taken over the difference is night and day. The dogs are loved and Penny can’t wait to start her day there.

My dog comes home so sleepy from her day at daycare. She is so happy to go and I’m so happy that they take wonderful care of her.

My fosters used to go there, they became increasing sick and one was injured while in their care. Stopped by today, just after lobby hours to pick something up, and there was NO ONE THERE! So much for being staffed 24 hours!
