I cannot thank Covenant, and especially Jerry, enough. I made calls on a Sunday night at 8pm and left messages with 3 answering services. Covenant was my fourth call...I was distraught/annoyed and wasnt going to bother leaving a message but I did. I received a call from Jerry is less than 30mins. He was very kind/patient and answered all of my questions. I cannot thank Covenant and Jerry enough for taking care of my brother in law. This was an unbelievably difficult time for us and we felt that we were given the time, respect, and understanding that we needed...from my 1st call to the viewing and cremation.Thank you Jerry, we appreciate you.

This place has gone downhill completely since the new owners have taken over. I would not recommend them to anyone, I was shocked at the lack of compassion shown. The previous owners went above and beyond to show compassion and support for families in their time of grief. I have never been to Covenant when it was raining where they didn’t have people outside ushering people in with umbrellas until the passing of my father. I know this will not matter to them because they got their money and that’s what matters to a business but I strongly urge anyone considering them since this group took it over to reconsider! If I could go back and have my fathers funeral anywhere else in the world I would have. Horrible experience.

When my brother passed away we had him cremated here. The staff was incredibly respectful, polite and professional. During an extremely difficult time they made sure to make process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend their services when needed.

When my Momma passed, the service here was top notch. No stress at all. The gentlemen are kind, professional, and so accommodating. So much room, for all your loved ones and friends. They do EVERYTHING! They made the process so much easier!

Their service is first class. From the first phone call to last handshake, the people here are absolute professionals. Gerry (Gerald) took care of each and every one our needs from the initial meeting to discuss arrangements and every step thereafter. Their team of professionals were always there for questions and to provide a quick response if we asked via email. I dont think anyone in the area or region (northeast) could have taken better care of our fathers arrangements. Thank you so much! They cremated my brother a day ahead of schedule without calling my mother, despite having assured her multiple times that they would call her before the cremation process was started.

Really nice facilities and the staff here were very helpful and kind during a really sad time for my family.
