Dr. Exume is amazing ! whenever I need an adjustment, he does an excellent job. all of my neck problems go away after the cracking is done lol he is a great listener & is super friendly !

The place is so clean and calm. I love this place and I cant even have the words to talk about the doctor he is amazing and a magician what ever he do its awesome. My back was hurting from last 3 months I visited to him one time he fix up it looks like I am band new now. Let me tell you this he knows what he is doing and that is very important to me. He talk in a way it looks like that you know him so long because he is so friendly and good listener too. I can go on and on for him and his place but now I will stop and at end I just want to say if you really need chiropractor that him no need of wasting your money with someone.

About 20 years ago I went to a Chiropractor and had a terrible experience and never went back. Almost two years ago, my car was rear-ended by someone who wasnt paying attention. After several different treatments I was a lot better but still felt like something wasnt right.My research helped me find Dr. Jean, who specializes in upper cervical care. Believe me I was a skeptic. Its been a few months now and I finally feel back to my normal. Just recently I had a neck headache that would not go away (happens sometimes after the accident). I immediately felt better after Dr. Jean treated me. He doesnt try to push other service or treatment either. So happy to finally have relief, and peace of mind that if my injury has a flare up, I can be seen quickly with confidence that I will feel better soon.

It was a very pleasant, first experience.

From the outside, it doesnt look like much, but once youre inside its very spa like. I have discussed other chiropractic offices I have been too and let him know that his office is very personal. Its not just an in and out experience. They want to treat the whole body and Dr. Exume uses several holistic practices approved by most insurances. All members of his staff communicate to give you very personalized care. I am not being treated like everyone else, but I have my own needs and they are being met.I came to him with several aches, pains, generally lethargy, numbness and tingling. He was able to explain why each one was effecting me as it did. The massage therapist at this office was also able to reinforce what Dr. Exume was saying.After my first adjustment, it was almost like I could hear for the first time. The numbness in my pinky toe also went away and along with other holistic treatments, the tingling in my neck/shoulders/back area has gotten better. It still comes back after a week, but that just motivates me to keep my appointments. LOL. Everything he is doing is working.

Nor will I ever be after my experience with them.This review is for their appointment system and front desk.Scheduled an appointment online, got an email saying they would call to confirm or reschedule.Did not get a call, so I called them a few times. No one answers the phone during business hours, so I drove to the office for the appointment, not wanting to schedule something and not show up.Upon arrival, there was no appointment for me. Front desk said she called and left a message. I did not get a call or a message, double checked my phone while standing there. She said she must have dialed the wrong number, that happens sometimes...Her next available appointment was a week away. When I got outside to the parking lot, I checked their website for availability. They showed appointments available as early as the next day...

This place is just fantastic. I have insurance via Veterans Affairs for my appointments here and they treat me as if I’m using my private insurance which seems to, unfortunately, be common practice. The doctor is young but confident and very knowledgeable. When I first came to my appointment, they scheduled me to have a one hour massage before my chiropractic I take appointment. This was a pleasant surprise. However I was not told to make two hours available so we had to reschedule the intake part. The paperwork is kind of lengthy but seems for the most part to be necessary and not too tedious. Plan to be there at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment so you can get the paperwork squared away. Also, they sell CBD products!

I found him about a year ago when I knew I needed my atlas and axis adjusted since all other type of chiropractic wasnt quite working for the neck pain I was experiencing. Great environment, everyone is super friendly and does amazing workEdit* really pushed the level 5 CBD cream for pain, almost imply the other 4 levels arent going to do anything. I tried level 4 originally, which helps a little bit. Came back to VA over winter break and purchased the level 5, thinking if level 4 helps a little level 5 will help more, expecially for double the price. Nope. I see no difference in pain symptoms using level 5.

I have suffered from neck pain and headaches for almost 20 years. Ive been to several chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists; Ive had acupuncture and steroid injections. Nothing has given me more than a few hours of relief. Until now. Ive been seeing Dr. Jean for a month now, and have seen a significant reduction in headaches and neck stiffness. I have no doubt that I will continue to improve under his care. I drive an hour both ways to see him and its well worth it.

I’ve been to many chiropractors, and have always felt good immediately after adjustment. There’s something satisfying about having a licensed professional get those hard to reach cracks out of the spine. However, a short amount of time after the adjustment, as the discomfort and lack of mobility return, I’m left wondering what was constructively done to alleviate some of the chronic issues I’ve experienced.Dr. Exume’s practice has aided in taking care of these lingering issues by providing lasting mobility in my neck and granting me extended comfort in my lower back. Due to work I sometimes have to go months in between adjustments, and the busy and active lifestyle I maintain don’t necessarily help. I feel Dr. Exume’s adjustments allow me to go through the day more effectively and with more comfort, at a longer interval between adjustments, than any other chiropractic care has afforded me before.

I was rear-ended and left unable to lift my right arm. On my very first visit, Dr. Exume unlocked my shoulder. The best!!

Dr. Jean changed my life. I had migraines, neck pain, lower back pain, knee pain, and I could barely walk. Going up and down stairs was excruciating. After one adjustment, one leg came down 1.5 inches, my spine straightened, and the pain was finally bearable. After few more adjustments, I now walk without a cane! I can go up and down stairs with ease. Ive only had one migraine since I started treatment, and I used to get 3-4 a week. All the pain is just about gone. Nothing the occasional aspirin cant handle. Upper Cervical care is unlike any chiropractic treatment Ive ever had. This actually cures the pain! Dr. Jean is so approachable and he actually LISTENS. This is the BEST gift Ive ever given myself.

Upper cervical care is one of the nest things to happen to me! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at 19, developed seasonal allergies as an adult, and by the time I turned 30 was using both advair and a rescue inhaler multiple times daily for asthma. In general I never felt well and my energy levels were terribly low and I dealt with lengthy bouts of insomnia.I began upper cervical care in July of 2012. Since my first 2 adjustments, I have only used my inhaler during a time I had bronchitis. The seasonal allergies continue to get better, to the point that people have told me my voice is much less nasally than it used to be. I have weaned myself off of daily caffeine intake simply because I no longer need it to get through a typical day. In addition, I sleep well and for an appropriate amount of time almost every night. And fibromyalgia? Its as if it never existed. I have had periods of time where it completely debilitated me...and I have not experienced that since starting upper cervical care treatment.As I continue treatment, I continue to feel better. I am so thankful for Dr. Jean and upper cervical care!I have begun treatment with my son recently, as well. I am excited to see how care affects his behavioral disorders!
