The staff is certified and the owner has years of experience both obtaining specimens and analyzing specimens. They are trustworthy and above reproach in their standards and protocols. They protect your privacy. It is the best place in the area to go for a lab test.

When I saw how tiny the place was compared to Lab Corp I got really anxious. But the inside was very nice and the staff was WONDERFUL! They are very kind and understanding.Completely unlike what ive had to deal with Lab Corp.There I was always embarrassed because if I had an issue with a shy bladder the staff never failed to make me feel aqward and uncomfortable.I decided to try the hair test instead at ARC Point Labs.It was easy and quick. It was more expensive but it was worth it. After that experience I am NEVER going back to Lab Corp again. I highly recommend ARC Point Labs. They are professional and make you feel comfortable explaining each step as they go along!
